I want to upload the recorded file of the classroom in the University sites CMS.On a website, I read that I should choose the action dropdown in front of the recorded content and then choose the make offline from that menu but there is nothing except Edit in the menu.is there any way to make recoded content to be downloadable as MP4?

I have the same problem. Office 365/PowerPoint installed, latest and greatest because that's a feature of Cloud based subscription. I downloaded Adobe Presenter 11.1 because it advertises what I need however I get the same error, above with all PPT files. Also, the use of SWF is a dated these days so will Adobe update and plug these issues?  

Hi there, My Company is an Adobe Connect customer (latest Ver.). In the Adobe Connect Backend I have the possibility to extract CSV-Exports of meeting participants sorted by date. The issue is, that I have to download exports channel by channel, day by day, which produces a lot of work. Is there any admin option I can execute to give a command as follows (example): --> extract a CSV-Export of channels A/B/C ... for full month (October 2020)! (so I can export multiple channels & months) Kindly waiting for a feedback of the community or Adobe support. Thanks a bunch Timur

Hi You know that all the world convert their education system to online because of covid-19. I am one of student who must join lessons as online with adobe connect. But there is a big problem.Adobe connect belong to company of the GREAT ADOBE. Sorry but , I dont understand why adobe dont use a faster radio button. You know it, i will explain you with an example. Every student listen lessons with own way. Some of them listen videos with 2x speed some of them 1.5xBut ADOBE dont have this. We must listen all records with 1x speed. it is very very slow . I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY MR. ADOBE TORTURES PEOPLE WİTH 1x SLOW VİDEOS ?PLEASE JUST TELL ME WHY I WONDER İF ADOBE DONT HAVE ENOUGH ABILITY ?OR , DONT HAVE ENOUGH TİME. İF YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH PERSON TO HIRE FOR SOLVE THİS PROBLEMLET ME DO İT THAN ANYWAYS, DUDE PLEASE DO İT. Hello, I've installed ACS in a Windows Server 2019 (8 core, 8GB RAM) to test Meetings with the Intercall adapter. However I'm can't start any meeting. due a "Connection Error". When I go to the troubleshoting page and run the diagnostic tool this is the result:Windows 10 is supported.Chrome 86.0.4240.198 is supported.A connection with Adobe Connect could not be established. Please contact your IT administrator. In the server side Adobe Connect Service and Adobe Connect Telephony Service are running.This test also fails using a browser in the server (to avoid possible network issues).It seems to be an issue that is not related to the config on the intercall adapter because I'm able to use my meetings with Intercall's client. Where should I look to fix this?

Has anyone else been having terrible problems the past month with Adobe Connect? We have sessions that are 30 people or less and have everything from people unable to hear, people (including the instructor) getting kicked out, the sound is off or not working. Yesterday and today there were random, unsolvable problems with audio, both mine and the participants. Some could not connect the mic at all without being disconnected. Participants were constantly being kicked out of the session today. It was a nightmare. Not to mention that the participants who joined by browser were seeing different slides than the participants who joined through Adobe app. Many participants when they connected their audio would be kicked out. Adobe has caused many participants with unnecessary frustration. Has anyone had the same problems this month? Any workarounds? Ever since September rollout we have seen so many more issues and problems with the app. We literally have to move our 3-hour course over to zoom

My new webcam works fine but Adobe Connect doesn't recognize it. I'm thinking there's an easy fix for this? Thanks.

I was wondering if people had had this issue and if they had a workaround.Prior to Adobe Connect 11, I had my trainings set up to be video, quiz, certificate, and a folder with the slides and any other resources mentioned as PDFs. Participants were able to download or print the PDFs. Now they're not able to do anything but view the content.Is this the same for everyone? And again, does anyone have a way to make these things downloadable/printable?

