I work from home on my PT job, and I use Adobe Connect for work. I can't use the web version because my client uses the screen recording feature. When I'm not at work, I love to play games, but Adobe Connect minimizes my games while I'm playing (like it's pinging the network or something), and it's so frustrating.I'm not sure what to do, but I know I'm tired of uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Connect every couple of days. I was thinking maybe a firewall block/allow might help, but I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. This is usually happening when Adobe Connect is not running.

Hi, I wanted to report a bug and also request a feature for a future update of Adobe Connect. The link I was given via chat (https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html) appears to not have a form on there like it should do, so hopefully someone here can help or point me in the right direction. I work for a outsourcer contact centre company. I am one of the trainers for our new starters and we use the fantastic Adobe Connect to do all of our training virtually (everybody works from home).  We have been enjoying the add on features, however the image carousel (found here: (found here: https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps/image-carousel.html#) that we'd like to use appears to be broken as when uploading the file into the room, the share pod is completely blank and there are no options to choose from. Problem moving objects. Error symbol appears and when I release the mouse the object jumps off the page. I have the same problem when I move layers, pages, etc. I feel like something is "locked". I have restarted, updated software, etc. But the problem persists.

I'm looking for downloadable PDF copies os the Adobe Acrobat Reader and Adobe Scanner user guides on how to use the apps to help teach our staff how to use the mobile apps.  I have not been able to find downloadable copies

My daughter's online school uses Adobe Connect for lessons and we can't get the camera to work in the preview. We've tried to access via Chrome, Edge, Firefox and the Connect app but all have the same result. The microphone in the camera will register as picking up the microphone but the camera doesn't. this is the camera we bought from amazonhttps://amzn.eu/d/9vhgF3p The camera works on zoom calls via the same browser, but not on the connect platform.     

Hi, I have been using Connect since 2010 and have hundreds of hours of recordings. I have been asked to teach in Italian and I am wondering if it would be possible to use the courses already taught by, 1) dubing Italian translation over the base language, 2) adding sub-titles. The lessons are from 1.5 to 2 hours long which makes using Adobe Express impossible for subtitles. Base languges are in English and French, all lessons are on Connect and have been converted to Mp4. Does any one have a work around?Thanks Atreya

Getting the error "Could not connect to audio/video due to restrictive firewall/web proxy settings within your network" when trying to share screen or webcam. How do I resolve it?

We are having many problems with the Notes Pod in Adobe Connect. After some time, the participants can no longer see what the host is writing in the notes. Do you know what might be causing this? Is there a limit of words or switching layouts? When a new Notes Pod is created, the participants can read what we are writing again, but that's not very practical in the long run. ThanksDaniel

Hi there,We use adobe connect for our training session. And after training programmes we downloaded recorded training video for editing. But Adobe do not let download the raw video records, rather the site rip videos in different format and then let us to download the video. During this rip process sometimes video and sound syncronisation are out of sync. How can we fix this problem. Or is there any possibility to download the original video records from the Adobe Connect site.Thanks in advance.

Hello,I'm having an issue with the desktop app for Adobe Connect.  When you normally open the application, it launches the welcome screen to Join a Room, and view recent and favorite rooms.  This is not working on the desktop app, it works perfectly fine on the phone app.  The Room Link will give me "invalid link," it's not invalid, it works from a browser or my phone.  Also the recents and favorites tab area does not appear on the desktop app.  I've tried 3 different PCs and all with the same result and after downloading the most current version.  Has something happened/changed with the desktop app? Not sure what's different, especially since the phone app works. Thank you!  

We are experiencing some issues during our sessions. Yesterday and today we have had difficulty with not being able to end breakout rooms, not being able to move slides, and speaker settings changing. We also have amber warning triangle icons next to our breakout rooms. Has anyone else experienced this or know of any fixes? Hi, we are using Adobe Connect to conduct training sessions using PPT. There is some stray text that is showing up on certain presentations when I share it to the pod and show the side bar. It's only when I view the side bar and I cannot figure out where it is coming from. I tried to create a new layout and share the PPT that way, but it still shows up. There is nothing in the PPT that has that text anywhere. Has anyone had this happen?Application Version: Win 2023.9.482.64hServer Version: 12.4.1c22ab6.41.2023-.8-01 

So this morning with laptop it was ok i joined the class through browser (I cant install the app on pc it doesnt work for some reason but worked with browser) but for my second class it was ok at first but after the break i couldnt join through browser anymore. like the option join with browser was gone and it kept saying install the app when i wanted to join. The thing is i checked the other class again after this and the browser option was still there but not with this one. Is it sth the professor should make available? Should i tell him to make join with browser available or its not on his end??? Tnx in advance

When I'm holding down on the mouse moving the dark pink card over the light pink card, you can see the shadow.  When I release the mouse, the shadow dissapears over the light pink card.  I'm going crazy trying to figure this out.  

when i start installing adobe connect app it shows download failed either retry or connect adobe connect administrative please me a solutions as soon as possible i am trying it on window 7 32 bit

I'm confused about file size when processing through bridge: original raw image 11,400 KB, Jpeg out of camera 2,336, when processed through bridge 750 KB. How does that happen and what can I do about it?

I dont see how to host a meeting, do you need a payed plan or something?

We are having issues with people sharing their screens. We don't get an error, it just spins. I have asked all to update their AC player and set display settings scale to 100% but no joy. Please advise.
