Steps to reproduce:For today's fun and games, I created a new project, and the Import screen popped up.  I thought I had that bypassed, but I guess an update reset that preference. Anyway I thought, "Ok, I'll use that interface."  So I navigated to the folder with the footage I wanted to import, selected it all and clicked "Import." Now first of all I just wanted to import the footage into a bin. Instead I got a timeline full of footage, all jumbled in the wrong order, and since some of the footage was in different time bases and resolutions, I can't use the timeline. Annoying, but I can delete that, so that's not the real problem. The real problem is, it was footage from the wrong folder! The project fils is in Root>Client>2025>Edit.  The files I requested were in Root>Client>2025>Shoot>Footage.  The files I got were from in Root>Client. It appears the importer doesn't work if footage is in other folders. I am using premiere Pro Beta version monthly subscribtion while using object mask tool after edit that much edit not showing in my programe monitor pls give me the Right solution for this one.

Hello,first of all the new tool is amazing and thank you.\i found a smal bug, when you make a selection and add a text between to layers with animation. Then it dosent respect it and moves the text in front of the masked layer when you make a cut from one to clip to another

The mask render keeps freezing, sometimes I can’t see my mask at all even though it’s applied, my render progress gets stuck (like staying at 3 out of 60 frames for over 5 minutes), I keep getting errors and crashes that interrupt editing, and sometimes it even says it can’t catch audio which breaks playback — though without the bugs and constant restarts, the masking itself is pretty good and crisp. Im on the latest beta update. Im on windows 11 

I'm having a bug with Premiere Beta 25.6.0.045 on Mac OS Sequioa 15.5.  Premiere Pro Beta won't launch when Red Giant is installed on the machine.  Tried launching it without Red Giant installed and it works.  Tried launching with 3rd party plugins disabled and it works.  However it will not open when Red Giant plugins are installed.

The app does not start. The splash screen shows up, disappears and then the app is gone. Only when starting with opt+shift and then disabling third party plugins, the app will start. I have the Red Giant Suite, Universe as well as some Re:VisionFX plugins installed. The regular Premiere Pro (non beta) starts without problems. Apple M1 UltraMacOS 15.6 (24G84) SequoiaPremiere Pro (Beta) Version 25.6.0 BETA (Build 17)

Simply put, can't get past the splash screen. It won't launch and won't return an error message for me to post, simply vanishes halfway through loading. I can see the Adobe Crash Reporter icon show up for a second then go away.

Since the 2.5.1 update, Lasso performance has been deteriorating. Sometimes it's so poor that it's impossible to work. Additionally, switching between open sequences takes longer. I tested it with Media Analysys & Transcription, Color Management, and Audio Waveform disabled. Default Audio Input is set to no input. I am attaching the video files below.

This bug is still persistent right through my work flow, either recording audio directly into Premiere or just monitoring audio when editing.  ...The audio xxx can't be read quickly enough from storage. Please check your styage and try again ... I've seen this bug reported by many others in previous versions of Premiere pro from 2025 and I'm now on the latest Premiere Beta v25.6.0 on a 2025 Mac studio running Os Sequoia 15.6.1 monitoring and recording audio from a UAD Apollo 8, all hardware on lastest updates.My drives are in a Raid 0 OWC ThunderBay storage enclosure running through Thunderbolt 3 into my Mac Studio so there shouldn't be any reading speed lagging issues on my end.   This bug is really annoying as it's happening constantly, either with just some isolated audio clips when monitoring audio or when recording audio it's happening on other clips trying to monitor from. I just recently started using Beta again, after updating and using the new object mask tool it was fine, i did one project without problem but im working on a second project, and this one has total lag through out all the playback. i can barely edit.

I just updated Beta to the most recent version (today) and every single time I try to copy something (command-c, or right click-copy) the program crashes without any dialogue message... though it seems I can copy items within the timeline but not in the project/file structure window. I have tried restarting my computer, clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing is solving the issue. I'm in the middle of a big project and it's driving me bonkers. Anyone else having this issue?

The latest beta of Premiere Pro Beta doesn't correctly upgrade the production - it sohould be PRODUCTION_V25.0.0_V26.0.0, but instead it converts to PRODUCTION_V25.0.0_V25.6. It also crashes Premiere in the conversion process. Update - Renaming the new Production folder with the correct Premiere version does load the production when re-launching premiere after the crash.      

Captions stopped working after the updatet his morning

I uninstalled the beta version and noticed that i get the question if i want to remove or keep the Preferences. I choosed to remove them to see if it works. It did not, the Preferences and everything else is still there.   This has been true for Premiere Pro for years, iow you get the question when uninstalling, but they are left there anyway and your choice has been ignored.   Why does it still happen after all those years? Why do we even get the question, i mean it does not work after all?  

I have been trying to open Premiere Pro Beta 25.6 to try the new masking feature but I can't get it to open. It shows the splash screen and then closes. I already tried opening with the alt option and selected all options. If I do that it opens further. It shows a screen saying I can try the new feature but before I can click the button the app closes. I'm using windows 10. (The main version of Premiere Pro 25.4.1 opens just fine) 

I've been using Frame.io to upload the work in progress videos to my client and it's been working smootly so far with no issues.Until around a week ago and it just stopped working. Whenever I would click upload active sequence and click upload to put it into frame, nothing would happen. Media Encoder wouldn't open, my project wouldn't freeze, and there isn't even an error written file on Frame like what happened when my internet gave out mid-upload.I tried updating my Premiere Pro and my Media Encoder just for the same thing to occur, showing it's either a bug on Adobe's end that hasn't been fixed or its on my end.If anyone can give me some insight as to why this might be happening, please let me know.I'm currently on Media Encoder Beta v 25.6 and Premiere Pro Beta v 25.6 on MacOS Seqouia 15.6.1 

I am wanting to replace my footage in 2 different ways in Premiere Beta. I used to do it all the time in the former versions but can't do it now.1. By selecting the clip/footage in the Project window -> Press Option button while drag and dropping this clip to the time line, in order to replace the wanted clip in the time line. It doesn't work any more. Clip is not replaced.2. By right clicking on the clip in the Project window -> click on Reveal in Project > then right click and hit Replace Footage and search for it in my Finder. But now, I can only replace by footage from the bin or AE.Very inconvenient and it is now compromising my deadline. Need to ditch Beta and swap to the Premiere 2025.Can you fix these please?

Hello Adobe Team,I’d like to report a recurring issue with Premiere Pro Beta. Whenever I try to transcribe audio into text in Russian, the application consistently crashes. This problem has been present in every new beta release, forcing me to roll back to a previous stable version in order to continue working.This bug creates major inconvenience, as I need to restart Premiere Pro each time it happens, which interrupts my workflow.System details:macOS 26.0 Beta (25A5295e)Adobe Premiere Pro 25.6.0 (Build 48)I kindly ask that your team investigate and fix this issue, since speech-to-text in Russian is an important feature for my projects.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello,I'm currently trying to import some MKV files that contain one video track and six audio tracks.One of the files, "2024-11-17 23-02-28.mkv", is approximately 3 hours long and around 24 GB in size. The estimated time for peak file generation is showing as 19 hours, which is significantly slower than real-time playback.However, the peak file generation is taking an unusually long time. After several hours, the process appears to stall completely, and unfortunately, when I reopen the project, it starts over from the beginning. Best regards
