I am trying to create a custom card. When I open the design board for a custom card, I see along the far left border the following options: Search, Your Stuff, Templates, Media, Text, Elements, and Grids. However, when i click on each there is nothing there. No options are presented. what is going on with this app?

The main reason why I started using Express instead of Photoshop was because it was so easy to resize a page (typically from square to "Instagram Story" ratio). In the past few weeks, when I resize a page in this way, any logo I've placed has been getting cropped, as have photos in the page. Plus (as previously reported), when I try to change the size of a shape element, it will only scale proportionally - I can't drag the handles to change it on a specific dimension. So now I'm more or less back to rebuilding most of the graphic from scratch once it's resized.

I worked really hard on a video in Adobe Express and now it won't download. PLEASE HELP

When I click Save the dialogue box that opens below is blank and I'm unable to proceed with saving the changes to Wix image.

I have been trying for several days to download a video I made. I have tried it using four different browsers using a MacBook, PC, laptop, and my phone. I cannot get my project off of Express. I can see the file on my phone, but when I try to download it there, it ends up at 0KB. I've been trying for days to download it. Also, I am missing files in my projects folder as of this morning. I 've been working for weeks on this video. The message I keep getting is that Adobe is working on my project and it will be available to download soon. Please help!

Seit Eurem Update werden erstellte Bilder nicht mehr in hoher Qualität heruntergeladen. Wo kann man die Qualität einstellen? DAnke und Grüße Michael Maleck

Unter dem Punkt "Entdecken" wird nichts angezeigt. Erst hat es nur geladen, dann kam eine Fehlermeldung und nun sieht man gar nichts. Und das schon seit mehreren tagen

Ich kann das Projekt "E-Mail Banner" nicht mehr öffnen! Es ist schon mehrmals abgestürzt, hat sich aber immer wieder durch das Anklicken von "Aktualisieren" wieder eröffnen lassen. Jetzt geht gar nichts mehr und mich hat es einfach wieder aus der Bearbeitung geschmissen. Duplizieren kann ich das Projekt auch nicht mehr, da kommt auch nur die Meldung, dass ein Problem aufgetreten ist. An der Verbindung kann es nicht liegen. Ich habe auch die aktuellste Version von Express.

How come button download for adobe express has been gone??

Our logo starts to pixelate at small sizes, not an issue in Illustrator/Photoshop. Happens with both PNG and vector versions of the logo

When I export images as PNG or JPG they often come out very jagged even though the source image is crisp. See attached, JPG export and compare it with the PDF export.

When I select "elements" it comes up blank with no elements to select.

Really is the must irritating thing ever, I had a template I created, now with this new express I can’t even add my own logo to the design from my brand library, it just refuses to do it, I’m sorry but the new express experience is just pigging awful, just turn back time and bring back old express, at least that worked!

How do you download in the new version?

I can no longer download and save a file- I do not want to make a new project for every post I make, this is really awful and gets rid of 90% of the functionality for me- please bring it back!!

When I click elements in the left hand navigation on desktop it is blank. Everything is missing. I am at a standstill in my design work without these items. None of the topics are relevant to this issue.

When trying to play the editor it just will not load to playback
