I have problems uploading image and style reference images. Many times, if I click on upload image, I can see image I want to upload, but it will not appear in the styles box or below the prompt

Hello, Trying to do a test on a Public Domain film we have in our library to translate to Spanish and dub it. Tgis is just a test but it fails on it evertime, I also uploaded an original file we created and it fails as wel. In the past it worked great? 

upgraded my plan but it won't let me generate anything

The brush is not good it's to small and can do and give me a good device in my phone

When selecting two simple images (landscapes) I get a message "One or more words violate our User Guidelines, so your generations were omitted. Please change your prompt or parameters and try again." I am using no prompt at all.

when i press "image to video" a big video about generatenvideo, and no way to get away from that video an to upload the image.

Je rencontre un problème avec votre générateur d’animation. Malgré de nombreux essais, il ne parvient pas à interpréter correctement mon prompt : je souhaite simplement de légers effluves de chaleur incolore s’élevant du burger pour qu’il paraisse chaud, mais l’outil génère systématiquement une fumée bleutée ou colorée, que le prompt soit rédigé en français ou en anglais. J’ai reformulé, simplifié et testé plusieurs variantes en suivant vos recommandations, sans succès. Pour un service payant, j’attendais un rendu fidèle aux instructions. Pourriez-vous me préciser : S’il existe une syntaxe particulière pour obtenir de la vapeur/heat waves sans couleur ? S’agit-il d’une limitation connue du modèle ? Quelles étapes de dépannage me conseillez-vous (ou, le cas échéant, les conditions de remboursement) ? Exemple de prompt problématique : « Ultra-realistic digital photograph of a gourmet burger … generate subtle, transparent heat waves — no coloured smoke … » Merci d’avance pour votre aide.

bonjour,depuis plusieurs jours j'ai un message d'erreur et aucune image est généré. je tiens à souligner que ce sont des prompts normaux que j'ai l'habitude de faire. ils ne sont ni courts ni trop compliqué. cela fait plusieurs jours que je ne peux pas utilisé les credits (je n'ai d'ailleurs pu rien utiliser)merci

Hi there , as you can see I've uploeded a screenshot of the error message that I've got when trying to generate a simple video , I've tired with 2 account and different prompt and same error, could you please help as I have an urgent project.

1 - when using google account it needs restart application to be signed in.2 - same with subscription as it asks for to be used.3 - how can one upload a image to be manipulated or as an example for prompt? I did not find any possibility.4 - video is generated without sounds even you ask for it.Even after about 30-60 minutes it does not generate an image i ask for.Well. Find it unusable. Result were never as i ask for.Got better result from another ai's which has no graphical support as your may be.Pity of money. 

Ich hatte mehrfach versucht ein neutrales Bild als ersten Frame zu verwenden, habe anpassungen vorgenommen und kann nun keine Generierungen mehr machen, ohne das mir ein Grund genannt wird.Beim ersten Frame hieß es immer, es wäre gegen den Bestimmungen, dabei handelt es sich um ein Foto von mir selbst und ich halte ein Stück Papier hoch wo steht "noch nicht im Betrieb".Ich habe leider nicht ein Video zum testen erhalten, werden bei den fehlversuchen auch "Credits" verbraucht, obwohl man nichts erhält?

I’m the one who created the image using Adobe Firefly. I have a premium subscription. Even then, the image doesn’t generate. The image is under the guidelines too.

I go to generate an image and it won't generate nor will it say why. As im trying to make correections to what I don't know to be wrong, my free images are being deducted with each "can't generate" response. Then when images ARE generated and the body faces one way with legs going another or a body is generated with 3 arms and I hit the button to regenerate, I get the exact same images and, again, one of my free monthly selections is deducted. How and why would anyone pay for this?

No matter how many time or way I state in the image creation prompt that I DO NOT want ANY face masks, every single image created has people wearing face masks!!! I want a refund for every credit wasted by Firefly because it cannot seem to follow the most basic instructions.
