Hi, my library suddenly shows as empty. All of my previously downloaded files are gone, as if I've never downloaded anything. Adobe shows me options to upgrade, but I already have a paid account. What happened to my files?

I downloaded an Adobe Stock imagin (790825920). It is only allowed to download as a JPEG. When I'm using it in my files, it becomes pixelated quite easily. Are there other ways around this issue? I also tried to edit in Firefly, which also produced the same image quality. I needed this image as posted in addition to with a transparent background.   [Moderator deleted original stock asset. Hi there,I just downloaded AdobeStock_884115492 - specifically the AI/EPS version - but the actual file is just an image embedded into Illustrator. Please can I be credited for this file? It should probably be removed from Adobe Stock as it's clearly not a working vector...Thanks

Please fix this annoying bug of all the AI content being hidden by default.On my buyer account I'm looking for content for Valentine's day for clients currently, and after every damn search the filter goes back to exclude generative AI. It's been happening all day, this is just ridiculous.I also never ever chose to exclude generative AI in my searches, I don't know why it got selected for me? It doesn't make any sense.

HELP! For whatever reason, I can't download any of my licensed assets to any of my devises. Thought maybe it was my PC, but it's also happening on my ipad and my phone. I can click "download" and "re-download," but nothing happens. I've tried troubleshooting... Logged out and back in, shutdown and restarted devices, checked to make sure I have enough device storage, tried it on multiple browsers, cleared caches, etc. etc... I can't do my job right now!

I downloaded this template and followed the tutorial but it's not playing out at all like the preview shows. Anyone else experience this and how do I fix it? I'm not experienced enough to manually do this. I'm using the latest version of PP on a PC. I've attached vids of the tutorial and what mine looks like when I export. Any help would be appreciated.

Ich habe zwei Medien mit den Nr.  1050447954 und 1093446786 in der Rubrik Vorlagen heruntergeladen, die beide als "fully customizable" angeboten wurden. Es handelt sich jedochb lediglich um Filme, die nicht veränderbar sind. Der Fehler ist mir leider erst nach dem Kauf aufgefallen. Die Videos sind unbrauchbar und haben in der Rubrik nichts verloren,

I pay $79.99 a month for my plan, i have plenty of asset credits and have always in the past downloaded video for around 6 credits each. All of a sudden, every single video i try to download, I'm being charged $79.99 for. I've also looked through a lot of different videos and they all say "enhanced" and none of them are available for credits anymore.

I purchased the following file and downloaded it as an .ai file, FILE #:  211486587. I'm so bummed and honestly can't believe I encountered this after using the stock library with decent frequency. It was made with a false checkered transparent background and is completely intertwined with the design. It would take hours to separate the background from the grass design. Any notes on how to contact Adobe to get this situated?  

1) Why doesn't adobe stock allow you to zoom in on the watermarked preview? It would help eliminate 99% of issues regarding bad quality stock images.2) Why isn't there a report button to flag bad images? I wasted a download credit on this file number 667284388 – when I downloaded it and zoomed in, the poor child's teeth are HORRENDOUS. I can't use this image as-is. I know it's AI generated, but it shouldn't cost credits for something this terrible. This isn't something I could see on the thumbnail preview before licensing. Very frustrating.

First time I have had results where the search engine came back with this kind of result.  This is mostly an FYI for Adobe but if anyone knows of a way to improve my results let me know.  I'm looking for veterans with injuries and while I and get some positive hits I'm seeing mostly veternarians with animals that have injuries.

Downloaded vector image #528746888 and the font used in the main graphic (Calvous Spurs Stamp) is not one that I have installed. Moreover, this is not an Adobe font and the versions I see online for download are not for commercial use. Stock vector images should have all fonts converted to outlines
