I get andom Activation Limit reached notifacations. the issues is all the devices listed are the same computer. I don't know what i can do to fix this. I only use Adobe on 2 Computers.
Version of the app 6.5.0.348Platform and OS version: Windows 10 Enterprise (at work) Windows 10 Pro (at Home) Hello, I'm new to Creative Cloud, I just recently purchased a subscription for myself.I saved several documents to the Cloud from my work PC (Win10) and would like to open them from my home PC (Win10) I installed Creative Cloud desktop and everything looks fine I see Creative Cloud Libraries but Cloud Documents shows an error try later. Through a web browser (Google Chrome) all files are available. And if I click the refresh button under cloud storage, the download wheel just spins and nothing happens (I waited for hours).Reinstalling the CC and cleaning the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool did not help, I saw here the advice to delete the file \CoreSync\options.tix but I don't have such a file at all. I understand that I'm in a transition period to a new cloud file synchronization system, but maybe there is a solution or advice so that I can use Cloud Documents normally.I atta
Hey,I've been experiencing an issue with Creative Cloud when saving and accessing my files after switching between accounts. I have both a personal and a school account, and lately, I haven't been able to properly load or download my files when switching. So far, this issue seems to only affect Illustrator, as I primarily save Illustrator files to the Cloud, whereas I store files for other apps on my PC. This has happened once before but was eventually resolved on its own. However, the problem has returned, and I’ve noticed that the issue persists even when trying to open these files on other devices. It seems to occur when I switch between accounts multiple times in a short period. Any insights on what might be causing this or how to fix it?Thanks! As shown below, even when the document appears to be fully "loaded," it remains stuck. I’m unable to cancel the process and ultimately can’t access my files unless I go through the browser instead. Hi I need help, been trying to send emails and crash reports for the past 3 weeks and got no help whatsoever. I'll layout the problem and what I've tried already. So, first of all, one day Creative Cloud stopped loading my Apps. I tried the "Repair" option, log in, log off. Nothing works. Next step would be to Unistall the App - Well I can't!! When I try to Unistall it says that I have other Apps so it can't be Unistalled. So I try to unistall Premiere Pro, and It won't let me because it opens up Creative Cloud in order to delete it from there, and guess what! The Apps never seem to load. I don't know what else to do honestly. Also it's worth to mention that I can't even you Premiere Pro because it crushes with an error, I've searched in YouTube and find an option that if you edit the preferences to open up with Windows 8 or something it'd be solved (I have windows 10), And yes it can run the program but is has like input lag and nothing really works.&nb

Je n'ai plus la visualisation des vignettes dans mes bibliothèques.Tous les logiciels sont à jour avec les dernières versions mais rien ne s'améliore.Auriez-vous une solution car difficile de travailler à l'aveugle 😉 Merci à vous de votre aide.
Can't Save, Save AS, or Save a copy as a jpg since updating 2/24/2025
I recently uninstalled the 2023 versions of some Adobe apps including Bridge (since the 2024 versions were alreadt installed). Now Creative Cloud keeps opening itself up and asking me "Before we uninstall the app, please tell us if you'd like to keep or remove notifactions, alerts, interface settings, plugins and other preferences." Removing preferences may prevent them from being migrated to newer versions of the app."I have tried each of the three options: Cancel, Remove, and Keep to no avail; the app continues to start itself and ask me this. (It did it three times while typing this message, each time switching over to CC and out of this browser window entirely). Needless to say, this is causing some serious issues with me using my computer for any length of time. How do I make this stop?

I liked the previous look and it was much easier to use and interact with. What can I do to go back to the previous version?

Somehow, my Creative Cloud got logged out, and as a result, I lost access to my synced folder. When I logged back in, the folder didn’t appear on my system. I’ve tried several things to recover it and get back to work but it can't work
Ok, i need help. been using and paying for the service for around a year, but had to reset my computer suddenly and now, trying to dowload the apps again, i can´t since even when the "dowload" link is available, it only sents me back to this useless screen and clicking send again does the exact same. Support isn´t clear and i seriously need the programs for my work. HELP ME.
Has anyone ever seen this error? I don't know what it means (beyond the obvious) or how to resolve it. Currently trying to figure it out with support but thought I would ask the community as well. Thanks in advance for any insights!
We use Creative Cloud to transfer Lightroom Classic projects between offices. As of yesterday, all of our previous Folders and Files are missing (we had a number of .zip files stored, waiting to be worked on). We use bookmarks to access the transfer folders, and we get a "Error 404: Asset not found" message when we try to access those. I tried creating a new folder, which does work, but I can't upload a .lrcat file. I'm given "1 file(s) could not be uploaded. Some filetype not supported" error message. My cloud storage is currently showing "56.3 GB of 100 used," but there are no files anywhere that I can find them. Not even in the Deleted files. I can't find the 56.3 GB of files to delete them. This is a HUGE problem for us. It's how we run our whole business.
So I don't have premiere pro installed but still it shows up as installed on my apps. I tried to uninstall but it didn't work, so I downloaded the 2025 version from creative cloud and removed it to see if this would remove the older version. This did not work, I still have the 2024 version installed and I don't know what to do, can anyone help?
When attempting to Certify (with visible signature) it will not allow the sign button to click at the end. The rectangle is drawn, the Sign with a Digital ID dialogue box pops up, the signature is selected, continue pressed, Sign As dialogue box appears, then permiteed actaions are selected, Review the Document, Appearance Integrity Report pops up, Warning comment selected, hit ok, box dissapears. Then the 'SIGN' button color is not longer faded. Yet, I am unable to to click the button. Nothing happens. I can click on all of the other buttons, but sign does no do anything.

I am getting too many devices signed in error for multiple apps, but I can see that all the current sign-ins are on the computer I am currently working on. This happened in multiple design apps even after restart.
I'm getting this weird background on my Creative Cloud Home app on my laptop. It changes around as I mouse over and it's very annoying. I see this as a bug, but maybe it is some ill conceived feature. Anyone else getting this? Can it be turned off?

I have tried stopping the windows defemder firewall, and various other methds.One thing i noticed is that adobe creative cloud is not on the startup apps list on task manager, which happens on another device.
It is while entering a keyphrase in the filter field.If I enter "facebook alarm system installat" it finds the file "Facebook Alarm System Installation" just fine.But, if I enter the full name of the file, it yields all files under the sun, meaning it ignores the filter entry. So, I presume it is a bug.
At fisrt it showed me i had some kind of a vulcan bug with Visual Studio C++, as pointed in all other threads i had to in the end clean my laptop from all the Adobe Cloud Apps. I did everything and now I can't even install Creative Cloud again becouse it is in a .dmg file and I am using windows. Please help I am going to cry
is there a problem today downloading programs from the creative cloud? I can't update illustrator and have some issues with bridge.
