After upgrading the iOS app on my iPhone and iPad to version 4.4, over 400 of the photos I long ago imported into Lightroom (cloud) on my desktop now appear in the “Lr camera roll”. This wasn’t a problem with 4.3. When I delete them from “Lr camera roll”, they also get removed from the library. How do I convince/remind Lightroom that these aren’t photos taken with the Lightroom camera?
I've imported 25K photos that are all face tagged using both the MicrosoftPhoto schema (from the old Windows Live Photo Gallery) as well as the Metadata Working Group region schema. Windows only reads the MicrosoftPhoto schema, but other apps use the more standard MWG version, so I built a tool to keep them in sync. When I "Save To..." a photo (whether edited or not) from Lightroom CC desktop, the MWG regions are stripped from the output, but the MicrosoftPhoto regions are still there. Obviously that's not ok.When I "Download this photo" from Lightroom CC web, both sets of regions are in the output.
In Lightroom Mobile CC (At least on iPad and mobile (IOS) ) If you for example copy just the tone curve in "copy settings" and then you paste the settings to another picture it also copy/paste other settings. For example the "Color" settings. Even though you did not choose to copy the color settings. This was also confirmed with your support that recommended me to report the bug here too.
On my phone Lightroom Mobile doesnt work after android 9 update. Application crashes on startup always.Anybody idea?LR ver 4.4Android 9Phone Note8 (SM-N9500)
If I sync a PSD file from LR Classic to LR mobile, enlarging the file on a mobile device turns the PSD transparency mask to grey. Why? Either by double tapping or expanding 2 fingers to enlarge, the mask of the PSD file becomes visible. This to me is a pretty decent bug, especially when showing work to clients. Others on the LR user forum can verify this bug.
Like the title says..I have tried to reinstall several times. (Including removing preferences). Reverting to 2.2.1 works.Support sent me here to report this.
There is a huge problem in Lightroom CC when typing name and waiting for auto-completion.Basically, if I am looking for a name like Stéphanie with accent on the "e", then I have to type "Ste" without the accent to get the highest chance to find what I am looking for.If I type "sté" it does not work anymore. If I type "step", it does not work anymore either. So there is no way to filter down to a shorter list. I have a lot of People in my library and this is really annoying. Thanks for fixing this, please.
When the display language is set to Japanese, the date display of "Date order" in "My Photo" is strange.Version Infomation:PC Infomation:
Hello, I’ve encountered an issue where if you filter by camera and you have over 10,000 images the filter will only display 10k. Does anyone know why this is and can it be changed?
To me, this problem is still not solved. I have tried third party profiles from several suppliers. Some work, and some don't. The profiles that sync properly are of the more simple, non camera specific type (Prolost and TCP). These get automatically organized in their own folders in LR Classic and CC. The profiles that won't sync includes camera profiles (VSCO and RNI). In LR Classic and CC they are not organized in their own folders. The color profiles are just stored in the Profiles folder, and the B&W profiles are located in the Legacy folder. In my mobile app the Legacy folder don't even exists. I don't know if this is just a coincidence, but it seems that the sync problems are connected to the camera profiles in some way. I love these profiles very much, so I really hope it exists a solution that will work for me too! Note: This conversation was created from a reply on: Lightroom CC: Missing Camera Profile warning on mobile.
Radius, detail, and masking are not working under sharpening and detail and contrast are not working under noise reduction. Why?
Apple TV - deleted photos reappearI have deleted images from "Albums" in Lightroom on the desktop/cloud app - they are not in the Grid view - but when that album is looked at on Apple TV - the deleted images all show up!

When pressing the filter icon on my 11” iPad Pro LRCC freezes for about 20 sec. THis happens on three of my iOS devices. My iPad Pro, an iPhone XS and another iPad. Adobe tells me this is normal behavior with a catalogue of 25,000 photos. I disagree. All software is up to date. I have installed LRCC on new devices with the same behavior.Does anyone else see this?ThanksMontyHere is a link to a video..https://youtu.be/76XwXS9POVs
When I making some shots via Lightroom Mobile (iOS) and syncing them to Lightroom Classic it appears they're missed validation digests so cannot be verified. The only workaround for now is to convert them (from DNGs) to DNGs right in Lightroom Classic.
