Hi, I'm not sure if this has been reported before, but if I pick `#fff` for example, the colors are shifted in the picker ring preview. Though painting with the selected color ist correct. I've double checked that Color Proof is disabled. PS Version: 25.13 m.2753 OS: Mac OS Sonoma 14.5 (23F79)
When I use the snipping tool from Windows 11 and paste the cut into a new file in Photosho Beta, it appears that a column of 3 pixels that supposted to be on the right are pasted to the left.
When using the remove tool in the latest beta version of Photoshop, I end up with a black smudge mark (see attached photo). Am I the only one with this issue? Thanks
Some weeks ago my Photoshop Beta started to crash every time I tried to open a file using the command:File -> OpenIf I open a file directly from its folder (Open with -> Photoshop) it works just fine. Anyway, I could open files on Photoshop 2024 normally, so, I just stopped using Beta, guessing that this was just maybe an issue that would be fixed later. The problem is, this week the Photoshop 2024 started to show the same problem, every time I try to open a file (File -> Open) it crashes. This way, I can't use several Actions that needs to open an external file. I searched for some solution on this forum and tried some myself, as: Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Multithreaded Compositing - and restart Photoshop: Still crashing!Go to Preferences > Performance... click Advanced Settings... and uncheck "GPU Compositing" - then restart Photoshop: Still crashing! I sent several reports and never got an official feedback from Adobe. Since Photoshop is my main t
Just had Error 54 pop up while using the crop tool with content aware fill set as fill option. Not sure if bug or if its meant to be like this, the selected layer didnt have a lot in it. Only did it once, couldnt get it to repeat. (Have blacked out face on screenshot) Adobe Photoshop Version: 25.0.0 20230820.m.2296 c61c3a5 x64Number of Launches: 14Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
Hello, I noticed this sporadically in previous versions after hours long sessions but it could be fixed with a restart of Photoshop. Now it does this from the start. Issue1 - Brush Size: Holding ALT + mouse Right Click while using the brush tool to change size won't recognize buttons being released and still be in "brush size change mode" with everything unpressed. So by moving mouse/pen without any keys pressed it still chances size until an input is made (click/keyboard). This happens in about 25-50% of times when using the tool. It happens with both mouse and pen (I'm using a Huion tablet, but also tested this with the mouse and it's the same behaviour). This happens on QUICK brush changes mostly. For example, alt+right click and drag for half a second will trigger it a lot more than alt+right click+drag for 1-2 seconds. Issue2 - Zoom: ALT doesn't matter on the zoom tool. Selecting the zoom tool, hold-press on the image, move mouse to zoom, and in 25-50%
I just had to uninstall Photoshop Beta and revert to prievious version the Beta no longer allows me [MAC desktop] to drag and drop as a new layer to opened image files in Photoshop! Prior version works fine asd it did before.
About 40% of the time, Generative Remove/Fill doesn't remove the object selected.... it replaces it with some completely random thing that has nothing to do with the overall image.By either leaving the prompt box empty or putting a dot/period in the box, or even writing "remove" in the box it soooooo often just replaces the thing with some completely random object. Why??? Defeats the entire purpose of what otherwise is a great feature.
I'm getting the following warning in Photoshop (25.6.0 and 25.7.0 (beta) - MacBook OSX 13.6.1) , even though my document is using RGB color mode. I'm also unable to find any of the content credentials options described here - https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/content-credentials.html . There is no content credentials (beta) option under the Window tab, and in Preferences, there's only a History tab, not History & Content Credentials tab. My images are exporting with content credentials attached, but the Ingredients object isn't populated, despite me using various imported media across different layers in the image.
