Hi everyone, I am trying to store files like CR3s, Jpgs, and Word Docx in my Adobe Creative Cloud storage, but it keeps saying that the file is not supported. I have a 2016 apple laptop, is that maybe the issue? I just downloaded the Creative Cloud computer application, so I don't understand what is going on. Thank you for your help!
"You dont have access to manage apps"At my job I receive this message when trying to update my apps or download apps. My IT dept. says he cant do anything other than uninstall and reinstall the CC from my mac. That this must be pushed through on Adobe end and that I just have to wait until that happens. Im currently running most of my apps on 2024 but would like toupdate to the 2025. Any help is appreciated.
Hi Team,I have been having issues with Raleway Italit Font. It keeps crashing InDesign, saying its rendering in the background. Even though the file I am working in doesnt not contain this font. I have tried to unistall the font more than 15 times from everywhere, but it keeps creeping in back. I have cleared all my Cache, uninstalled All Adobe Apps, including Creative Cloud App. I have re-started my laptop 10 times. Re-downloaded the app, and its back again! What can I do to fix this issue?Thank you!
Any Ideas why my CC Desktop App is completely blurred suddenly?It sharpens suddenly in some areas when i move my mouse over buttons etc..i tried like all the available graphic settings there are - it does not change anything.Windows11 latest version, nvidia card, drivers up to date
Creative Cloud icon in windows system tray has no tooltip label, lowering discoverability. That's it.All other system tray icons have one - the image atttached shows Teams' tooltip. I cannot show you yours as it doesn't have one.
I'm on macOS 15.5. In my home directory I have a folder named:Creative Cloud Files Company Account <myuserid) <long decimal number@AdobeID> It has what I think is my Adobe Cloud Files. I don't want it in my home directory for sure. Where did it come from? What can I do with it?
I rolled my Dad's very old Windows PC back to LrC 13.3 to avoid issues caused due to old hardware and all seemed well. Yesterday, it was back to 14.0.1, he assures me he did not do this yet it had updated. It does seem the Creative Cloud app may have updated, would this have turned auto-updates back on? Would love to be able to click on multiple images and move or delete them. Currently, you have to right-click on every image you want to move and move them one by one. In my case, I have made a massive library for a project which is so large that I can't find what I'm looking for. I made, and am moving them into smaller libraries organized by topic. It would be nice to be able to click on the little boxes in each picture thumbnail, and then move them to a new library all at once.

was wondering if anyone knows how to deactivate creative cloud instantly opening a department login? I've left that department so the email I was using has been deactivated so I couldn't log into it even with that account. I can log in with my present account on browser and know that's not the problem, I've tried deleting and reinstalling the Creative Cloud app off my laptop for nothing, and don't know what to do. Help??
PLEASE add a scroll bar to the list of active fonts. A scroll bar flashes on and off the screen (sometimes) but never long enough to use it, or long enough to actually see all of the lsit of active fonts. It's maddening.
So I just updated to the new CC app, looks nicer than the tiny old one. But one problem - you can't close it. With the old app, you could right-click on the icon in the task tray and choose "Close" to close the app. The new one doesn't have a right-click 😞 Request: Please add a right-click with close option to the task tray icon. (running on Windows 10)
I love that I could export MOGRTs directly to a CC Library to share with multiple Adobe users. Would be great if I could also add Premiere Presets to that CC Library, so that editors can have all their presets and MOGRT options in one place in Premiere.

My creative cloud desktop "installed apps list" is missing Photoshop. Should I reinstall it? will I loose my current Photoshop customization and addons?
When installing the Adobe CC desktop app on my new M4 MB Air (OS. 15.5), the app crashes on launch — every time. It opens, showing the expected CC interface pane, but then immediately hangs and requires a force quit. Using Claude, here's an interpretation of the Apple crash report. This appears to indicate a potential compatibility issue. The process is shown in attached video. I used the last CC Desktop for demonstration but same goes with web. Problem:Currently, the Creative Cloud application requires users to fully sign out of one account before signing in to another. This is a time-consuming and disruptive process, especially for users who need to switch between accounts multiple times during a workflow. This process interrupts work and can be frustrating. Proposed Solution:I propose implementing a "Switch Profile" or "Account Switcher" feature within the Creative Cloud desktop application. This feature would allow users to:Save and store multiple Adobe account credentials within the application.Quickly switch between these saved accounts without the need to fully sign out and sign back in.Potentially, offer an option to have multiple profiles logged in simultaneously (if technicall
This has got to be a common problem. I have a personal Photohop/Illustrator account that I use at work for work, and at home for fun. While at work I also need access to Acrobat Pro to edit PDFs which is provided by my employer. It's a real gargantuan pain to have to completely close Photoshop to work with Acrobat and vice versa. Please fix this. As the Acrobat situation is likely the most common app this happens with, maybe just start with allowing that application to login to Adobe indepentent of the Creative Cloud Desktop.

If not, who should I ask?Until recently the Creative Cloud app and downloader used to have an option in the preferences to set the amount of internet bandwidth the app used while downloading.It’s gone. At least in my case when CC is downloading app updates my mac slows to a halt for any other internet activity.Can we have that back please?
