I was doing some image finetuning with generative fill for adding / subtracting elements to the image, and extending edges, but Firefly has been hanging 2 out of 3 attempts. It just stalls at 'generating...' and after 5 to 10 mins of no response I have to cancel and retry. However, the credits are still being used. Must have burnt thru almost 10 credits on generating nothing today. 

When I try to select the brush doesn't work.

Image structure is not giving proper results

I can't seem to cancel an instruction to generate when using a rather intermittent wifi signal and only two or three images have come through.

here is my prompt, "portrait of a non-smiling haunting girl with golden feathers for hair, she has a large iguana on her shoulder, very realistic, very human, very iguana, stunning exceptional art". I DID NOT get pictures of a "non-smiling haunting girl" and did not get "feathers for hair", I got a smiling girl and a few feathers In The Hair.  I also did not get very much of an iguana in the picture. The images were very nice but not what I wanted. This just wasted several of my credits today.

I was trying to create images of "sperm whales" and "Moby Dick" on Firefly and the AI didn't work. It was so weird. Sperm whale is a name of a very common whale specimen (that whale with a big square head). Moby Dick is a very famous book and also a classic movie. Why did AI refuse to create images with these prompts? Does Firefly have a censorship with some words? Sometimes this Artificial Intelligence can be so stupid... I'm very frustred.I'm using the Firefly 2 and 3, desktop version, iMac 2023 with Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 and Safari 17.5

I have paid the amount for 1 year subscription. But I am not getting credits. Why?

I used the generative fill for removing object but the output was worst. It made photo unusable. Few months back it was working pretty good. But now it's output is bad. It's not even looking real.

Fui experimentar o Firefly com uma conta e recebi a seguinte notificação: "Você não tem mais acesso ao Firefly devido a uma violação de nossas Diretrizes do usuário. Acesse a página de Perguntas frequentes para saber mais." Nunca tinha usado o Firefly com essa conta e não tenho nenhuma inscrição na Adobe com ela.  O que será isso?

Bonjour, j'essaye tant bien que mal d'améliorer une photo, d'une femme assise en pleine nature et d'ajouter dans mon paysages de petites fleurs, mais le site me dit constamment que quelque chose cloche et que je ne respecte pas les conditions d'utilisation.. ma photo n'a rien de choquant et ma demande non plus, composée d'un arbre, une femme avec une grande robe, et des fleurs. 

The new Firefly 3 model consistently ignores the "Art" setting when rendering people, regardless of other settings. Even when I have simple art settings like "layered paper" selected, the model consistenly renders photorealistic people - even on simple digital backgrounds. The only way I can find to avoid this bug is to add an instruciton like "simple drawing," or "sketch" to the prompt, which often results in ultra-simplistic results.  I did not have this problem with the firefly 2 model, so I am regularly switching back to that model to render images.

estoy usando cambio de fondo pero he notado que no esta generando las sombras de la imagen dentro del fondo, por lo que parece puesto sobre una imagen trascera, osea le falta profundidad y verse mas real 

I can't use Adobe firefly due to technical problem 

I just created 4 images (text to image) and got the default 1:1 images while I need a 4:3 image. So I selected the one I liked and choose that one to generate similar content after setting the image ratio to 4:3. And I got practically the same image in 4:3 ratio, only I cannot download it in that size. No matter what I try, I keep downloading a 1:1 image. I even tried to open the image in Adobe Express and it still was square, although the canvas in Adobe Express was at 4:3 ratio. This looks like a bug to me.

Hallo zusammen, im Zuge eines KI-Projektes würde ich gerne das neue Modul „costum model“ von Adobe Firefly testen, allerdings kann ich nicht darauf zugreifen, obwohl ich die Lizenz für die Adobe Creative Cloud habe.Auf der Startseite von Firefly wird mir das Modul erst gar nicht angezeigt und im Reiter "Eigene Modelle" kann ich mir nur das Einstiegsvideo anschauen. Wenn ich direkt über den Link "https://firefly.adobe.com/cme/train" versuche daraufzuzugreifen, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung, dass ich keinen Zugriff auf dieses Modul habe. Credits für Firefly sind auch noch ausreichend vorhanden und der Support hat mich nun an die Community weitergeleitet. Könnt ihr mir hier aushelfen bitte???  

Download button not working properly

"Structure reference" is great, i've noticed that when the suggestions checkbox was on the "Structure reference" was ignored and the images were created without it, i've attched my settings

Ich möchte den hintergrund eines bildes erweitern. Dieses bild soll das profilbild eines Meme/Comedy Instagram Kanals werden. Warum soll man hier den Hintergrund nicht erweitern können? Das bild wurde btw schon von dem adobe firefly zu goldman socks umgeändert. Warum hat das programm das erlaubt aber macht jetzt faxen?

Favorites are not generating exactly the same when clicked on in the favorites tab to pull the image back up. It's using the same prompt that the favorited image is saved with, but it's not giving me the exact same image that I favorited.

Good day, there is currently a bug in Adobe Express, where there is a pop-up window which talks about "Helping Us Improve" that will not go away, clicking on "Git it" doesnt work, and nothing works on the page as a result of this pop-up window not being able to go away.
