Hola, hace dias que no puedo crear imagenes, por que me pasa? que debo hacer

어도비 파이어플라이 사용 시 [로드할 수 없음] 문구가 뜨며새로운 이미지 생성이 안되고 있습니다.해결방법을 빠르게 안내해주시면 감사하겠습니다.플랜을 사용하는데 매우 불편함을 느끼고 있습니다.

When i upload a black and white image of a family member into firefly it tells me that I've gone against community guidelines. But this is my image that was taken on a family members camera way back in the day. 

I am literally unable to produce a single result that includes anything from my promt

I have paid access for an unlimited number of images, yet it won't generate an image for me; I haven't made any videos or audio, nor do I want to, so what is the problem?

Since yesterday, I and several colleagues have found that, whatever prompt you enter, images are not being generated. All you get is a "Something went wrong. The image produced an error. Please try again". We tried prompts that Adobe has suggested in the Text to Image front page as well as prompts that have worked for us perfectly well before. This is posted as a discussion as well by another user, and I replied to that, but there has been no response to that from Adobe. The most recent prompt I used was, "A happy human looking robot writing a poem and painting a picture and carving a sculpture." Error message below. Please help! 

so i have purchased adobe primere but i can used adobe firefly but it is given that with [paid adobe primere i hjave gottent the firfly also

Whenever i try human photos, there is some wierd manioulation of fingures, faces, perspective etc which make the picture looks little odd. I hope the team is still working on fine-tuning it. I know it is to avoid copyright/content authenticity issue but the images are not looking great due to that.

Hello team, There is an error while loading the video. It can analyze the images better and make consistent sounds. It does not take the ambiance into account when analyzing the video. That's why the sounds are far from reality. Thanks for all.

Los modelos generados presentan manos y facciones mal generados, presentan deformidades y/o desproporciones. Estaría bien que mejoraran éstos detalles ya que muchas de las imágenes generadas no son aprovechadas por esos defectos

 Dio un error para hacer la imagen y me rebajó el crédito como si la hubiera hecho.

Not sure this is really a bug but I am always experiencing difficuly with the image output from Firefly. I ask AI to create my prompts, which I validate but I always get really poor images? I have emphasised the parts of the prompt that are important but I end up with some mutant form of what I'm specifically asking for? Getting a bit tired of it now as I thought this was supposed to be intelligent? What am I doing wrong here? Here's my prompt; Portrait of a happy animated young woman in casual streetwear (hoodie and jeans/shorts) in a dynamic crouched pose, reaching one hand forward toward the camera in sharp focus, shallow depth of field with blurred background. One hand extended with fingers gripping a mobile phone in a landscape orientation. Professional studio lighting on white background, commercial photography style, bokeh effect, hand in foreground crisp and detailed while model's body softly blurred in background on a white background. Here's my results;&nb

Well, I'm not sure if it's the whole Firefly server cluster or the Firefly app on iOS that's very buggy.   The main issue is that the app needs to be closed and restarted after 3-5 video clips. Generation. The generate button doesn’t respond at all. The other issue is AI-generated work. Sometimes, it keeps generating the same exact clip, even when the whole prompt has changed to something completely different. Last note, does Adobe have any opportunity for a versed test engineer to help validate and verify, and explain in detail when needed tonhelp your development teams to replicate and chase after the issues? 🤔 🤔🙃😇

Ich habe ein Creativ cloud Abo und Firefly sieht das ich noch offene Token habe aber jedesmal wen ich auf generieren drücke zwingt er mir auf ein ABo zu machen. Er macht mir aber auch kein neues Video. Er beharrt auf das Firefly intere Abo.

Just cant use Firefly second day in. a row. Every time its writing about some error. 

All I am trying to do is animate this photo of me and my sisters when we were kids. I see nothing in your guidelines against this. You need to add a button where we can challenge the bot's decision and get a human to evaluate the image and prompt, because this is ridiculous. What is wrong with "three people laughing and giggling. Then they hug."??? I originally tried the word "sisters" but changed it after it was blocked. Can you tell your bot there is nothing wrong with laughing, giggling, or hugging? 

Já é a terceira vez que o Firefly me deixa na mão, no meio de um projeto ele simplesmente para de funcionar e nem a bre a tela de geração de imagem. Sou cliente Adobe a mais de 5 anos e pago o pacote completo para utilizar todas as ferramentas e recursos para meu fluxo de trabalho. Por gentileza Adobe, tomem providencias.

Adobe Firefly non salva la cronologia delle mie immagini

In Adobe Firefly, the top nav menu has a link to https://firefly.adobe.com/creative-production which just plays a video and loads nothing else. No nav, no footer, just the video.

AI Generating the exact same images even though I said they werent relevent 

I’ve been unable to generate images for quite some time now, even with simple prompts and default settings. The error message keeps repeating itself.Something went wrong. This image produced an error. Please try again.

I have never been able to use adobe Firefly from my account, I've tried microsoft browser, google chrome and Safari, all of them give me the same error:  "We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home.UUID: 729e85b8-0f07-44fb-84de-ae0ffb0a8f1e" Please let me know how to fix this as I would like to use Firefly for a project I am currenty wroking on at the moment.

I’m unable to generate images, even though I’ve confirmed that I have enough credits. Could you please let me know why this is happening?