(Sorry if this has been asked before.) With the latest Photoshop beta update, it crashes on launch. I have uninstalled the Photoshop beta, uninstalled and reinstalled CC, restarted, unchecked GPU composting in the non-beta version., and reinstalled Photoshop beta, it still crashes on launch (the icon in the dock bounces once and stops without launching). I have been using Photoshop beta since it was available, even though there is a warning that my (older) OS may cause issues. I on a team (Enterprise) version of CC. Mac OS Big Sur 11.7.10
Hello - Adobe lists ps beta (up to the current version 25.9) as compatible with mac os 11.7. I've been using beta for years, but ever since I tried to update to 25.8 I'm getting mixed messages. On the landing page in creative cloud it has a green checkmark under "works with this device." It is not listed as 'not compatible' like some of the newer apps under updates. After updating to 25.8 I can no longer open beta. I tried 25.9 and get the same message. (I've reset prefs, uninstalled and reinstalled). Even trying to revert back to an older version produces the same error message, which is: “Adobe Photoshop (Beta).app cannot be opened because of a problem.Check with the developer to make sure Adobe Photoshop (Beta).app works with this version of macOS. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and macOS. Click Report to see more detailed info and send a report to Apple.” &n
This all started when I attempted to do a normal update to 25.9 on my Windows 10 system yesterday (May 22). After the update, 25.9 fails with the 0xc0000142 error. In another thread here, it was recommended to install the latest beta (25.10) which is supposed to resolve this issue. I have now twice installed 25.10 beta from the Adobe Create Cloud app and I continue to get the 0xc0000142 error (note that when attempting to launch from the CC app there is no error message, just nothing happens; when launching from the Windows shortcut the error occurs). I'm aware that some people are having success with 25.10; I AM NOT. Here is some info from my Windows 10 system: The Windows Event Log reports the following: Faulting application name: Photoshop.exe, version: 25.10.0.2625, time stamp: 0x664a527b Faulting module name: boost_thread.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x66450828 Exception code: 0xc000001d Fault offset: 0x0000000000003bb0 Faulting process
. The program starts with an error message and then shuts down.
Repost from another forum post (I was told to repost over here).Photoshop Beta, version 25.2 (latest)OS: Windows 11Troubleshooting steps:- I have uninstalled ALL adobe products, rebooted and reinstalled. Still same issue- Reset prefrences on quitSteps to reproduce:1. create new project2. Select Rectangular Marque Tool3. Select an area on the page4. right-click, and chose either Free Transform or Transform Selection 5. clicking and dragging on the handles does nothing, not even rotate works. The only way to actually transform what you have selected is to change the values in the top bar, or by clicking on a vector (X:, Y:, W:, H:) and dragging. Grabbing and dragging the box handles do nothing. This works okay in Photoshop Beta 25.1 and the current version of regular, non-beta, Photoshop.
Issue:Photoshop 2023 beta has very high power usage and increased CPU consumption after duplicating layer which is causing performance issues. Note, it also looks like this issue is currently breaking the rendering if images in UXP panels. More details about that below. Photoshop Version:Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.1.0 20220927.m.1913 5f3f6e9 x64 OS and version:Windows 10.0.19043, macOS 11.6, macOS 13.0 Beta Steps to reproduce: Create New Document (I was primarily testing with 100x100 px, 300dpi, RGB 8bit, White Background - But tested some other options and it doesn't seem to matter) Take a look at Task Manager/Activity Monitor and note the current resource levels of Photoshop while idling. Duplicate the layer Take another look at Task Manager/Activity Monitor and note the new resource levels Expected Result:To see a momentary spike in CPU and Power Usage while the layer is being duplicated, but then for it to return back to similar levels to it ha

The couple of last Betas, the up-to-date 25.10.10 included, seem not to save the File Info Dialog (Ctrl+Shift+Alt+I) size. Instead the width of the dialog is saved, and the height is calculated with a constant ratio. So it happens very quickly that the dialog becomes too big for the window. Deleting the preferences doesn't change nothing on this behaviour.
I'm using quick mask mode to change the style of an image with generative ai, and it wont sample the actual image for context in the generation such as it did in earlier versions of photoshop
After updating to the latest version of Photoshop BETA, importing adjustment presets results in an error "There was a problem with your selected file, and the custom presets did not import."I tested this with adjustment presets that work fine in the Photoshop release (25.5.1) and also tested it with a preset created with the latest version of Photoshop BETA. Both result in the same error.
Photoshop Beta 25.9.
When I select "duplicate" layer I get " Could not complete your request because of a program error." In fact when I right click to select anything in that right column I get that. Happened after the Beta updated last night.
Today's update--PS 25.8, m2581 fails to open on my Windows 10 desktop .
The new update. Right clicking on a layer will bring up this box.
I make a 12X12 inch canvas, and paint with a brush. It appears to make vertical lines on the canvas.
Hello, I updated PS Beta yesterday and it now crashes every time I open it. I have unstilled and reinstalled the app (using the Creative Suite app), but it makes no difference. I am working on OSX, 13.5.1 Mac Studio M1 Ultra, 64 Gb Ram. I'll include the top of the error report. Let me know if you need more.for the moment I have switched back to 24.7.0. That works. However, I now have to endure the extremely long time it takes to open a RAW image from Lightroom again. You attention would be appreciated!
