I've been waiting for at least an hour and the website keeps loading forever. I cannot sign out, closing and re-opening does nothing. What do?

When I make a selection in Waveform mode, right-click, and select 'Insert into multitrack' the interface mode changes to Multitrack but the selection is not inserted.Beta build 24.2.0.37 on Mac OS 13.6.2 (22G320)

Steps to reproduce: Every tab and button (except selected tool) title or icon is in a grey so similar to the UI that it's very difficult to read. Selecting a file also results in no visual feedback. (The second file is selected in the screenshot, the first file is open in the editor.) I have tried adjusting appearance settings, but the brightness slider only affects the frame of the Editor window in both Multitrack and Waveform view, as seen in the screenshot.  System info    Application: Audition (Beta) v24.2.0.34    OS: macOS v13.6.0, RAM: 96.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 12

Enhance Speech seems to be down today. It has not been working for several hours. Nothing I upload is processing successfully. I have tried with about 8 different files in 4 different browers, and I have received the same error in almost every instance: "The audio file is in a format we can't understand. Ensure the file is not corrupted or convert it to a standard wav or mp3 format to try again." I have also received the more basic "Failed to process file for enhancement" notification twice now.I have tried with both WAV files and MP3s. All of them have been mono. The WAVs were 16 bit 44.1 kHz. The MP3 was 320 kbps. There is nothing wrong with any of them. They all play fine in multiple audio players (VLC, WMP, iTunes) and import into Pro Tools with no issue.If anyone else here notices the problem has been fixed, can you please reply to me? Changing the audio input's settings has no effect.The official version of the software records normally, can record noise, and the volume is not too loud.In the beta version of the software, no noise is recorded, high frequencies are cut, and the volume is amplified. It looks like an effect is added, but in fact no effect is added. I haven't opened any third-party DAW software either.It seems like it still stubbornly retains the effect of adding an effector at a certain time, and no matter whether it is restoring the software presets, or uninstalling the beta software and then reinstalling it, the fault remains! 

I've been carving up a narration using CD track markers, prior to exporting to separate files.  Every so often, after selecting a segment and then hitting Ctl+M, it gives me a cue marker instead of a CD Track marker.  If I'm not watching carefully in the marker panel, it messes things up.  There's no End or Duration time.  If I switch it from Cue to CD Track in the Type list, though, the end/duration show up. It probablyhappens 1 out of 10 times.  Just an oddity to watch for.

The podcast voice enhancer is good, but not great. I've tried to use it as I experiment with its potential, but no matter how clean of a recording I give it, the result is always something that sounds like him shaking, trembling, or have bubbles in the back of my throat intermittantly... but enough to not want to use it in lieu of the original audio. I can't seem to get around it either no matter what I do.

Hello,Every time I try to upload an audio file to Adobe Podcast it give me this error message "failed to process file for enhancement"Can anyone help please?

1. The "scan" button under "Amplitude Statistics" is greyed out.2. The sampling rate/bit depth, file size, and file duration no longer appear along the bottom of the window. Two screenshots included: one showing the Audition beta, the other showing Audition 2023 with the same audio. \System info    Application: Audition (Beta) v24.0.0.3    OS: macOS v13.4.1, RAM: 64.00 GB GB, CPUs (logical): 10        

Seems others are having similar issues but does there seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why Enchance Speech works some days and just spins and spins on others. I really enjoy using the feature but the unreliability is annoying. Uploading a short .wav file and it takes over 10 minutes to "enhance" but never turns out a final product. If I try to refresh and reupload, it prompts me to wait for the first file to finish enhancing. Have tried with different accounts and browsers. No luck.

The adobe voice enhancer has stopped working all of a sudden. Whenever I put an audio in, it just never loads. I put in a 15 second audio file and left it for about 3 hours and it's just keep loading with no outcome. It is not my internet and this has been going on for a couple of days now.

Hi,   there seem to be something wrong or misleading. If I Open Audition beta (23.6.0.43) there is a a Menu Entry called "Video" where it should say more like "Audio" Also when clicking on the "Sandwich-Menu" there is an entry "Videovoreinstellung" (in German, in English its something like Video Pre-requirements) and it will lead to the Options Panel and there to the Graficscard Option and the Viewig Options. Originally I think that should be called something like "Files" and it more looks like its the Marker-Menu and nothing els works here. Maybe a small glitch.

On Audition Beta the Noise Reduction Process is not working with the box selection "Output Noise Only" and unfortunatelly for me and most of editors that's highly disapointing.

LP and HP Slope controls in Parametric EQ are not functioning - also applies to current release.

From yesterday when I upload any audio file for enhancement instead of providing the enhanced audio file it is showing "Failed to process file for enhancement". Please kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

Can someone tell me why nothing works? Literally yesterday everything worked, and of course the audio files are in the same format (waw), although mp3 does not work either. he thinks for a long time supposedly doing everything and goes into error. In particular, in a mistake - and of course, even yesterday's audio files (which he could process yesterday) today he can no longer. From which the conclusion is drawn - either I'm a curve, or it really doesn't work. ERROR =  Failed to process file for enhancement.

Nothing happened when I uploaded my audio file in the enhancer. I am sure that my file is mp3 fromat within the size.

Hi,When I tried to launch Audition Beta, a message came up saying to attach debugger and then press ok. I don't know where to attach debugger so didn't proceed. Any tips?thanks

What did you do to Stretch and Pitch? I'm needing to stretch a recording by 200% (a tape recorded at 3 3/4 run at 7 .5 because I don't have a quarter track machine that runs slow).  In the past I'd just select the area, go to Stretch & Pitch at defaults, dial lin 200% and it would be fine. Now that gives very distorted audio. I have to switch to "Audition" and it seems to work, but not always reliably. What happened? Build 23.4.0.32 (Mar 30)  It also does it in the shipping version. 

Hello adobe i am currently working on adobe and it is not working since 2 hours i was trying from every device the issue was sametaking so much long to upload and when its time out it say mp3 is compatible file  please fix the issue as soon as possible 

"The audio file is in a format we can't understand." I am getting this message from the past 2 hours. I am trying just to enchance a simple audio of 10 sec. At first i tried using a mp3 file and then coverted it into wav. But nothing is working at all. Also tried different browsers and even tried it on my android device but nothing is working at all.

i can't upload my mp4 file to podcast.adobe.com/enhance. no matter if I select them or drag and drop them. Nothing happens.the upload does not start 

Build 23.4.04 BetaWhen placing a CD marker timeline jumps somewhere else. Steps to Reproduce:1. Have audio file on display with numerous selections (a transfer of an LP record with 10 songs) about 30 minutes total time.2. Zoom in so  I can see the beginning and end of a selection3. Click and drag to select the song I want to select4. Touch Shift+M to create CD marker Results:CD marker is created, but view shifts down the timeline by about 10 minutes. Have to reorient view each time a marker is created. Expected resultView to stay put See image. Selected area in white was the last CD track made, where timeline is highlighted is where it jumped to on execution.
