Bug Reports

My Firefly is not responding to generate image. It goes to a all white screen and nothing loads.

I try several browsers, from my cellphone and Notebook, I have the same issue everywhere. Takes a lot of time. This happen also in the app. Sometimes I cant write the prompt

Firefly has repeatedly failed to execute the changes I requested while continuing to deduct credits. This has happened several times—not just once or twice—and because of this recurring bug, I have unnecessarily wasted a significant amount of my credits.

I've been getting that message for three days, but only with the Kling 2.5 Turbo model. It's frustrating.

I make a prompt and it gets completely ignored and it does something else like adding a weird filter that I did not prompt for. It has taken me 30 edits for a simple image change on bathroom vanity. If this was a free account I could somewhat understand but it is not. Since I'm paying for this it is very frustrating to burn up all my credits on one image.

I tell it to brighten the front and side of a building and it keeps flipping upside down

firefly não funciona

I have tried several simple and detailed prompts, to no avail.  Hundreds of credits wasted for a simple prompt of take these two photos and put the people together with a hug in front of a sign.  And it gives me multiple different people, totally changes the faces, or some other thing that was not a part of the prompt.  I would like the issue resolved and credits returned.  I would like to continue the relationship, however if the system doesn’t work, there is no reason to continue paying for something I am not getting. Thank you, Matthew

I am try to generate video from last 3days and its only showing the screen i am sharing..I have tried everything clearing browsing data still its taking to long to generate or showing can generate video. My work is stuck due to this please fix this bug as soon as possible its a request

nothing to add- to repeat: i did two upscale generations to 4k, but they only retained audio and the first frame. it still charged me 400 per generation- can you refund credits and explain how to fix

I'm a premium user and been trying simple promtes to edit a video in firefly. The promts were clear but the resutls were poor. so I kept on trying 5-6 times and still not solving basic promots. Then my credits ran out. ANd this leaves me with no ability to solve the issue. THIS IS VERY POOR. I am paying for something that is not working at a basic level.  What can I do now? Regard

I hit the download button, wait nothing comes up to save to. then a downloading tag shows up at the bottom and thats it.

generation History in FireFly either fails to load or takes forever.  As the platform cuts out regularly lack of access toGeneration history is a real problem

I’m using the Sound Effect Generator. I upload a video, add my voice as a reference, enter a prompt, and click Generate. After some time, I get the following error:“An unknown error occurred. Please try again.”No result is generated, but my credits are still deducted. So I’m paying for credits that are being used even though the generation fails and I receive nothing. Browser: Version 150.0.7871.116 (Official Build) (arm64)OS: macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (23D60)It seems you have not configured the CORS properly LOL :DIf you hire me, you would not have these problems █████████PS RETURN ME MY CREDITS!!!!! ;)Console log: 4chunk.6e22df7046d74651.min.js:3 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Unhandled Promise Rejection: e is not a function    at b.<anonymous> (chunk.6e22df7046d74651.min.js:3:51716)    at a (chunk.6e22df7046d74651.min.js:3:51505)    at d (chunk.6e22df7046d74651.min.js:3:51710)    at h (chunk.6e22df7046d74651.min.js:3:51764)    at b.render (chunk.b584ac7890357e9c.min.js:2817:2123)

I got this response when I tried using firefly for the first time. Bummer.

Hi Support Team, I’m experiencing an issue with my Adobe Firefly generation history. When I open the history panel, I can see the cards of my previously generated images, but the cards appear empty. When I click on any of them, an error message appears stating that the generated images cannot be displayed. Could you please assist in restoring or troubleshooting my generation history? I would really appreciate your help, as these images are important for my work. Thank you in advance.

Typical Adobe Firefly support, people complain, and they do nothing. Tried it all clear cache, different browser, signed out and back in, used different model etc etc etc  and still not seeing my full history. Clearly they could care less as long as they have our money.Endless posts about this problem going back at least 8 months, and I have yet to see a resolution.

Basically if you try to re-edit or reuse etc one of your older generations and for that go to generation history and click one, it freezes the generation page when it swaps to generation page. But after few tries it starts working.
