Whenever one of the installed CC applications has an update available, a notification appears telling me about it. Because I have set the CC desktop application to install updates automatically, the update is installed shortly thereafter. However, the notification remains, misleading me into going to the desktop application to look for the available update, only to be told that everything is up to date.I think it would be better if the notification was removed once it becomes obsolete, or replaced with another one telling me what was updated.
It's very annoying having to log out and log back in every time we need to use an app that's part of a different account. At work, the Art Department pays for After Effects and the IT department pays for Substance Painter. For us end users it means having to log in and out of each account every time we need to use one app or the other. As artists, we should not be bothered by who paid for which application. If we can login in, we should have access to all of our available apps regardless of which account they belong to.
I downloaded the CC installer, but there is no setup file to install, any reason for that?
Hi. I would like to know if I can continue to use the Master Collection CS5.5 from 2011 that I already have installed on my PC if I now subscribe to CC or will it be deleted or not work? Retaining CS5.5 would be useful for training and familiarity until I get up to speed with CC. Thank you. Nige
It kicks you out to the web (on your browser). That's just stupid! You can install/uninstall apps in CC, why not fonts? Come on Adobe! You can do better... you can make this happen.
The Type tool shortcut (T) is not working sometimes (most of times) it's only work when i tap shift+T
I couldn't find what could be causing my raid 5 to slow to a crawl. So I wiped my SSD and reinstalled Macos 14.5 hooked up the Raid and tested read/write speeds of the Raid. Before any adobe software was installed it was read/write at 458 MB/s. After installing CC it went down to 297 MB/s. that's a loss of 1/3. which in my line of work is a strangle hold. what's even worse is working with adobe support. after spending over 3hrs(not dramatic) I'm reaching out to non adobe (drink the koo-ade ) in hopes of getting a solution. This is the same attitude I experienced when bringing up the issue of not being able to tether when using LRC(something I do multiple times a week. they(adobe) blames Apple, Apple blames Adobe. Well Apple is correct on this one! I ended up purchasing Tether tools sharpshooter just to shoot tethered. I can't see my entire list of people I've shared my CC Library with— how can I manage/edit? The list should scroll but it is just cut off.
The wonderful 'create' button in Creative Cloud is a tempting button to press when I want to make a PDF from scratch (I hope this comes to the web), a Photoshop Cloud Document, an Illustrator file, or an Adobe Xd video. There are plenty of things I want to make with just a click. Why not bring that to reality? The perfect place in our files, on Web, Desktop, or mobile--Where we can create literally anything with Adobe services. This would also be a good opportunity to incorporate some of the planned changes to Adobe Acrobat's PWA, so the Chrome OS folks like me can use Acrobat better, and maybe one day we can create a PDF from scratch. Acrobat is lovely and all, but the PDFs on my device shouldn't take up my cloud storage, you know? This create button should be more than just for folders.

I've been trying to install the app and everytime it fails and says "Download error. Unable to reach Adobe servers. Check your internet connectivity and firewall settings, and then try again. (Error Code: 113)" and I've tried everything and still can';t install Illustrator. What can I do?

Hi,I have one and off, for a long time had a red triangle over the Cloud icon in the Creative Cloud App (also often over the menubar icon). I have done as have been sugested to other people Opt+Cmd+R and also killed off all the extensions, I have looked in the ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/extensions which is alread empty. It is very anoying as there is nothing one can do to remove it when it's first there - and there is no indicaton of what is wrong.Please fix your software.
I have a 6 month old new laptop, which I bought, partially in response to the fact the CC constantly destroys my work environment. (I needed a new one for other reasons, but CC was the straw that broke my back.) After living without Adobe products for 6months (to avoid CC) I just installed LR via the Windows Store, foolishly thinking I could avoid CC. How wrong I was!I shut everything down immediately in hopes that I can uninstall all without CC acting like the virus it is, and finally look for a LR alternative.Before I do that, I just wanted to confirm that there is still no way to have LR without CC?

We have more than 120 user license and we will increase them to 150, the main issue each user assigned for specific machine.When we sign in any user after few days it sign out automatically, so we need to increase the maximum session time life.
Hello, Both the Creative Cloud and Photoshop Apps are not launching on my MacBook 2013 Air Big Sur after downloading. I previously had them installed but had to delete them temporarily to free up space. I have re-started my computer, tried uninstalling and re-installing again, but still without any success. Neither application appears in my "apps" section. I only see the Creative Cloud icons under Launchpad and they do not open when I click on them. I've checked for firewall interference and that does not seem to be the issue. Does anyone have any ideas for a solution?Thank you.
I've seen a couple of threads about people constantly seeing red alerts on the Creative Cloud icons. I'm having the same issue, and the repeated suggestion to reset via Command + Option + R is not solving this issue for me. The key takeaway for me is that it's not just the Creative Cloud icon in the macOS menu bar but also the Cloud activity icon within the Creative Cloud app itself. There is no explanation of what is actually "wrong" to cause the alert. I'd really like this to go away. (For the record, I've never consciously used the Adobe cloud storage features; any storing there has been by Adobe apps on their own initiative.)
CC libraries only allows sharing libraries as a whole at the moment, please enable link generation for individual folders to provide the flexibility in collaboration. I understand a workaround is to create multiple libraries for sharing. However, Adobe do not have a search function before entering a library, when you have many assets stored in a number of CC libraries, it would be a pain to scroll through all libraries in other Adobe softwares to use these assets.

Ich habe soeben im Chat erfahren, dass es für Behinderte keinerlei Rabatt für das Abo gibt. Ich bin darüber überrascht und enttäuscht, denn jedes renommierte Unternehmen bietet zumeist die gleichen Konditionen, wie für Studenten an. Ist wahrlich kein Renomee für Adobe und nicht zeitgemäß.
After Creative Cloud updated to the latest version, I have had to 'repair' the app and even then it doesn't always work. This happens each time I turn my laptop and desktop on. Even when it's in sleep mode and I use it, I have to repair the app. If it was happening once in a while I wouldn't be upset but each time I turn on my computer? And sometimes while I am working. As I am typing this, the repair box came up again.Why is this happening and what do I do to fix this.Windows 10, Current version of CC.
