Bug Reports

I cannot acces photos from a named lightroom album.

I have multiple boards, and "your stuff" and "recent boards" is empty for me. But if I click saved link it takes me to my board, so i have to make sure I save a link somewhere for every project, so i can find it later. Anyway to fix this? Thank you!

I’ve been unable to generate anything using firefly for a while now, tried restarting, deleting cache and deleting cookies but no matter what platform I choose to generate on I’m gtiing the “try again later” screen.

Subject: Request for credit refund/adjustment — Firefly video generations with incorrect text (26 Apr 2026)Hello Adobe Support,Today (26 April 2026, Australia/Melbourne time), I generated approximately six videos using Adobe Firefly. Each generation consumed credits; however, none of the outputs was usable because the on-screen text in the generated videos was misspelled, despite my entering the correct spelling in my prompts. As the results did not match what I requested and the incorrect spelling makes the videos unusable, I’m requesting a refund or credit adjustment for the credits used on these six generations created today.I can provide the prompts used, timestamps, and screenshots/video captures showing the misspelled words in the outputs. Please advise the best way to submit the generation IDs or links so you can review and process the refund/credit adjustment.Thank you,Kelly Sharples [personal information removed by moderator]

I drew a concept sketch in Illustrator. I saved it as a .jpeg. Firefly will not accept it as a reference image

I generated a video in adobe firefly. Now I want to edit that video using an edit prompt. But when I give that prompt to edit, it says something went wrong.

I want to upload a video from my laptop and I get an error that it cannot upload for the length of the video. Am I doing something wrong?

I tried using the topaz upscale options and I got the "something went wrong" doggy error message. I have enough credits.

this is my first generation and it keeps showing “something went wrong try back later”

I cant make anything. It takes forever to load. Im paying alot for this!

I am unable to generate video

Every prompt every engine is giving me this>????? Signing in and out sometimes works for a single image? HELP!

I built a custom model, used it, created images with it and now it’ has completely going. The images I created are still there but the model isn’t

you can see 9:16 is selected, but the output is 16:9

Hi Adobe Firefly Support,I’m running into multiple issues with custom model training and would appreciate your help.Last week, I successfully trained a custom model and spent around 500 credits on the training process. The model was available and usable initially, but now it has disappeared and is showing as “Draft” again, as if the training never completed. I would like to recover the trained model or restore the completed training state if possible.Additionally, when attempting new training runs, I’m consistently getting an error message:“Exceeded concurrency limit. Please try again later.”Because of this, I currently cannot continue training new models either.Could you please: investigate why the previously trained model reverted to Draft mode help restore the trained model if possible check whether the consumed credits can be recovered if the training failed internally investigate the concurrency limit/training issue on my account Thanks in advance for your support.Best,Timo

I keep trying but doesn't work

If I create any video using Kling 3.0 in Boards, it will be created as 720p despite choosing 1080p, which makes creating videos in boards useless for my workflow.Creating Kling 3.0 videos in “Generate Video” works normally, but this kills my creativity as I work only with boards, especially that I can’t do anything while waiting 2-3 minutes for each generation to finish.

As mentioned, I have done this action with similar files.  It has correctly done the art that I requested.  But the last 2-3 request, the product that comes up has NOTHING TO DO WITH MY REQUEST.  So i asked again, adding my file, I use the same words, and on the second try it does it correctly. I do not know if you are charging me for those mistakes by your system.
