This is happening to me regularly. I try and share a a photo to my Adobe Project (which is integrated) and normally it works just fine.    But recently I am getting a message "Photos Not Synced, Original photos must be synced to the cloud before publishing".    The thing is - they absolutely are synced to the cloud. Even when I click on the cloud, it confirms that all photos are "Synced and backed up". 

Is there a way to go back a step in the Lightroom Learn Module Tutorials? For instance to see it again without having to go through the whole thing again.

Hello,Why when exporting photos from my iPad Pro sharpening and noise reductions aren’t applied to exported images? Second why we can’t decide or exported images size regarding only for two options 2048 and full ress?On MacBook Lightroom cc sharpening and noise reductions are applied correctly.

I have a 128gb iPhone 11.   You can see my settings for Lightroom in the screenshots. You can also see how much local storage is being used by Lightroom - it is using 56.07gb of local storage. As a result, I am constantly getting the "Your iPhone storage is full" message, which makes my phone unusable for doing things like....taking photos. The irony!   I have already tried deleting the app completely and reinstalling, but the end result is the same. Am I missing something here or is this a bug of some kind?   Thanks          

When exporting from Lightroom CC on macOS, the exported JPG takes on remarkably different colors (it looks like a lower/bluer color temperature, but I'm not precisely sure). The difference appears within the Lightroom CC export preview prior to exporting, as well as with the exported image when opened in other applications. Different images have different levels of impact, but I've seen visible differences in most of my images. The issue appears regardless of what Color Space is selected for the exported JPG.I do not have issues when exporting the same image with Lightroom CC on iPad. I have a problem with Lightroom CC (for Windows 10) perpetually showing that it is "Syncing 1 photo" (see screenshot below).It seems that all my photos are synced, however. When I filter to show "Syncing" photos, no photos appear (see screenshot below). All my photos are in albums, and all my albums have the blue icon indicating that all photos in them are "Synced and stored locally." All my devices with Lightroom installed (including on the web) show the same number of total images.I checked my diagnostic log. Under "Sync/Error Assets" an asset ID is listed. I found that asset ID in Managed Catalog.mcat and noted the associated filename. A photo with that filename no longer exists in Lightroom CC or my local backup drive. I had permanently deleted that file (i.e., I deleted the file and then also permanently deleted it from "Deleted Items"). When I tried to re-import an image with that same filename (just for testing purposes), Lightroom CC warned me about the duplicate image.It seems

Since the latest update (5.3.1), large photo thumbnails in library view appear blurry. This is the case for both my iPhone and iPad.

When I try to share a photo or album to Adobe Portfolio I get the error message: "Photos not synced. Original photos must be synced to the cloud before publishing." I get this error when I try to add the photo to an existing project in the Share to Adobe Portfolio dialogue box. If I add the photo as a "new project" is accepted. But again, if I select an existing project I get the error. For albums, I get this error when I right-click on the album and select Share>Adobe Portfolio. Same thing for photos and albums when I select the Share icon in the upper right of the screen. I know all photos and albums are synced to the cloud - confirmed in the LR website, so I don't understand this error. Please advise.

Steps: Select Image Export As Disable Watermark Export Select the same or another Image   Issue: Watermark is enabled again. Even tough all other settings are saved from last export.   This is happening since 6.2.0

Hiafter upgrading from Lightroom 3.2.1 to 3.3, I get an error stating that my storage location for originals, located on a NAS drive, is full. In reality I have plenty of space on the shared folder. When rolling back to 3.2.1 the issue is resolved. My os i Catalina 10.15.5 the NAS is Synology. However I believe this issue is related to Lightroom

I have decided to move away from another solution and use lightroom web for my photo storage. When I imported my 20.000 photos, I would see all the meta keywords (tags) I put to my photos using the previous tool.   Unfortunately, when I add a tag in my lightroom (web) the tags are correctly updated on the platform but not on the actual photo. When I download it, it still shows the original meta tags.

