After installing the 2024 version, such a miracle appeared. 20GB of RAM is allocated only on the AE, the cache was cleaned, the drivers were updated. A difficult project or an easy one is such a problem anyway.

The audio just is out of sync and speds up or slows down without no reason to, idk what to do

As you can see in the video, I can't change the resolution of my composition. No matter what I select, it always stays at full res. I'm seeing this in all projects since updating to 25.x – not sure if it's unique to 25.5.Has anyone seen this behavior? Bug? User/config error? AE 25.5.0 (Build 4) on Mac OS 26.0

I open up After Effects like normal and can animate etc also rendering fine.Its frustrating when i move shapes around the screen it lags alot.Is this to do with the AMD 9070 not optimised for it yet? I change the GPU Sniffer to GPU Sniffer 123 and it works like butter. Pc specs:Amd Ryzen 5 7600x32gb Ram 6000mhzm.2 7000mbsAmd 9070850w power Is there another solution this weird laggy bug without changing the GPU Sniffer name?

I have an issue where a particular EXR sequence pulls in either a black frame or the start frame on certain frames in the sequence. Opening the EXR is DJV Imaging does not present the issue.Copying the EXR locally and importing does not fix the issue.Purging all caches does not fix the issue - sometimes the preview of the EXR looks correct without pulling into a comp. Pulling it into a comp the issue presents itself.Changing from hardware rendering to software rendering does not fix the issueDowngrading AFX to 25.3.2 fixes the issue

Hello,A bug drives me crazy since several days : I'm creating a video, made from images and other videos. As I already read several other topics about this issue, I took care to set all my videos and compositions to the same framerate (30/s). Some of the clip video I used are precomposed, have masks and some simple transformations. Some layers are time-stretched. At first, everything works well, I can open my projects, continue working on theme, closing them and continue later. Until a random time when After Effects decides to stop working as it should and corrupts some of my compositions with this error :"Overflow converting ratio denominators 17 :: 19"I can still preview my project but almost all my layers disappear from the time line. Then when I try to delete some layers to ckeck which one may cause the issue, I get these messages :14264 RenderThreadExecutor 1 Creating executor with 4 threads.And After Effects crashes. Opening past autosaves also result in the same i

I'm uploading screenshots. I've created a number that increases by one unit for each frame. I want to use Time Remap to select any number in the higher composition. Unfortunately, it doesn't work at all. No matter what keyframe you set, a different number is displayed (see screenshots with three keyframes, which are all the same, but the result is different. Linear interpolation). I don't know which versions have this bug. I'm using 25.1 (the later versions have completely different problems, which is why I can't update yet). If this bug has already been fixed, then I know I can't avoid updating.PS: Number 54 is completly missing.  Thank you!   

I've been searching for a solution to this problem and haven't found anything. I'm hoping someone here can help. Pics are attached.Working on a video and the setup is as follows:-Footage from Alexa 35 (ProRes 4444)-Renders from C4D octane (working in sRGB linear, octane set to ACES cg, exporting ACES cg EXRs)-occasional sRGB images-Compositing in AE set to ACEScg, 32-bit-Windows 10 pro, latest version of AEI can't figure out why different comps are showing color differently. The main composition where I'm animating looks correct (or at least the way we want it to look). The Main composition, within which this "scene" comp sits looks overly dark and contrasted. The pre-comp used inside of the animation pre-comp also looks overly contrasted. I can't get any settings to change this. Turning off 3D cameras, changing bit depth, interpreting footage differently.  Anyone else experiencing this? Do I have some setting somewhere incorrect? Is there an issue with my card (RTX 3080Ti)?

Good afternoon, my name is Pedro, and I've been having problems with Pr and Ae for a while now because of the yellowish coloring of the videos, basically they get VERY yellow when they enter these programs. But, in Premiere this problem is solvable, after I configure the sequence to Rec 709 it becomes normal, something that doesn't happen in After Effects, because even using the same configuration (Rec 709) it remains yellowishMy computer's configuration is: MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) Processor: 1.8 GHz Intel Core i5 Dual-Core Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3 Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB(Sorry if something is difficult to understand, I'm using a translator)

I noticed today that when using a Gaussian Blur effect (and most of the other blurs) with Repeat Edge Pixels disabled combined with a Turbulent Displace effect in version 25.4, the blur seems to cause the bounds of the layer to shift towards the top left. It doesn't seem to matter what the Turbulent Displace settings are either, but it only happens when both effects are applied. I also reinstalled the latest version of 24 to test as I've never seen this happen before, and I wasn't able to recreate the issue there.Other users were able to confirm that they could recreate it on their end as well. I've attached a couple screenshots and a quick demo video showing the problem.

