Hello, last year i generate a 3d icon image, and thats wonderful, but today i type the same prompt, the result is not good (Please find The attachment). I dont know what happened to your system, but please fix it. I think there's major downgrade with your image result.

Today I opened firefly, where is other selection. There used to be a bunch of parameters to choose from, but now they have disappeared.

é cobrado para gerar videos de má qualidade, com deformações, angulos que não foram solicitados, não acho justo pagar pra não consegui o resultado que espero e ainda acabar créditos sem conseguir realizar a tarefa.

I frequently use firefly to add ai generated elements to images for my YouTube video thumbnails. The videos I make revolve around the paranormal so I often use terms like "creepy" "undead" and "zombie" to generate scary looking ghosts/figures. Oddly enough firefly will no longer generate images with these words and I don't know why. Please fix this issue.

I'm getting an error message for reference images not meeting user guidelines.imagry of things like sitting at a kitchen table studying, a family walking through a hallway, and chargeing an Electric vehicle. On the electric vehicle photo- I could see how the AI could be flaging the charger as a gun, but on the other two images nothing is evident.It's very strange. 프롬프트 입력창이 안 나타나요. 화면이 이상한 것 같은데 왜 이러죠?   

denying genration due to guidlines. prompt was black brick wall with white graffitti. thast it. this happens alot to me and i not only pay for portions of generative ai but laso clearly for the adboe suit and ineed this functions as part of my work flow. so idk what to if i cant use it. i 

I Have Entered all the correct information of my debit card but still cant able to purchase the subscription.

I've used Chrome and Edge on Windows 11 and both show empty page but has the top and bottom nav only. The Home and Files tabs are just white below but gallery and about work fine. On my phone the home page shows up properly. Not sure what is causing this.Chrome is up to date but I don't think it's a browser thingI removed all cookies. Still the same even with hard refresh.That whole div is empty and not loading (looking in dev tools)  Side note, copyright still shows 2024 in lower right corner. Can't believe it's not automatic. Whoever is in charge or built the site should have a serious talk with upper management.

Hi, I tried to tranlste a video twice and both times the system stopped saying that it was not possible to finish the job. Unfortunately I saw credits being detracted, even without successful completion. Can I get back my credits? thanks Fabrizio Mollica

Cannot generate because words removed because of user guidelines? something is wrong. I did not include ANYTHING offensive. Beyond ridiculous.

Bonjour, je ne parviens pas à utiliser firefly pour générer des vidéo à partir de photo. Parfois j'ai cette erreur "Vous n’avez pas accès à cette fonctionnalitéVous pouvez contacter votre administrateur pour demander l’accès." Parfois j'ai l'erreur "cette image inclut des content credentials...".Je précise que dans les deux cas les images sont les miennes.  Merci par avance, Sydney

No muestra las opciones en el creador de video. A veces tampoco crea el video.

Hi People!! Firefly won't let me animate, I'm uploading images created by me and it saysI don't comply with the guidelines. How do I fix this? If any one know some thing I dont, well ... Thanks 

Estoy tratando de generar una imagen de una escultura romana de una muejer musculosa para un libro de entrenamiento, usando exactamente el mismo prompt que para la versión masculina me dice que la imagen no puede ser generada, supongo que por alguna protección de desnudos, pero incluso he soilicitado agregar a la escultura un vestido y aun así no me lo permite. He tratado infinidad de maneras para obtenerla y no se que problema tiene Firefly con la figura femenina. Es absurdo que esto pase.  A alguién mas le ha sucedido algo similar? Han encontrado alguna forma de obtener una imagen así? No le veo nada de malo a mi propmpt.  

sono due giorni che firefly non segue i prompt, le descirzioni, i riferimenti. sto generando immagini da ottobre 2024, da ieri 24 febbraio 2025 vedo che scrivo prompt con medesime caratteristiche del passato ma non segue assolutamente le indicazioni, ho provato a inserire anche riferimenti di immagini create in passato ma genera cose che non c'entrano nulla.  

Hi!, I have a problem with videos generated with FireFly. 8/10 are having serious artefacts and I have a feeling I had paid for mistakes not a solution.Question: What do you suggest to promt in order to have good, nice, properly showed moving while generating sport moments. What should I write to have a good (any) sport moment. I see that there is the biggest problem with water and swimming. maybe the problem is in language? Any tips? 

Beaucoup trop de bug dans la conception d'image... c'était mieux avant...
