Photoshop Ver 27.6 is giving me this error saying it cannot load measurment scale presets. I can open old files but it i save then or make a new copy I cannot open them again. How do I fix this?
I keep getting a message in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop "There was a Problem loading some of the content".When I click on the Pre-release tab I only see the pre-release for Illustrator not any other pre-release apps. When I look in the folderC:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE the only folder it contains is \PDApp.I have deleted the app and reinstalled it.I have logged out and back in again and repaired the installation.Can you advise how to fix this.
We would like to see the entire CC suite available on Linux starting with Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop/lightroom.
My adobe photoshop is not downloading the files from Adobe Cloud. When i try to download, it stucks and do not process. First i thought it might be a RAM issue so i upgraded from 16GB to 32GB. After upgrading the RAM the issue is not yet resolved and such a great bottleneck within fast pace work system. I Have tried every thing to bring it back on track but after everything it is still not downloading files from cloud.Any solutions and guide would be appreciated. Thanks
I have a new laptop and since then in Photoshop I am not getting a border/frame around my images.How do I fix this please. Thanks in anticipation Susan
This is just one of the errors i get. I have had several issues where when using photoshop, my computer will give me the error in the screen shot, or it just completely freezes and restarts the entire computer. I can not open more than 2 photos at a time or it happens more often. This is the ONLY software this happens with. I have been having this issue for months and i kept hoping updates would resolve but nothing. I originally reached out to support and they had me change my driver to my GPU, which did not resolve the issue either and being that this is not my main source of income I do not have the time to consistently reach out to a software company that I pay for (with zero tax write offs) to ask them to fix this issue. I saw someone with the RTX 3050 is also having a similar issue I have the RTX 3060. please help!
The eMail from message@adobe.com regarding Creative Cloud ("We have received your Creative Cloud Pro payment") contains a link error. The "Print invoice" link in the eMail leads to https://accounts.adobe.com/fi/plans/xxxxxx, which does not work. The correct address is https://account.adobe.com/fi/plans/xxxxxx. I have reported this issue before. Could you please fix this link error? Thank you!
InDesign is doing this semi freeze thing when I place or replace images. Random images and random formats. The background task hoop turns on and I can do somethings sometimes but not always. If I close everything then close the program there is a message but it's up for a half a second, dissapears and then a new start window opens and refuses to do anything else. I have to "End Task" to get it to close. I've deleted tempfiles, uninstalled and reinstalled, turned off GPU, and did that Ctrl + Alt + Shift thing.

I have been experiencing inconsistent behavior when using multilingual input (especially Japanese IME) across several Creative Cloud applications such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.The same OS and IME settings produce different results depending on the application. Examples include unexpected mode switching, premature text commitment, or differences in how the composition state is handled.This makes multilingual input difficult to use reliably in a Creative Cloud workflow.I would like to know if: this is a known issue there are any recommended settings for stable multilingual input the behavior differences between applications are expected If needed, I can share additional observations.Thank you.
in the update of photoshop 27.6 action not run properly for exemple when i up the colors throw action and i want to use fade for set the color range the fade command not working.. and action panel totly chnge and dificult to oprate this

When I find out there’s an updated version of a Photoshop plugin I use (in this case Web Sharp Pro), and I hit Manage Plugins in Photoshop to open Creative Cloud--or if I open Creative Cloud directly, and go to Manage Plugins--the page takes forever trying to load, and ends with “Something went wrong. If reloading the page doesn’t fix the problem, please contact customer support for help.” and a Reload Page button. Hitting that button doesn’t reload the page though, it takes me to the Featured Plugins page, and there’s no way to open Manage Plugins and reload the page.When I search for the app to do the upgrade manually, it just gives me the Install button (it’s already installed, of course)--pressing that sends it to try and install the app, which fails after about five to ten minutes of trying.Once several weeks ago, after an update to Creative Cloud, it worked perfectly and the plugin was updated; but since then there have been several new versions, and I’m still on the old version.
In Premiere 26, there seems to be a bug with the drop shadow. I made graphic today, I used the new Object Mask tool (which works great by the way) to make a stat box pop out. Moved it to the opacity section so I can have it get larger. It was white on white so I wanted to add a drop shadow. When I do that, no shadow comes up even with opacity all the way up, distance, etc. When you click to show shadow only, it’s there. This is the top layer of 3 on a timeline. I got advice from another editor to try nesting. That worked, but when I exported the entire effect was off in the export.
The bounding box of the transform tool is in the wrong location and not properly scaled when used on warped text. It does snap back to correct scale and location when a corner of it is selected but reverts once the transform is deselected again.Photoshop version is 27.5wrong bounding box on warped text
The performance of your apps have taken a significant hit since you have incorporated LLM style junk into them. Startup time and general usage are both adversely affected. There should be an intuitive way to turn this off completely. My job is too important to allow an LLM to summarize pdfs for me. Some humans are still capable of reading.In some cases, AI tools are a huge help. In many others, they are an unnecessary burden being pushed upon us constantly while we are trying to work. Once again, I am capable of reading a pdf myself.
I’m trying to work in Lightroom. and it’s saying my cloud storage is full so I can’t upload anymore photos. I’ve gone into my deleted in Lightroom (empty). I’ve gone into Creative Cloud (both via desktop app and web) and “my files” EMPTY; “deleted” EMPTY. So where the hell do I delete stuff to clear up space so I can work again? And can I turn off this cloud crap so I don’t have this issue again?

Trouble Accessing All Apps in Adobe Creative Cloud ProScreen Shot of my Creative Cloud DesktopHello!I have Adobe Creative Cloud Pro, and have downloaded the creative cloud desktop app. I am having issues accessing all of the apps in my plan.When I launch my Creative Cloud desktop app, I do not see all of the apps within my plan show up on the All Apps dashboard.I have attempted to download additional apps directly from the website like they suggest, but every time I download an app from the website, launch the .exe to run the installer, it opens the Creative Cloud desktop app and nothing happens. No download, no extra pop-ups, just opening the app.I have tried the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool after uninstalling everything as well.I cannot find a solution on the web. I have uninstalled all of the Adobe products from my computer and reinstalled and that hasn't fixed the issue.If anyone has had a similar issue, or knows of a fix, please let me know. Thank you!PC. It bombs out whenever I open the Exposure HUD in today’s (24/4/26) version. It was ok yesterday. The HUD opens, but as soon as I move the mouse to change the settings the app crashes. Is this just me or is it a known problem? When will it get fixed?
Premiere Pro 26.3 (new update this morning, 24/4/26) crashes as soon as I open the Exposure HUD in Color Mode. Is it just me or is that a known issue?
