Creative Cloud desktop

Wie o wie kan mij helpen?Ik heb nu 3/4 jaar een nieuwe pc speciaal voor photoshop. Mijn vorige pc heb ik 4 jaar gehad en had voortdurend problemen met Ph. Ik dacht, nu is het voorbij! Als ik bezig ben, krijg ik elke keer een blauw scherm en de pc sluit af en ik ben alles kwijt! Het gaat heel snel dus kan geen schermafb maken van het blauwe scherm! Ik heb versie 26.10.  Alvast bedankt een vriendelijke groet Marjolein

so every time im trying to install animate from CC it keep stop at 89% and then fail, thats said i get error 146 evey time please help.  

Adobe has two folders within the "Library/Application Support/Adobe" file hierarchy. One in the user-specific library, and one in the Macintosh root library. Is this normal? The attached screenshots show both folders listed in my file management software.   

Hi!I am currently experiencing an issue with my Creative Cloud applications: I cannot open them, as an error message appears each time. This happens with other applications too but as an example, I am using InDesign.The following message is displayed:Since I am connected to the internet (mobile works just fine), I clicked on "Try Again" and then received this error message: I've looked online but I've found nothing to the reference code 109. I've already uninstalled all of my Creative Cloud Apps and reinstalled the Creative Cloud Client, but the error message remains the same. Funny enough I can open the Photoshop app on my iPad and it works without a problem or any error messages. I am on Mac and my current system is Sequoia 15.1.1InDesign is version 20.0.1 Does anyone have an idea how to solve the problem or know what I can do? Kind regards

bonjour à tous,depuis quelques jours, je n'arrive plus à ouvrir Creative Cloud.J'ai essayé un "repair", aucun résultat.J'ai voulu le désinstaller, mais pour cela il faut désinstaller les autres applications.Alors j'ai voulu désinstaller Photoshop et là non plus, il ne se passe rien, impossibe de désintaller Photoshop.Toutes les autres applications (photoshop, bridge, camara raw, ...) fonctionnent sans problème.Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?En vous remerciantMichel

Hello, I would really appreciate your help fixing this issue, I am having it quite for a while, whenever I open Creative Cloud App and I start to hover on it with mouse it immediately starts to lag and dislocate the text and whole box off the app, I have attached the image below, apparently when I was working in After Effects today some of the Extension plugin boxes started to glitch and display incorrectly just like the CC App, what causes this? Anyone? Thank you in advance

Hello everyone,I am making a banner for someones linkedin page. She asked me if I could add hyperlinks to the image since her previous image had it. I tried making it in photoshop and express but in order to make te links work the file needs to be saved as an pdf which you can't upload to linkedin. I really doubt her previous image was able to since I can't find anything about it. Can anyone here maybe help me?

A mí me pasa lo mismo. Cuando abro Creative Cloud en cada sesión me aparece un mensaje de error y da la opción de Salir o Reparar, pero Reparar no hace nada, solo indica que vuelva a descargar CC y cuando lo hago tampoco me deja usar Illustrator, me dice que lo descargue y lo vuelva a instalar. Y así sucesivamente en la sesión de trabajo en casa. Es molesto pagar una suscripción por esto.

Hi, On 2024-11-24 Five out of 9 creative cloud apps failed to update. Ran update as administrator on Windows 10 (Really 11 but I didn't allow running of a "give-up-even-more-privacy-app" that will then let allow the os to be called Windows 11.  No other info given from creative cloud app other than the "Updatd Failed" message. What's gives?Thanks to all for any ideas. 

In InDesign, I can go to Preferences > Interface > User Interface Scaling and set the Options to large. Is there a similar setting in the Creative Cloud desktop app? The only option I see in Creative Cloud > Preferences > Appearance is for light vs dark. I am visually impaired and need UI elements including text to be large.

This seems to be a fairly common problem and I have spent hours following all the instructions on how to fix it. I even went to the length to remove all Adobe from the computer *Windows 11. To the extent of removing it from the registry as well. Reloaded Visual C ++ / Hours and hours but still exactly the same as when I started 10 hours ago!   OS is Windows 11 and Craetive Cloud is cuurent version. I have been a user of Photoshop since it was launched for Windows in 1992. I have spent thousands of dollars with Adobe over the past 31 years and never a problem, now my business is on hold until this is fixed . Please can somenine give me a fix that works?

On my laptop, I have Auto-update apps turned off Creative Cloud. I prefer to do it manually on my own time between projects. I always did the same on my desktop as well. Until today... I just had to reinstall Creative Cloud on the desktop after replacing the boot drive. Now, on the desktop only, the switch to Auto-update apps is permanently ON and grayed out so that it can't be turned off. This is really unhelpful! How do I change this? I do not do not do not do not want Creative Cloud updating my apps whenever something is released. No, absolutely not. Why is it possible to turn this off on my laptop but not on my desktop suddenly (and it was possible there too before replacing the drive and reinstalling Creative Cloud)? Both are Windows 11, by the way. Thank you!

 My CC App looks like the above, it also means that the mouse is out of calibration. 

Just a warning... I just received an email stating that my subscription has expired. The from address was obviously not from Adobe. My SpamDrain caught it but just thought I should warn others.