I have been trying to create a panorama in lightroom desktop with 10 images, but it get's stuck in 'creating preview' for me and dosn't move. I have noticed that when I start the panorama, my CPU usage goes up, but then creeps down with no progress. However, it's been working perfectly in lightroom classic.
I have had this bug since Profile was introduced. Profile preview does not work when switching back and forth between default profile and chosen profile. Here is how to reproduce:- Choose any image- Go to Edit- Go to profile browser(In my case, the default profile is Adobe Color, let's call it Profile A).- When I hover over another profile (don't click !), Profile B, the preview is displayed. Good.- When I hover back to my image, the default profile (A) is displayed. Good.- But when I hover over the same profile (B), it is not displayed).
After a Pano merge of several raw images, the time zone is shifted on the merged dng image so it is different from the original raw (Nikon D850 nef) images in the stack. This results in the stack being moved to a different place in the grid sorted by capture date and it seems at first like the images are lost.I shoot with UTC time zone in camera (so I don't have to keep changing time zones on travel). I keep that UTC for my catalogues. In the several cases that this problem occurred images were shot in Central Asia (UTC +5) and LR CC pano merge shifted the time by -5 hrs for the merged image as if it were trying to force it to UTC, when it was already set that way, apparently based on the GPS location stored in the image.Always happens, I believe. This does not happen with a merge done in LR Classic, only in LR CC, apparently. Version 2.3.Urgently needs fixing.
In the Swedish version of LR CC you, according to the meny shortcuts 0-6 to add ratings. However when I use keys 1 to 5 to set a rating it will instead open the edit panel and open the corresponding sub panel.
Hi,Im trying to complete a HDR merge on Lightroom CC (Ver 2.20) using a stack of 3-5 images. When I select the option to merge the images, it goes to the next screen where a loading bar shows "Gathering Data..." This bar reaches 100% and then seems to stay on this screen permanently. I've waited upwards of 20minutes and nothing has happened, it remains showing the same loading bar. Can you please recommend anything I'm doing wrong or any potential fixes? Im working on a MacBook pro (2013) 2.9GHz I7 processor, 8GB RAM and a Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB card.Kind regards,Lewis
I deleted the library online. (It says that deleting the library in the help deletes the synced picture.) Then, when I ran the lightroom pc version, an error message popped up, and both the picture and the preset were gone. How can I recover it? Fortunately, photos are stored in a local folder, but presets are a problem.
When I share an album and tap the link it opens and displays everything correctly in the browser, so no problem sharing. When I tap the clipboard icon it doesn’t copy the short URL for giving out to people.Running iPad Pro 11 inch
I’m on the latest iPad Pro, 12.9 running the latest OS, 12.3 and I’m experiencing a bug
I really like the direction the new Lightroom CC is going, but after I recently updated to version 1.3, the dehaze tool has started introducing serious lag in the desktop program's operation that was not there previously. Lag is experienced when adjusting the dehaze slider itself or when adjusting any other slider on a photograph that has dehaze applied. I am using a MacBook Pro running High Sierra. Would appreciate this bug being addressed in a future release. Thank you.
Hi,As I was trying the new HDR Merge functionality in Lightroom CC on Windows 10 (which I love by the way, I had been waiting for it for a while!), I realized that the stacks auto-generated after the merge were moved in my library's timeline. The problem, I figured, was that all the photos from a specific album were taken while my camera was not set to the right time. I first did a batch update of the date/time on all the photos (pushed by 1 hour) and then proceeded to process the HDRs.After merging, the 4-photos stack were further down in my library (organized by capture date), so I realized that the HDR generated had a date/time of an hour earlier (the time on the camera originally), while the 3 photos used for the merge remained at the previously corrected time. So, somehow, when merging the HDR, the date/time is set to the camera date/time at capture instead of the corrected time in Lightroom. That is nothing major as I could go and manually correct the time on the HDR file, but it
