Hello, I want to cancel my account. I have only used it one day in the 7-day trial, and I do not want to complete this...I do not want to pay fees for a full month.

En la nueva version de la aplicacion. En el texto existe la funcion de efectos, la app da un color predeterminado para el fondo del texto, pero no existe la manera de poder cambiar el color del fonod, solo el color del texto, lo cual hace imposible trabajar con el diseño del texto.

On an iPhone you can usually hold the space bar to move the cursor around a text field. This no longer works with the new adobe express.

i have an assignment that needs this website to make it. I was doing amazingly with your complicated program, but nonetheless, i sufficed. Thing is, after a day of not opening the tab, that, for some reason, allowed my project to just disappear. full on, disappear. its gone. no one took it, it just left me. seriously, screw you guys, i worked hard on this.

Necesito trabajar con una fuente tipografica que se llama "Postea Variable" y a la hora de buscar en el buscador de fuentes de Adobe Express, no se encuentra, cuando la fuente pertenece y esta disponible en Adobe fonts. Deberian de arreglar

I am not entirely sure what is happening, but whenever I save a PDF version of a post I made, the background comes out black.  The rest of my image is present, but the background turns black no matter what color or if I place a transparent background.  This is how I have the image, but when I save this as a JPG or a PNG, it saves normally as it is seen. The issue comes up when I save a PDF version, it doesn't matter the background, it always comes up black. I've looked up other discussions on this and have found similar things but never my exact issue. I've attempted to troubleshoot to no avail, and I'm not sure what else I can do to fix it.  I need this to be fixed as I send many of the images I work on to be printed for work. I can't have everything be black all the time. 

Hej! Vi har problem med våra färger som vi lagt in. Har funkat så fint i säkert ett år men nu kommer dom inte lägre upp i biblioteket och dom finns inte att välja på när man lägger till former eller bakgrundsfärg osv. På vissa ställen kommer färgerna upp men varannan är vit?

I am admin to two other Facebook business pages and want to schedule posts in Adobe Express but when I try to connect another page it just connects to my Artist Penny FireHorse FB page again instead of my other two pages Puget Sound Photography https://www.facebook.com/PugetSoundPhotography and Dregs To Dollar$ https://www.facebook.com/DregsToDollars. I have attached screenshots of FB automatically picking up Artist Penny FireHorse again instead of letting me choose what profile to use.

I do have an Instagram Business account and the app keeps telling me that you only can share directly on insta when you have a business account… which like I said, I do have. So it’s annoying that I have to save everything to my camera roll and share it separately since this update…

Leider kann ich die Adobe-Schrift Manop nicht in Adobe Express nutzen. Sie wird mir dort schlichtweg nicht angezeigt, obwohl sie in allen anderen meiner Adobe-Programme funktioniert und aktiviert ist....

Im missing a whole project that i had created

Everytime I try and backspace my text it doubles it and then if I try and manually delete it it doubles it again so they text is just repeating itself no matter what I do I have to just keep deleting my project I can't even get past the text.

All my files from the previous version did not transfer over to the new updated app. Please advise

I commonly make advertising using the Khmer language, and I pull it from Google translator, or I use a Khmer keyboard with the new update, it will not allow me to use any Khmer. It just prints small rectangles with exes in them

When I migrated to the new Adobe, Only 1 of my projects migrated over. I need access to my projects.

When I download my collage, all my pictures get larger. I need them to be the exact size that I made them for a project. I can't find a way to just print it from the app?

Hi there, until yesterday's update I used Adobe Express all the time for creating social media posts, particularly the grid layout function which included border options and adding text. Since the new update yesterday, there is none of this functionality rendering this app effectively useless for me now. I've tried everything in the app and it appears that instead of retaining all the old features and improving on them, Adobe Express is now just a copy of Canva but worse. I can't even find the possibility to add text onto an image. Please can you tell me how I can revert to the old version so I do not have to go and find a different company's app to enable me to do everything I did previously on Adobe Express? Very frustrated - there was no need to remove everything users liked about it.

In the old version, it was super easy to apply. different alignment configurations. There are only 3? What happened to the other options. Aldo changing color schemes to letters was done with one click, now you have to remember color codes and re-do the entire process. These are features that saved me hours of time. Maybe I just don’t know how? Heeeelp!
