Bilder generieren, alle inklusiven Modelle, sämtliche Adobe Modelle. Nur noch Kostenpflichtiges geht. Dafür brauche ich dann aber Adobe nicht. Nicht nachvollziehbar, was soll das? Keinerlei nachvollziehbare Fehlermeldung etc.. Das ist absolut inakzeptabel.

I bought a subscription of Adobe Firefly with Pro Plus for creating Hindu devotional gods, but result is very cheap, seems like adobe firefly do not even know that who are Hindu gods, their face. So, I'm badly upset with this. Sort this issue out shortly otherwise I have to say goodbye to Adobe firefly.

I used firefly to translate a video to Chinese mandarin and the output was terrible, the audio was overlapping before one sentence finished the next was starting and talking over the top of the previous sentence. and you took my credits to generate this trash? I am really shocked at this!I would like a full refund of my credits for this botch job your tool made. if you want the tool to work correctly you need to improve this!thank you.

When I upload a video, select the Upscale section, and click Generate, I always receive an error and the process fails. I have tried everything, signing out and signing in, using different browsers, but nothing works.

When I open the Job Log in the creative production, it just keeps reloading the job log page. How can i fix this?

I'm unable to generate anything. I have enough credit but i can't use it to create anything. It says Something went wrong Please try again later. Also it doesn't show how much credit it will use for the generation. Please fax this issue as soon as possible.

whenever i prompt firefly to generate an image and it runs forever then resulting into a bug then my token gets taken for a task I didn’t get an output for

I am creating videos and sometimes each generation consumes hundreds of credits. Firefly consumes the credits even if the generation is failing. Obtaining money for an output that did not happen is deceiving and unethical. Adobe should have  a system in place to check that the output does not exist,  thus return the credits to the user. This is similar to ordering at a restaurant and never getting the food. 

constantly getting charged credits and getting nothing.  I had to buy more credits 3 times last month. If it can’t produce an image then don’t take the credits. Charge the account after the image is produced instead of before. I appreciate the “free” use of some of the lower end AI models, but these are not what I’m losing my credits on. 

i cant render anything nor can i edit any previously rendered images. I get an error everytime. It says i have credits and my internet connection is fine so i dont know whats going on.Edit

My refund adobe autopay cancelling 

i ask the editor to change a color of a shirt and it completely changes the whole image, or gives a black image

Will not generate a video, i hit generate and nothing happens, button becomes unclickable, and no indication of loading or generation present. Cannot generate.  

I provide a reference frame of a natural gas well burning so that a video can be created.  None of the AI models will work.  Only Firefly video works and it changes the image entirely and makes it color.  My prompt asks for the original sepia tone and historic background.  This renders Firefly useless to me.

When I want delete something in my image in Firefly boards it isn’t select anything, it’s just not working. I get notification “you need to use the pencil to select the area”, which I did. I have include a video too.

it says 4 second video consume 80 credits, and 8 seoncds video consumes 160 credits. but i just realized the credits almost burned through half of it

Taking too long time in generations and 90% generation failed after waiting for long times , my internet is stable and good speed.
