Firefly video generation is repeatedly rejecting my images - i assume its flagged as sexual content, even though it is not. People in the images are fully dressed and not participating in suggestive behavior. The user guidelines are not helpful, they only talk about minors, which are not present in the images (and this is very obvious). After this the ui is also broken, nothing can be clicked and i am completely locked out of using the entire product.

Firefly upscale video issue. After uploading video. applying upscale video process, 3 second actual video output came with 3 sec duration but first frame only. Video wasn't upscaled. 2 times credit deducted and no output. why is that?

I started a 4-second widescreen video generation in Sora 2 using one reference image and a detailed anime-style prompt. The system returned a service unavailable error, no output was generated, but credits were still deducted.

Im using the firefly boards with google gemini 3.1 nano banana 2 with 2k resolution for my image generation. which is included in my plan and i keep getting the same error “something went wrong please try again later” and i can’t generate any images. this issue has been recurring for a week now. please look into this matter as soon as possible.

video creation takes minimum 30 mintues ,model veo 3.1 fast,resolution 1080p,aspect ratio 9:16,frame per second-24FPS,duration 8 second,audio-off .but takes tooo much time

Nothing in firefly works. keep getting errors. 

 Initiated a prompt using the native Firefly Video Engine. The user interface immediately deducted my Generative Credits as normal. The video generation screen became stuck in a "Generating" state for over 8 minutes without ever producing a final video output or an error code. Forced a browser refresh/tab closure to break the loop, assuming an automatic refund would trigger. Attempted to check Files > Generation History to verify if the video rendered in the background, but the entire history panel is now caught in an endless "loading" loop and refuses to display any assets.Expected Result:The video should have completed rendering within the standard 60-second window, or the backend should have registered a server timeout and automatically reversed the credit deduction.Actual Result:The credits are permanently lost, no video was generated, and the asset dashboard is unresponsive.Request:Please have a support agent verify my account's backend server logs for this timestamp to trigger

I asked gemini a question about how to make a lyrics video. I didn’t expect it to generate a still photo.  it generated one anyway. Can I get my credits back? I’m still learning. 

I’m using boards to generate videos. When I try to generate with Kling 2.5 I get a ‘something went wrong’ error and nothing is generated.Im using board because Kling 2.5 doesn’t appear to be available with the video generation tool any longer - has 2.5 just been discontinued and that’s why it’s not working?The above is all in Chrome. When I try to use boards in Safari, I can’t even select Kling 2.5 as the menu disappears when I move my cursor onto the ‘more models’ part of the dropdown menu (Kling 2.5 also doesn’t appear as a model in video generation on Safari).

i have seen Vary options when i first started using Firefly boards, but after few times, i don’t see that option anymore when i select the image. The option is disappeared. Please help me fix it.

Generative remove not following prompt. Changed likeness of people. Even people not close to the object requested to remove!

The image I pulled into Firefly was at 90 deg rather than vertical. In Photoshop I could easily rotate it to vertical. Surely that function is available in firefly… Perhaps I need more stick time with a tutorial.