Hello there!According to this page, the Adobe Connect recommended and supported settings is 640*480 20 fps.Now, our school purchased 30 $500 webcams only for us so we could study well in the pandemic and see the whiteboard and our teacher with a 1920*1080 60 fps webcam. I spoke to the support team and they said there is no way to change this limit unless using a third-party app that they are not even aware of something like that which exists. Also, they said the limit is 720p and not 480p. but both my own experience and this page say that the limit is 480p. Also, on this website, someone called idavidson, says that there is an add-in called Master Video Control that lets you adjust resolution, frame rate, and video quality while letting you closely monitor bandwidth. And another person called JJ, confirms it works perfectly! So the support said that this is just a third-party app and not an add-in. I'm so confused now. Could anyone help

The one thing I saw missing from the html5 publication from Presenter 11.1 was the ability to retrieve the attachement while viewing the presentation on connect.  Does anyone know if this is in the roadmap?  The folks I deliver the KTs to really like, and use the attachment on the job.

Hi, How I could pubblish a Captivate output in Connect meeting? I open the meeting, and then I select Share -> document -> zip file -> captivatefile.zip; I receive a error message. I published the Captivate as SWF.Thank you Lorenz

Unter meinem Adobe Acount werden mir die Abos nicht angezeigt. Leider ist Adobes Kundenservice so schlecht, dass es mir nicht gelungen ist, eine Antwort von einem Adobemitarbeiter zu erhalten (ich hing 10 Minuten in der kostenpflichtigen hotline und dann noch mal 40 Minuten in der sales/kostenlosen hotline, ohne dass ich mit irgendjemandem sprechen konnte...).MfGMarie-Sophie Brenner

Hopefully, you can help me here!currently, I'm using bose Bluetooth headphones in combination with the IMac from 2015. The headphones can not be the problem, because they work in other meetings like zoom and in addition to that, they work while I use AC on the Ipad. AC recognizes my headphones but rather I do the audio Test (everything is set fine) or speak to other people, there is no output. Nobody can hear me. I'm looking forward to fix this problem /:

Hello. I've been delivering trainings through Adobe Connect since some months and everything worked quite well.Since the MacOS Big Sur update, my integrated webcam is not recognized anymore by connect (No webcam detected, please connect a camera to your system"). Is this an issue due to Adobe Flash missing ? Thanks !

Can a guest user attend a meeting via web? If so, would the guest user be able to share screen? 

HelloI hope you can helpI have set up a meeting. I have then duplicated that meeting (using it as a template) this has copied all of the layouts and content through. Brilliant. I have worked on the copy and the original is now not needed. I have delete the original which when i did i recieved this warning This item has other items linked to it. If you delete this item, then the links that point to this item will also be broken. Please verify that this is what you want to do before proceeding.  I thought fine i dont need it to link to the original so deleted. I have then gone back into my new meeting and the layout have gone. I dont understand the benefits of this linked process. if i update the original nothing changes in my new version but if i delete the original it delete the layout in my new version. Any guidance on the purpose of the linking and benefits or a way to break the link without it effecting the duplicated meeting room would be fantastic. th

Hello,  My hubby and I are all working/studying from home now.I had an online seminar and my professor held it by using Adobe Connect; at the same time, my hubby had an online meeting with his colleagues by using Goole Meets.I had a very poor connection with choppy or even lost all voice from all the presenters, and impossible to discuss with the group; this condition lasted UNTIL my hubby ended up his meeting. Once he started another meeting, then my connection went back to poor status again! Is there any setting that can compete for a better internet connection to Google Meets?or any other solutions? Thank you in advance!

Ever since our Connect was updated, we have been seeing the Flash icon next to some participants names in the Attendee list.  Does anyone know what this means? We also have issues with people not being able to use their microphones after running the audio wizard.  This is happening to participants with and without the Flash icon, so I don't know if it's actually related. Any help anyone can provide is greatly appreciated!

1. In one of the meetings the Chat discussion got cleared inadvertently. Is there any way to retrieve the chat history?2. My second question is if there are limits in chat pod - is the text in chat pod limited to certain number of lines or characters?  If there is a limit what happens if you go over that limit of lines/characters in Chat. Is the chat text lost or truncated?I am using Connect 9.Thanks.

Just noticed that a globe-like symbol has begun to post next to some people's names in the attendee pod in the standard view. What does is mean to signify? 

So, the only way to make a recording available offline (download to mp4) is to wait for the entire recoding to playback. I have many sessions that are up to 8 hours long making this an incredibly time-consuming task. Does anyone know of a faster way to do this?
