Hi All, I have dowloaded the creative cloud app but it won't let me log into my account. Please see image below: Once I click sign in, it takes me straight back to the image above. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks,Gray Cones
Ich versuche seit Tagen die Adobe Beta Apps für meinen neuen Copilot+PC (ARM-Prozessor) zu bekommen. Während alle Beta-Apps auf meinem alten Intel-i7-Prozessor PC angezeigt werden, weigert sich mein neuer Surface Laptop 7 beharrlich die Apps anzuzeigen. Einzig Photoshop Beta wird angezeigt, aber den braucht ja kein Mensch, denn den gibts eh schon regulär für ARM-PCs. 🤦♂ Ich bin dazu seit Tagen mit dem Adobe Support in Kontakt aber bislang haben die es auch nicht zusammengebracht, dass ich die Beta-Apps installieren kann. Gibt es noch einen anderen Weg oder hat jemand das schon erfolgreich mit dem Adobe Support geschafft? Ich bin kurz davor den neuen Laptop wieder zurückzugeben. So ein kranker Mist, echt! 😒
Hello, I've installed CC on a brand new machine, fresh install. Some weird behaviour that I can't seem to troubleshoot... - Fonts are de-activating and re-activating multiple times throughout the day, despite not making any changes. It's just like my entire activated library of fonts just stops and starts again- I want to disable autoupdates, but if I toggle this in both the main app, and preferences, it then just defaults back to "auto updates on". I've logged out and in again, I've also flushed any logged in sessions, this is the only session. I'd like to know how I can fix this, it's really bugging me. Thanks!

Dear community! 8 months after the installation, my laptop is not working well, it is too slow and difficult to handle Creative Cloud (primarily the illustrator). I can't work like this. I would like to delete it from my laptop and migrate it to my desktop. But I would like to keep my active licence. Is this possible? Thank you so much for help! 🙂
How can I prevent Adobe Creative Cloud from removing my settings from my apps (e.g., favorite fonts, custom preferences) during app updates?
I dont know what happened it was working fine a month ago and now it wont work. Everytime I open the app it asks me to sign in so I do my usual sign in through google and when I try to it just bring me back saying to log in again. When I try to Sign in via browser it says your all good to go im signed in then I just get a black screen on the creative cloud app. I cant unintall and reinstall becuase i cant sign in and uninstall my apps. Could really use the help no idea what to do.
Hello 🙂I have an Adobe Creative Cloud Photography Plan with 1TB Storage. On my Mac HD/CUser I have a 'Creative Cloud Files' folder with all my files in and this folder has always synced to that 1TB of storage and those files have always shown in my Creative Cloud 'Your Files'. This folder is now no longer syncing and my 'Your Files' is now empty. I understand from Adobe there has been a discontinuation of Creative Cloud synced files (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/eol-creative-cloud-synced-files.html) but was told by an Adobe agent today on the phone that this is for Business Plans only and mine is an Individual Plan so that does not apply to me but they could not seem to help me with why my files are not syncing and showing in my 'Your Files'.Thoroughly confused and frustrated... so any ideas or help would be VERY gratefully received.Thank you,-Pommegirl

Eu tinha um plano de Fotografia de 1T e migrei para o plano Creative Cloud todos os apps , sem perceber que o novo plano teria somente 100GB!!!!! O sistema não alertou… Bom, fui buscar como aumentar o armazenamento, o suporte diz para acionar a Opção Aumentar Armazenamento na opção "Gerenciar Planos" em //account.adobe.com/pt/pans mas esta opção simplesmente não aparece!!! Anexarei as fotos. A única opção que recebo é de migrar para um plano de 2T pelo triplo do preço o que é um absurdo. Eu quero simnplesmnte voltar com o 1 T que eu tinha dado que já ocupo 300GB e estou ompossibilidata de fazer qq coisa. Já entrei em contato com Vendas, enviei e-mail relatando a situação, mas não tive retorno. Alguém já teve este problema ?
Ao abrir minha creative cloud, me deparo sempre com a mesma mensagem: Sua creative cloud está demorando mais que o normal... Esse problema apareceu após a última atualização, Já desistalei e fiz uma nova instalação, porém ele continua muito lento para abrir.
I have an image in which I can isolate the subject as a selection.I would like to apply one of my texture jpegs to just the selection and not the background.I bet it can be done, but offhand I haven't figured it out. Any help greatly appreciated.Thanks,
The creative cloud app continuously goes offline and cannot update anything, I have disabled the antivirus and given free access to the firewall how can I solve the problem?

Hi,Investigating a outbound data alert 1GB+ uploaded to dump.cr.adobe.comsearching forum for dump.cr.adobe.com and found that it might have somthing to do with CRlogs.But I cannot find any info on why so much data would be uploaded to dump.cr.adobe.comCan we controll our clients so they dont upload CRlogs? Can we turn it of?What info was uploaded?Did tha data leav EU?200 clients we have..Thanx!
I've been using Adobe and the Creative Cloud for years. A week or so ago, my fonts wouldn't load into Illustrator when I tried to add new fonts. I went to try to resolve the issue and it looks like no fonts will load in the CC app and syncing won't work. I've tried everything. Syncing is on, I am signed in on the correct account, I restarted my app and device multiple times. It doesn't have anything to do with my firewall, VPN, or proxy. I spent hours on support chat trying to resolve the issue, the support agent did remote in and try a lot of things to resolve it and nothing worked. I pay way too much for this service for my fonts to not work. I'm debating just cancelling my subscription and use a different (free) service. This is ridiculous and I have seen so many people dealing with the same issues on different forums. Has anyone gotten this far into the troubleshooting process and still not been able to resolve the issue? Has anything worked? And if it doesn't, what alternative ser

I've had 2023 and 2024 both on my Windows desktop. I had some issues the last week and tried some uninstall reinstall steps. Then I left 2023 unistalled while I tried some things with 2024. Now I want to reinstall 2023 but when I go to "Other Versions" to install it I don't see anything that says 23. It jumps down from 24.0 to 22.2. Can someone help? Thank you.
Seit ein paar Tagen lassen sich Photoshop und Photoshop Beta auf beiden dafür verwendeten PCs nicht mehr aktualisieren. Die Aktualisierung bricht jedesmal bei 11% ab.Der Hinweis "Installieren sie die Synchronisationskomponente" ist nicht wirklich hilfreich.Fehler #121 soll auf ein Zugriffsproblem auf den Temp-Ordner hindeuten. Ich wüsste nicht, wieso. Ich habe den Zugriff (für den Ordner und alle Unterordner sowie Dateien) für jeden freigegeben. Mein BS: Win 11 Pro bzw. WIn 10 Pro 64bit