Hi!    I'm wondering if anyone would have any insight as to what could be causing issues for me in my Adobe products, I've tried multiple versions and it just seems so clunky, I've tried it on multiple PC's too, it just feels very laggy, slow to scrub through footage (even Proxies at 1/4 quality seem to perform with no difference to the base files, which is making me wonder if it's an issue in settigns or files, which is why I've tried different versions, lean installs the works. My Specs are; Windows 11AMD Ryzen 9 9950XRTX 409096GB DDR5 (2x48GB)Samsung 990 Pro NVME SSD (multiple drives, one has my OS, files and Programs, and I have a separate one for the Media Cache as I thought that would help too, but it made no difference, or if anything made it lag and stutter more). It seems even very simple tastks are causing lag, such as yesterday in a Dyanmic Link, I made a circle in a separate pre-comp and that lagged in of itself, any other questions, please let

AE 2024.4 over a year ago, the shortcut CTRL+ SHIFT+X stoped working for triming comps.Now all of a sudden, CTRL + SHIFT + C to precompose stopped working. nothing changed on my system. no other new app that might use these shortcuts. 

My preview window in AE won't update. For the first 15 seconds it works just fine, but then stops updating. The entire program, however, acts like I can still interact with objects in the projects, such as zoom, render quality, layer selection, and every other layer property, but the preview doesn't update.I have a 5070 Ti and 16 gb of ram. As far as I can see, all drivers and software is 100% up to date.

The Mosaic effect's Sharp Colors parameter seems to be named Vertical Blocks. 

Hey folks, recently I've found something weird inside AE project.The thumbnai, of "project" tab show colors washed out. I'm using sRGB workspace because i work with many compositions from PS and AI, so its the best way to keep colors consistent. But i've found this color mismatch today, and it looks weird. when working in the Advanced 3D space, the Clone Brush will only paint once on a layer that is a Composition. attempting to use the clone brush again, has no effect. have a Comp with one Precomposed layer, set current comp to use the Advanced 3D renderer.On the Precomposed piece of footage, open the layer window. use the clone brush in the footage window (alt click to sample and then draw a stroke) - clone brush works attempt to clone again. clone brush will not draw again on that layer. The clone brush will not be able to draw more than one clone stamp brush stroke. The brush tool can continue to paint, but not the clone tool. Footage layers are not affected by this as the Clone brush can paint on those without issue, it's only on Compositions. if there is only a single brush stroke on the layer, the clone brush will not draw. having the clone stroke in the effects-timeline selected should replace that currently selected stroke, but not here. switchi

I consistently experience a problem when trying to select a font for a Text Layer using the Properties Panel or Character Panel. Typing anything in the font combobox to search for a font produces the following error:After Effects warning: Unknown BIB Error. bad INDEX offset array, CT, 0 (83::3)Dismissing the error by clicking OK, the error immediate pops up again, rendering After Effects unusable from this point forward. Additionally, if the project is not saved and an initial save prompt is displayed in the middle of the infinite loop of the above errors, saving or dismissing the Save As dialog will cause After Effects to then crash. Steps to reproduce:1. Create a text layer.2. Open the Properties Panel or Character Panel3. With the text layer selected in the timeline, focus the font combobox in the Properties Panel or Character Panel and begin typing. The "INDEX" in all caps makes me wonder if it's a property of a particular font that is trying to be read during enumer

I was on AE25.1 and project load time was just fine (note, this is the time in the startup modal before the full window loads). I updated to version 25.4 and the startup time jumped to >10s. I imagine this is intentional on Adobe's side—maybe some kind of scan was added— but this needs to be fixed/optimized. I even tested the Render only mode and it too experienced significant startup costs.Running on Mac OS Sequoia Mac Mini

Current behaviour:Manual selection with Mouse = displays layer Info in the Info Panel(This is very cool)Switching to the next layer above or below with a keyboard shortcut = Does not Update Info Panel. Expected Behaviour:When a layer is selected the Info panel always shows its information. Why this matters:Cycling through layers using keyboard shortcut and the info being displayed in the Info panel is a fast way of assessing and choosing layers, especially if they do not have meaningful names ThanksTris (P.S. when will keyboard shortcut moveing the timeline to Layer In and Out properly update the timeline marker? This has been a bug for a decade!)When are you going to stop forcing me to tag and remove the title character limit!? 

I've never had this problem before so I'm a bit lost to whats caused it. When I try to use a 3D layer and I select the layer my composition displays this.And if I rotate it and unselect the layer, it becomes distorted like this I've tried to find other people who have this problem but their "solutions" don't seem to overlap with mine. I've got classic 3D on, active camera and 1 view- which seemed to fix similar issues. I'm not really sure what to do.

I've been using After Effects 25.1 recently and noticed a recurring issue when importing .mp3 files—they often get automatically truncated. For instance, a 30-second audio file might only import the first 5 seconds. Even after clearing the cache or renaming the file and re-importing, the problem still occurs. To work around this, I’ve had to re-export the audio through Audition before importing it back into AE, which resolves the issue. Is this a known bug in this version?

While activating 3d option on layer, the above warning appears. If someone fimiliar with issue, please help me. It is very frustrating. After the new Adobe subscription, this begins.
