Hello, I tried to DL adobe illustration free trial for 7 days today but it did not show up on my creative cloud page, but when i tried again i was told i already own it. I think something went wrong during dowload or install.As I think I don't need to use this app now, i want to cancel the trial plan now. But, I cannot cancel it because it is not shown on my account. I was wondering if I will be charged if i cannot do something about. Could you help me to figure out how I should do not to get charged?

I have a license for two machines. However this morning one of them is giving a message saying that I have reached the limit of my devices and shows my Mac Studio 4 times, and my iMac 4 times. And on the other computer the Creative Cloud icon is now gone from my toolbar and I cannot launch it from the application folder. My Mac Studio is on OS 14.2.1, and my iMac is on Os. 15.3.

HI I am trying to uninstall creative cloud from a Mac but when using the uninstaller I get a message "Couldn’t uninstall Creative Cloud for desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it."I then check my installed Apps from the list in the Creative Cloud menu bar and there are none installed. So what am I supposed to do? I do however have some installed on another machine is that a factor? I only want to uninstall creative cloud from one machine and not the other.-Ian
I've recently noticed that when I add a whole font family from Adobe Fonts to my Creative Cloud, all styles are synching such as light, bold, italic etc, but for some reason the 'regular' styles are not showing! Regular italic appears, but not just 'regular'. It's doing this for various font families and not just the one. Can anyone advise on how to fix this? Ive tried restaring Creative Cloud, Adobe etc but still get same issue.
I get andom Activation Limit reached notifacations. the issues is all the devices listed are the same computer. I don't know what i can do to fix this. I only use Adobe on 2 Computers.
I tried every process the link redirected, also tried the creative cloud cleaner tool as well, no luck. even tried searching for online help. Is this a recent issue or a issue from my end.
Hello, it is not possible to make a payment (bank information is entered correctly). It shows an account error. Reinstalling the Adobe account does not help (see image). What else can I do?

During the first installation, I unchecked the AGS installation box, now I understand that I need it, but I just can’t find where to install it.
Why does my Creative Desktop keep telling me that my Photoshop needs updating when it has already updated it to the version it wants to install? The only way out of this is to tell it to install it again, and it then starts doing so, and soon realises its mistake and stops and tells me it is updated! Grrrr! Nutze auf diesem Rechner (Windows 11 Pro) seit längerem CC. Vor circa zwei Wochen tauchte beim Start dann erstmalig diese Meldung auf und CC lässt sich nicht mehr starten bzw. bricht diesen ab. Bereits schon mehrfach nach Empfehlung in anderen Threads CC über den Uninstaller deinstalliert, Adobe Cleaner Tool drüber laufen gelassen, Neustart, Neuinstallation, jedoch gleiches Ergebnis: Das CC-Logo zeigt ein paar Momente das bekannte Farbspiel und dann poppt die Absturzmeldung auf. Visual C++ auch schon repariert, neueste Version installiert etc., auch keine Änderung.
It would be really nice if Adobe had a way that users could list out EXACTLY what they spent every one of their generative credits on. I'm down to only a little over 200 generative credits, and I know that I have only generated about half of the images that I would have needed to in order to burn through that many credits. When I ask Adobe support, they just tell me :We don't have the ability ti see where all of the credits were spent on on a credit by credit basis. Yep I know. Hence my post.
Version of the app 6.5.0.348Platform and OS version: Windows 10 Enterprise (at work) Windows 10 Pro (at Home) Hello, I'm new to Creative Cloud, I just recently purchased a subscription for myself.I saved several documents to the Cloud from my work PC (Win10) and would like to open them from my home PC (Win10) I installed Creative Cloud desktop and everything looks fine I see Creative Cloud Libraries but Cloud Documents shows an error try later. Through a web browser (Google Chrome) all files are available. And if I click the refresh button under cloud storage, the download wheel just spins and nothing happens (I waited for hours).Reinstalling the CC and cleaning the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool did not help, I saw here the advice to delete the file \CoreSync\options.tix but I don't have such a file at all. I understand that I'm in a transition period to a new cloud file synchronization system, but maybe there is a solution or advice so that I can use Cloud Documents normally.I atta
Hi There,My computer ca't be updated anymore and is now running iOS 11.7.I'm wondering if the CC apps will work properly with this.Does anyone know?I don't need all the newest features, I just need Illustrator and photoshop to work fine. If the newest features in those apps don't work, but the basics do it's okay for me.Hope you can help!
I'm having trouble with creative cloud, it keeps showing this sign in, then i click it it loads then nothing shows up. It just shows the error again. I was having a bug with photoshop so i saved the project and restarted my Mac laptop and it fixed it but now creative cloud is doing this. Biggest issue is not having generative fill or being able to update apps, otherwise photoshop and premier work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have two Windows 10 computers. When I installed Creative Cloud in 2021 I accepted all of the default configurations. I haven't used the remote Creative Cloud feature until now. Where are the local folders and files stored on my local machines? I can see in Preferences that I can change the Asset Download Location but that doesn't seem like what I'm looking for. With two computers this setting will be different on each computer.

hello! I had a problem, I needed to change the primary adobe ID account in the creative cloud application on mac os, but nothing works. for some reason, this function is not available to me in the application itself, and the browser link gives the answer that it cannot be changed, what should I do? has anyone experienced anything like this?
For a Better editing of folders and files in https://www.adobe.com/files I would suggest to have more Explorer/Finder like Options, e.g. show Folders on Top and then files, drag & drop Files into folders, copy files into Folders (or have a pointer to the Original File so that there is no Storage issue), Quick Search bar (input the first letters of a file and they appear as result...), show more details for the files like Date, Filetype, length (for videos, etc.) etc. and sort them, Treview for better Organization of the Files and Folders, colorcoding Files and Folders, etc.
Hello there, I dowloaded and installed Creative Cloud but the library goesn't load and gives me an error message. I can't install any apps I have access either (I got a license for a course I'm doing.). Do I need to do anything first? I have a Windows 11 PC.
