Hi Team,I am currently generating images and have seen a significant drop off in resolution. I am using Nano Banana Pro as the model to ensure consitancy however the resolution is now not accetable please see attached image comparisons. Can you please let me know when this is resolved as this is a project i need to complete. I have created a number of this type of image and haven't had any issues in the past. Thanks

Adobe Firefly is not following prompts

I had 4000 credits, generated one video and for some reason my credit went to 0. 

After I push button "Generate", interface trace pop-message "Error ocurre, please contact support".What can be done here?

Text to avatar (beta) generate video - I have tried to generate  a text to avatar multiple times over the last couple of months. It gives a progress bar and at the end of the progress, it says "something went wrong".  It once took credits for that, for which I was credited. I am getting woried I will again loose credits if I attempt another generation. My current credits expire in two days. Am I doing something wrong? This generation is important to my workflow, and has worked well in the past. Please help. 

Every time I try to generate an Ai video (this error message comes up), I have more than enough credits to do this generation. This happend before and I had to wait days until it started working properly.  

I was testing Pika 2.2. It gave me an error while still using my credits.

Adobe credits didn't show although we bought it already. It just says: You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator.

ボード内で動画をアップスケールするときに消費されるクレジットが、ボード上で表示される量と、アカウントのクレジットが消費される量が違います。 ボード内では50クレジットと表示されても、実際減る量は60クレジットです。何故でしょうか？手数料として減るのでしょうか？ クレジットの減り方に違和感を覚える前に、100クレジットのアップスケールもしていたので、100クレジットの場合の誤差は確認していません。

when i paste a GIF into my Board, it only shows a still and not the full GIF animation

please help me resolve issues with firefly video. it is not processing any videos and the generate button isn't clickable.

I ran several prompts using two different models and got back a blank video. The prompt included frame start and end images or just a refrence image. Credits were used for each... 

Meus créditos generativos estavam em 4000 e usei apenas 4 vezes com valor de 400 cada e já zerou tudo! Depois entrei na biblioteca e vi que havia mais vídeos gerados do que pedi, totalizando 10 vídeos! sendo que 6 não pedi, e acredito que foi quando pedi para gerar e o site disse que estava esperando diminuir a grande quantidade de acessos então, por eu ter apertado mais de uma vez, pode ter dado esse problema, pois apertei pois não respondeu, e depois vi que, quando o site voltou a responder ele usou todas as vezes que apertei, mas eu não tinha como saber

No entiendo como funcionan los creditos ilimitados de imágenes, porque pagando adove debería tener ilimitadas genereación de imagenes y se me acabaron y tuve que pagar nuevamente y se me acabaron de nuevo.

We are trying to use a picture to video and asking a man in the picture to pick up a child after pressing generate after a short time it says an something went wrong and try again later.

Soeben habe ich das Probeabo für Firefly abgeschlossen kann es aber nicht nutzen, statt aus dem "Prompt" Textfeld einen Film zu generieren, erscheint erst kurz ein Textfeld mit der Aussage "Meine Credits reichen nicht aus. Ich brauche mehr Credits. Und dann öffnet sich das Reklamefenster und die 3x Preismodelle werden angezeigt. Was soll das?

Hello,Like several other users, I’m posting regarding the Firefly “unlimited generations until January 15” promotion. I also received an in-app message stating that I could enjoy unlimited Firefly generations until Jan 15, however this promo ended for me on Dec 14th (screenshot attached).I read a post confirming that the other user has had this offer reactivated after bringing up the issue with Adobe so I'm posting here so that my access can be restored like was done with them. Much like this other user who had their access restored, I am an EU consumer and am protected by the same EU Consumer Protection Laws that motivated restoring their access to the generation features that were promised/advertised.  I would greatly appreciate a prompt resolution consistent with how this matter has been addressed for other users. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I signed up for a monthly subscription today. I switched to a paid plan. But after about 10-15 photos, the limit ran out. What does this mean?
