Clicking share button opens a small blank rounded box and nothing else. No way to change social accounts, stuck.

Hi, PDF downloads are broken. I have tried Firefox, Vivaldi, Chrome and Edge, broken in all. I've tried the Windows app, also broken. When are you going to fix this? I've tried printing all pages, a single page, printing selected pages with all selected. Nothing works.

leider habe ich sehr mühselig ein neues brand eingegeben und alles fertig gemacht inkl Farbe Logo und vorlagen, in der App ist allerdings NICHTS davon verfügbar. Das macht die ganze sache nun mehr als nur ein bisschen zeitintensiv für mich, wenn dich die vorlagen verwenden möchte. Bitte helfen sie mir damit meine Arbeit Effizient laufen kann. Danke

I would access my files but not be able to access it and the page would be unresponsive. Whenever I request to edit on shared files, the other person would accept but when I start collaborating, the site would stop working.

After splitting a video, the first scene froze in the player. When I download it, it plays fine. I left the app, went back in and opened my file and now the second portion of my video is glitchy in appearance. Likely just the preview. I’m sure it will download fine. (Also, it would be awesome to be able to select video speed at other percentages rather than just the preset intervals 🙂

Como podem verificar no video e imagem enviados em anexo , ao colocar uma imagem ou item fornecida por adobe , o mesmo devia de aparecer nas devidas condições assim como a plataforma o promete , todavia na realidade não 'e o que tem acontecido. Foram perdidos diversos trabalhos por este erro. Resumidamente , ao colocar uma imagem ou item ele aparece como uma mecha de tinta e não a imagem que deveria. Agradeço a rápida resolução deste assunto.

I've tried to add team members to a brand that I've created in Adobe Express and it says "Administrators already have access. Click here to learn more." and the learn more link does not work. Also, my administrators confirm they cannot access the brand folder nor do they receive any email communication stating they've been added.

No hay una barra de desplazamiento por el documento, cuando se amplía, se pierde parte de la vista del mismo. Por otro lado, para realizar ediciones del texto, solo se pueden hacer en una vista del 25 % porque si se amplía, parte del documento es tapado por la caja de herramientas de edición de texto. Por favor verificar estos fallos. Muchas Gracias

This software is an absolute joke of a platform. Every time I click to edit a scene, the playhead jumps. Randomly when I am editing, the playhead jumps. I can't add more than one audio track to a video...dude...YOU HAVE A SECTION FOR BACKGROUND MUSIC BUT I CAN'T PUT ANYTHING IN FRONT OF IT. Video files can only upload effectively if I upload to Premiere first and then export. All timeline controls are seemingly random. Trying to be precise is a complete joke. If you're wondering what I would rate the software? 0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE. If I didn't have to use this to collaborate with a colleague on their project I would never touch it again. I am a lover of Adobe products and I have been using Photoshop and Illustrator for over a decade. This product is a waste of your efforts. Just buy Camtasia, make it web based and don't screw it up. You'll have a 1000% better product. Or take some notes from Vyond. Either way stop development on this, please.

When editing a video, the program is constantly hopping to the beginning of the video after working on a task on a slide. It does this when adding pictures or audio. The program did not do this before. It is rather annoying. I am hoping you can fix this.

The timeline is constantly jumping back to the start. I just get to where I need to be to edit, change the length of a scene and then it jumps back to the start of the timeline.

while editing my video it goes back to the beginning of the first slide making it impossible to keep where I was editing. It keeps "jumping back". NOt only annoying but impossible to use this platform to finish editing.
