I am using the integrated audio (with PGi). Does anyone know if there is a limit to how many simultaneous breakout sessions the meeting room will support?

I've been unable to find a way to allow attendees to enter data into a spreadsheet in an Adobe connect room.  There was an old article about using a pdf hosted on Adobe cloud however I unable to get that to work and after a call to the acrobat.com support team I was told that functionality was not possible.  Am I just missing the answer here or is there really no way to accomplish this function.  The scenario is pretty common, I have attendees coming in for training and need for them to enter their time.in and time out.Any suggestions greatly appreciated!!!Bob

Near the end of my free trial I purchased a monthly Adobe Connect subscription through the portal in the Connect Settings. I paid for the subscription on 6/21/2014, but now when I try to login I am sent to a page that says our trail has expired. I am able to login through the support site and see my receipt, so I know the transaction was verified.

I can't share a document (PDF) that I created on my computer. It says "cannot convert document. There may be security restrictions on this document"Any advice?

Clarkson University uses Adobe Connect for both remote synchronous lectures and for storing recorded lectures.  I am using the current version (6/21/2014 download from app store) of Adobe Connect Mobile on an iPad (with retina display).  When I paste a lecture URL into the Adobe Connect Mobile meeting site, Adobe Connect starts up the Web based interface, and that does not work because Safari on the iPad does not have Flash support. Anyone come up with a reason/solution to this situation?I have already confirmed that Clarkson is not subscribed to the MP4 file conversion.  I have been in classes with other folks who are using the Adobe Connect Mobile app for the live lectures, but I need to access the recorded lectures.Any thoughts are appreciated.Regards,     Mark

I recorded a multi-topic session as a single 2 hour recording.  I was able to edit out the "lag" portions of the session so I have a nice final presentation of the various speakers/ topics.  However, I want to also produce a 2nd recording of just the last speaker/ topic, without destroying the longer version.  I could edit out the first hour (first 3 speakers) and save that, but then that would destroy the longer version.Is there a way to duplicate the recording, so that I can preserve the full version, but then edit the duplicated recording to edit it down for just the last speaker/ topic?  I can't find a way to do this within Adobe Connect editing.  Do I have to export the file to Flash (FLV) or MP4 and then try to find a way to edit that file down to get just the last topic?  Any ideas?

Currently when a question is answered it will be linked to the question. We sometimes have participants requiring further information about the same question, but Adobe Connect does not seem to allow participants to click the response and add follow up questions. As a presenter you can click on answered questions and add more but participants always have to submit new unlinked questions. Is there a way for participants to ask follow up questions in Q&A pod so that they are threaded to their original question?

We are moving to Connect 9 and we want to turn our Connect 8 environment into a read-only site. We want to prevent people from creating new recordings. We can do that by removing people from the Authors, Meeting Hosts, and Training Manager groups. However, this only prevents new recording from being made. Anyone who was a meeting host in an old room can still go to that room and create a new recording. How do we prevent these meeting hosts in these old rooms from creating new recordings? Any way to bulk change permissions? I am open to suggestions.

On the share document pod, when u upload a pptx presentation, u can set the presentation on automatic.Only problem, all separate pages are shown 5 secs. How do i change the timespan?

How do I get my camera to work when I connect to an adobe connect meeting on my mac book air?

I had a recent not so great experience with Adobe Connect that I need you help on.  Keep in mind that I tested the Connect session with the presenter the day before and Connect worked very well.   On the day of the event I opened the room to get the speaker logged in as a “Presenter”.  No problems with that however I noticed that there was no “Share My Screen” button to be found anywhere. In essence I could not get him connected.To resolve this I was forced to close out the old session and start a fresh one where I could share the presenter’s screen.  Once we were going a few of the participants mentioned that they were having problems getting audio.  Most online said they were fine but a few mentioned that we not getting the audio fluidly.  I explained that it may be due to their bandwidth and to be patient that it would cache.  Then I notice that same issue that I had talked about with a Connect technician before where all audio stops working a
