Windows 11. The file disappears from the disk. Could it be that the antivirus thinks it is a virus? Or does the file itself disappear after installation? How can this be avoided?

Já fiz tudo oque a guia de ajuda da adobe pediu e nada funciona, tenho um notebook acer, que está no windows 11 e não tem problemas de host e nem de conexão com a internet! Ele está com data e hora funcionando corretamente e não encontrei erros no firewall. Gostaria de saber se alguem ja passou por isso! E se podeira me ajudar

LrC 15.1 will not open on my computer (not even the splash screen. Windows 11 version 10.0.26200. Any ideas? Everything worked fine until the latest update by Adobe.
Hi everyone,I’m a bit confused about the current state of Adobe Creative Cloud storage and syncing.I can no longer find the Adobe Creative Cloud Files folder on my PC.Previously, I could drag files into that folder and they would automatically sync to Creative Cloud so I could access them anytime.Does this folder still exist, or has Adobe removed or changed this feature?When I try to upload an After Effects (.aep) file through the Creative Cloud desktop app, I get a message saying “file type not supported.”Is this expected behavior now, or is there a workaround to store or sync AE project files using Creative Cloud?I’m using Windows 11 and the latest version of the Creative Cloud desktop app.Thanks in advance for any clarification!
Bought a new Win11 computer because Win 10 no longer supported with security updates. when I try to install PS CS6 and LR CS6 on new computer I get a message that my Serial number is valid, but my version of PS or LR is not found(both are listed with the SN in the Adobe "products" section). I have my original install files from the last time I migrated to a new computer but when I try to install they can't get past the notice that SN is valid but no CS6 products. The same notice says to pick a version from a list which only shows CS3-5.Is there a work around for this issue?? Ross
I was using Photoshop and encountered an error stating that my drive had run out of storage, which prevented me from using the move tool. I came to find out that I only had 1 GB left on my (C:) drive. I have my install preference set to a specific folder in my (D:) drive, but it ignores this and installs it into the pre-created Adobe folder on my (C:) drive where Creative Cloud is installed. I've been unable to find anyone with the same issue, please help!
The setting to enable Non-Adobe generative AI models should not be tenant wide and ideally can be toggled on for certain people or groups. In a regulated environment having this binary setting for everyone presents a challenge and ultimately adoption of another tool/service/model.
Hi All.Recently a client of ours started seeing this error when she tries to shutdown her computer. "Logtransport2.exe has unexpectedly quit". It doesn't happen all the time, however when it does the laptop freezes. She has to physically shut the machine down. I spoke to Adobe and they to unintall the application completely. We did that including reinstalling Create Cloud as well. She still sees the issue from time to time. Anyone have thoughts on how to resolve or has anyone seen this? Thanks,
We have a need to allow InDesign Server access to remote DAM hosted client content (graphic files). Maybe there'd be a configuration file in the InDesign Server installation that specifies the credentials needed to access the DAM. There might need to be a preliminary step before opening an IDML/INDD file that sets the context (client DAM) that would then allow for the file to be opened and externally linked images to be retrievable from the DAM.

I have had Creative Cloud Desktop installed on my laptop (ASUS ZenBook) as well as Lightroom, Acrobat, Camera Raw, Photoshop for YEARS and always make sure the apps are up-to-date. I checked my task manager and it says it is 'suspended', but each time I tried to end the task my computer would freeze and I had to perform hard resets - I did this several times unfortunately. I tried un-installing Lightroom then re-installing, but got the same issue. Important to note here that the Photoshop appworks with no issues. After the weekend in "shut down" mode, I powered up my laptop to work today and noticed that Acrobat was not recognized as a program and I was prompted to select another one to open a PDF - this did not happen on Friday. Hey, last week i install some plugins from adove creative cloud for Premiere pro and everthing was fine. Now i wanna add more plugins so when i open creative cloud and went to plug-in tab, It's showing this window no option for install new plugin or manage old one. Any idea how to fix it?

I'm not necessarily looking for a fix as much as voicing my frustration and desire for more attention being placed on performance (essential) rather than AI or other "nice to have" features.I'm running a Macbook Pro with M2 Pro chip and 32GB RAM. Not a bleeding edge beast but a machine that should be more than sufficient for running creative apps effeciently. It seems to perform well with every other app or service, including running multiple virtualized servers (simultaneously via Docker), along with email, Slack, Clickup, Dropbox, Google Drive, and probably 50 to 100 Chrome tabs, all at the same time. However, Creative Cloud app and the Creative Cloud Content Manager service use over 52% of all battery/power over, on average, over any 12 hour period. The other important thing to note is that CC uses a ton of power, and sometimes excessive CPU, even when Adobe apps arent't being used.I began to wonder why I can't get more than a couple hours usage on battery power, and now I know. When I start Creative Cloud Desktop, the right side and bottom side have an area of black -- it's blank.The rest of the content for this application is shifted to the left and up. An example is below.In the image below, it looks like I cropped out a portion of the window on the left. But I assure you, it's not there.I can't left-mouse click on items in Creative Cloud Desktop. I can use keyboard shortcuts like ( Tab, left/right cursor key, Enter ) to navigate the interface. I can have it update an application, for example. I have a subscription to Adobe Illustrator. I have disabled the creative cloud autostart up in task manager. I have set my creative cloud preferences to not launching. Its still starts everytime I click on my app on my desktop. I tried to uninstall it but it won't let me because AI is installed.How do I prevent this very irritating app from starting?
