I am generating a video in Adobe Firefly using generative AI Veo 3.1 Fast and it has been running for more than 20 minutes without generating the video

Hi FireFly team,I’ve identified a bug regarding the credit system in your product. Although the account is granted 10 free credits, they are often not deducted after use. (You can verify this by checking the generation history and credit balance on my account as of 28.02.2026).Additionally, while some models correctly trigger a premium paywall after a certain point, others (such as Google and ChatGPT models) allow for continuous generation without restriction. If this is not intentional, it could lead to significant resource loss for you.For reference, I have managed to generate approximately 25 images despite having a 10-credit limit, and my current balance still shows 9/10.   

firefly ne fonctionne pas depuis ce matin, impossible de generer quoi que ce soit

in image to video mode, I should see the option for first frame and last frame upload, for me only first frame shows up. This is the case for all available models 

Trying to download a generation, the download never comes through.  Also, it is very difficult to access previous generations, they do no show up in generation history.

noting really need to add to detail… and I don’t want to waste another 200 credit just take a screenshot to not working again. 

ファイアフライイメージ5をよく使わせてもらっていますが、生成した画像全てにもれなくゴミが入ります。位置は必ず左下の角（10ピクセル程度）です。10ピクセルといえど、そこだけノイズの塊みたいなものがあると目立ちます。品質を保つ為、1枚ごとにフォトショップで消していますが、どうにかゴミが入らないようにできないでしょうか？お忙しい中恐縮ですがご確認いただけますと幸いです。 

This is awful. The command is to virtually stage a coastal theme room. Use this exact photo. And the generated image is moving walls of the structure.

Making short movie with real characters. Uploaded images with prompt. Says doesnt meet guidelines. No problem when i use Veo3.1 on other Platforms

my sora 2 in fire fly doesnt work i get a errror message

Trying to generate my first video and get the message: “Something went wrong, try again later”. Tried multiple times with same result.

The repeated command was to NOT Illuminate the garage windows…. repeatedly.  

I AM TRYING TO CREATE A IJSEM FORMATTED IMAGE, AND THE PROGRAM CONTINUALLY LEAVES OUT SECTIONS OF MY DATA POOL. 

 My prompt requests a still image, not a cinematic hand shaken take. The photo is taken out of the frame and the video moves into the sky following the birds. This is not what I requested yet I had to pay 1250 credits for this useless video. Demand a refund. 

I’m on windows 11. I’ve tried using several different browsers but the same problem remains. I try to use adobe firefly and when i try to use any option like image to video, it just shows a blank white screen. What’s wrong?

Within “start generating” mode, regardless of the model chosen, and regardless of the manner in which I’m attempting to upload a .jpg (2.1MB)  reference images, AF simply will not upload.

I type in a description and upload a reference image. Hit generate and it comes up with a picture of a sad dog and say something went wrong, try again later. Was working fine earlier and then started to do this over and over again.

It does not go anywhere, it hase been develope the image for a long time and does not goes anywhere, almost more thatn 5 minutes and still processing

Gemini 3 crashed, not working on any of my computers or browsers.

I have never been able to any video graphic with firefly. Tired multi internet browers, I always get an error message. something went wrong, cant generate right now ect.I have tried on multiple days over the last few weeks- never have I been able to generate a video using reference images with firefly. I uploaded two jpgs as the first and last frame, I have tried all the settings, adding a description, not have a description doesnt seem to matter.  But If I dont upload a reference images and just to the description it works just fine. What am I doing wrong here?

Image making on most of the platforms on most days is slow and most of images around 80%% above are so bad that no one can use them. It’s a waste of time and effort. It’s terrible. It charges credits but no images show up. It charges credits but it says it takes longer that usual to make the image I wait 10 minutes and still the image is not there and the credits are gone.