Hi,   It seems that Lightroom 4.1 for Mac now shows the merged HDR image in the Recently Added section of the library after completing the merge. This is disruptive when performing a number of successive HDR merges, as the cognitive effort to recover one’s position in the list of photos and start the next merge has now increased. Prior to this version, HDR merge did not switch views.   Please consider reverting or adding an option to disable this behavior.   Thanks, Joe

Hello, I tried to import some presets to Adobe Lightroom and since then it keeps crashing when I try to tap on the presets tab. I just updated to the new version and everything else seems to be working. Do you know how to fix this? Thanks!

I have a layer retaining problem after sending files for editing from Lr to Ps and back to Lr. My workflow is the following: - I send a DNG file from Lr cloud based to Ps for editing - I edit in Ps adding layers, save and roll back to Lr; the Ps TIFF file is stacked correctly with the original one - no further editing in Lr - the TIFF file is sent again to Ps for a new editing session, the image aspect  is correct but the layers are gone, the image is flat - if I edit the image in Ps anyway, save and roll back to Lr, a new edited image is stacked with the previous two (original and first Ps edit). But: - if I export the TIFF file as it is from Lr to a folder and then I open that file in Ps, the layers are there. Thank you for any help you can provide, and thank you for the great work you are doing to improve the Ps family. I do appreciate that. Just installed lightroom and this constantly flashes on screen then lightroom closed, reopens itself and says this again and keeps circling.

If I look the same picture at 100% magnification on LrC and Lr on the same iMac the one on Lr looks approx twice as big as the one on LrC. The correct one is the one of LrC MacOs= Big Sur 11.1

If you in the fields:   Location City - for example København (Copenhagen) State/Province   enters the Danish letters "Æ Ø Å" Lightroom cannot find that place / location and the application freezes and must be shut down. Why? And what can I do to make it work?

Hello, It's been 2 month that i can't crop in the format i want. Nothing happen when i choose the 5x4 cropping... That's very very anoying so please can you fix this ? PS: i uninstalled/reinstalled twice.  

In Lightroom web there is a bell icon for activity which shows the number of likes and who liked a submitted edit.  This number is always higher than the number on likes shown on the photo.  The attached images show an example, the bell icon is often 5 more than on the photo.  The issue is browser independent.  Is there a reason for this?  CheersGraham 

Ive made a preset with only sharpening and noisereduction, set to only affect these settings. When applying this to an edit it removes/resets my color mix. Is this a bug or does it work for anyone else?

Hi Rikk, besides the outage, I am trying to sync my cloud stored data since several weeks on my NAS (Synology), connected via Gigabit Ethernet. in the beginning it works fine but after 10.000 pictures and movies its not going further (I have about 35.000) and plenty of storage. LR freezes, have to start again then additional 2-3 pictures are synced, that's it. Also I can't use LR since then (open pictures, look into people etc.), when I disconnect the NAS I can work, but not sync. Dont understand why this is not a background task and does LR really look up local backuped NAS Data when I work on data (should only be a backup?). Its frustrating, as this would be the major advantage of the solution?? Any Idea?Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Lightroom CC: Mobile syncs but desktop app doesn't.

When pasting settings from one photo to multiple others, all but the colour grading is taken across.  Still pastes fine one image at a time. But not multi selected (yes it is checked to be copied) 

Lightroom helper crashes when terminating lightroom.  This occurs on a Windows 10 PC that is fully up to date.

Hello. I am using face recognition since it was launched in CC, having really lots of people tagged and it works well now by itself. I upload a new photo and people are being tagged automatically. Except my wife. My wife is on the top when sorting people by count, meaning she is the most tagged person on my cloud (1666 pictures to date). Yet it cannot recognize her anymore. Whatever i upload, picture from a daily life or super sharp and detailed front facing profile pic, it leaves her untagged.To be clear, it recognises there is a person, but it does not match the name to it. Only my wife. I can upload group photo with 30 people and it tag everyone except of her despite the fact she has the most pictures already tagged to compare with.
