Hello, all the web pages I created with new adobe express run very slow when opened on some mobile devices, in particular I have no issues with my Iphone when opening them both via Chrome or Safari but the issue arises on my colleagues' Android phones. This is not related to wifi connection since we are all connected to the same wifi. Also, our web pages created with old express version run smooth on all the devices. Thanks

Hi,  I try to connect Facebook and Insta to the scheduler. Unfortunately it does not work. I receive the attached message. What do I wrong? I use Adobe Express in Edge on a Mac and are administrator of the the pages I try to connect. Thanks, Sebastian  

I have noticed for some time a problem relating to the "Web Page" resource. After publishing on the web and generating the link, if you open it on a mobile device it is as if you were browsing in slow motion mode. The same does not occur from a fixed device. The issue occurs on different mobile devices with different operating systems and multiple browsers. Thank you.

I have tried connecting my other facebook, instagram and tik tok accounts and it's only allowing me to connect to the existing accounts. It doesn't give me the option to select the others. It does however allow me to change linkedin.

I am unable to add any new elements to new or existing projects in Express because the sidebar menu does not load, with the exception of Your Stuff and Add-ons. I am using Windows and have tried clearing my data/cache in both Chrome and Edge, to no avail for the past two months. While I can edit/copy/paste existing elements in existing projects, it's basically impossible to start a new project or add new elements to an existing project.

Whenever I use the erase tool circle brush no matter what I do it always has a line/shadow around the area I erased which makes it obvious I erased something from the photo

I am attempting to download a post using Adobe Stock image ID 660838760. I am getting an error message that indicates Adobe Stock Image ID 334907688 can no longer be used. I downloaded image ID 660838760 several times yesterday morning but it will no longer allow me to download this image siting a completely different image ID as no longer being avaiable. Can you please fix this ASAP as I need to dowload this post. Plese note we licenced this image just a few weeks ago.

When you are editing a video, especially long videos, when the mouse hovers over the sound section, the timeline automatically returns to the beginning, making it very difficult to edit the video. You have to find a way to edit scenes without hovering over the audio section. It is very annoying.

I cannot copy one image and paste yo to another image so as to have two images together on adobe animate from audio.

My file named DESIGN-THE-LOOK-WOMENS-STYLISH-ACCESSORIES-ONLINE with about 29 pages and different versions of the image attached. This happened a little after Tuesday, ‎December ‎26, ‎2023, ‏‎7:33:47 PM prior I had a 3 week ongoing issue where I was not able to download any of my projects and I had to use chat support to invite agents into my store to get access to my store and download them for me. Here are he 3 agents I remember chatting with [Sensitive information removed by Moderator] Each agent accessed my account and provided the downloads in different ways. I recall one agent creating a whole separate link and provided me with the link where I had to download the project from a link they created form within my AE account. I believe that either there is some dishonesty within Adobe and agents are stealing users projects they work hard on or; whom ever is intergrading the changes in adobe express is messing things up badly and the users are paying for this disaster of a mishap and

I have worked on these webpages and have found that the information is changing on the webpages. For example Week 4 inspirational artists has change to Floral Art Journal Part 1??? Why is it doing this? The topic is incorrect as it is the webpages??

Esse logotipo, na sua respectiva pagina de edição, não tem fundo como pretendo, mas depois quando quero passa-lo para outros itens, outras imagens, aparece com um fundo e eu não quero que ele tenha fundo. Agradecia que mudassem isso. Obrigado !

Share button breaks. If you hover over it, you get the expeced menu. But if you click off of it and then come back it doesn't work. It just displays some useless pop up.
