Bonjour,en me connectant aujourd'hui à Firefly, ma bibliothèque de favoris et ton mon travail ont disparus. La seul chose que je vois c'est la mise à jour de mon systeme vers macOS 15.1 (24B83)... Y a t il moyen de recuperer mon travail ? Est arrivé à d'autre ?

Have not had this issue before when removing items. Now when I go to remove for an example a drapepery treatment on an interior photo to show my clients what it would look like with out drapes, it will add a different drapery. I am using the 'remove' option.

Hi guys, Firefly has been a complete joy to use, until yesterday it repeatedly says "Something went wrong. Please edit your prompt and try again." I know it's not actually the prompt I'm writing as I am trying even basic ones and it says the same thing. I've cleared history / emptied cache etc and still the same problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated! 🙏 Thank you 

Olá, já entrei em contato comm a Adobe, inclusive de uma equipe de suporte de fora. Abri um chamado sobre minha galeria do Firefly. Simplesmente, minahs imagens que eu gero e salvo somem de um dia apra o outro. Isso está complicado pois já pago caro pelo storage e estou perdendo muitos assets de trabalho. PELO AMOR DE DEUS ME AJUDEM! Isso está prejudicando meu trabalho num nível que não consigo mensurar. Obrigada. 11984202735

 الجودة سيئة جدا مقدر احطها كبوستين انستقرام 1080 بيكسل.. مثلا طلبت صورة لكلاس ولمااحطها الليستريتر واحط عليها كلام تصير جودتها تعبانه كانها صورة من قوقل ما كانها من شي محترف 

hi, why my firefly suddenly dont have edit feature (refer picture)

Estoy probando la generacion de texto a imagen pero me da error apenas estoy realizando las pruebas para poder adquirir la version premium pero estas fallas de generacion de imagen no me convence para adquirir el producto 

A minha galeria de imagens geradas apenas desapareceu. O Firefly não deixa nem eu usar uma imagem que eu mesma gerei, afim de recuperar o trabalho, pois diz que esta viola as normas. Help!

Where do I find  link to download and save a shortcut to my desktop? It sure would save a lot of time.

I am using Adobe Firfly and all the images that I generated and i saved in a personal library in Creative Cloud, however when I click to share the generated image and SAVE TO LIBRARY appears, an icon shows that I am disconnected from Creative Cloud, but I yes I am connected. When I open the Creative Cloud libraries, none of the images have actually been saved, I can't even see the folders I created in Adobe Firefly, but when I go through the entire process to save a FireFly image in the library, the folders I created are visible during this process.Has anyone faced this problem?After all, where are the images I saved, how can I access them?

 

La calidad de los resultados de las imagenes de adobe firefly no es muy bueno. las piezas que hacia antes eran de mejor calidad versus las que esta haciendo ahora. Esta es la versión de ahora sin mejorar: Esta es la versión mejorada que sigue teniendo errores :y esta es una versión antigua con una calidad mucho mejor :   

Olá, pessoal!Estou tentando acessar a página da Adobe Firefly, mas, todas as vezes que tento abrir, ela fica em uma tela cinza e não carrega mais nada. Gostaria de saber se existe alguma permissão específica que eu precise liberar no navegador ou se alguém já passou por esse problema e conseguiu resolver. Agradeço desde já pela ajuda!

Zooming out and in , in the picture in pc 

Imagine you spend a good amount of time to type a detailed prompt only to realise that login screen pops up when you click Generate. And when you click sign in with google, it brings you back to the prompt screen where the search bar is empty. Now you have to type it all over again. Only if I have copied what I typed before. It would be better if the prompt appears back on search bar. 

I uploaded my image, selected the area, and clicked the 'Generate' button. However, a popup appeared saying, 'An unexpected error occurred, and we failed to generate an image! Please try again.'Could you please provide a solution for this issue?I am on a paid account, so I would appreciate a quick response.

I asked for a horseshoe crab in a birdbath on the beach.  AI needs to learn what a horseshoe crab looks like.

my username has changed. my images in favorite are gone. my profile picture has changed. please advice, whats happening. 

Firefly is not working, every time showing retry

I noticed this morning that for some reason the Upscale feature was not working this morning.

I just wanted to try out something I've seen in one of those 30 seconds videos on Instagram. So can you use Firefly to make a mockup of an embroidered patch? Turns out you might or might not. With a tendency of not.   But the results were considerately better in Fast mode.
