Yesterday I had a problem with Creative Cloud. One of your tech guy took control of my Mac and solved the problem. So far, so good. This morning the problem is back! Using the chat box, I talk to one of your tech guy. The guy took control of my computer. However my Mac is in french, he wanted to switch my computer to english so he could read the menus. I refused cause I need my computer in french. I terminated the conversation and 20 minutes later, I contacted with the chat another tech guy. This time the guy didn't understand a word of what I was saying! You need to upgrade your tech support, what I've been going through is unacceptable. Also I speak french, my computer is set in french, that shouldn't be a problem when I need your help. Don't tell me you cannot hire a few french speaking tech?
Older versions of the Creative Cloud desktop app made it easier to see apps that needed updating. Now it seems I have to click on "Apps", then "Manage Updates" in the right sidebar. I swear it used to be a single click in a prominent, obvious place. (Sidenote: In general, I feel lost finding basic maintenance functions amid the mess of marketing noise in the desktop app. What happened to just letting me DO MY WORK?)
I just got a Dell XPS 15 (newest model) and it only had the option of Windows 11. I got this computer specifically for work with the Adobe Suite so I'm a little miffed that I can't seem to get any of the apps to work at all. Whenever I try to download the Creative Cloud app it loads forever, says it's taking longer thna usual, tells me to try a relaunch, and then says there was an error installing and to try again or repair it. I've retried like 10 times, deleting all of the Adobe directories in the C: drive and also uninstalling in the Control Panel but nothing has worked. Is there a specific download file that functions with the current state of Windows 11? Cause everwhere I look people seem to at least be able to get Creative Cloud working on Windows 11, but I can't seem to at all.
Hi, Adobe Creative Cloud Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to suggest an improvement that could significantly enhance the user experience within the Adobe Stock library. Users must have a license to "heart" or favorite assets they like. This limitation has led to several frustrating experiences where I could not find an asset I previously admired. As a result, I have often ended up either settling for a less suitable asset, changing my design plans, or spending an enormous amount of time and effort trying to relocate the elusive asset. Being able to favorite any assets, regardless of whether I have a license, would streamline my workflow and reduce the time wasted in searching for assets I should already have saved. The inconsistency of being able to favorite some assets and not others can hinder a user's creative energy and forward progress, leading to frustration and disorganization. My suggestion is to allow users to favorite any assets they

I have Photoshop and an old Photoshop Beta installed on my computer. Likely through some error of myself at some point (I've read that incorrectly uninstalling apps can cause this), the Adobe CC app doesn't recognize that I have either of these apps installed. This also means that the Adobe uninstaller doesn't recognize them and won't uninstall them.So that I don't create more issues for myself, I'd like to fix this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop correctly. Any insights out there?
"Settings > General > Launch Creative Cloud at login" is NOT checked."Settings > Apps > Auto-update" is NOT checked."Settings > Notifications > App Updates" (and all other notifications) is NOT checked. However, after the most recent update, Creative Cloud launches when I start Photoshop, and pops up a notification to tell me there are updates to my apps. What part of do not launch / do not update / no notifications does Adobe not understand? How do I stop Creative Cloud from launching EVER under ANY circumstances, except when I manually run the exe myself?
Adobe products currently have NO support to manage configuration from a central location such as an MDM Server. These features have been made available by Apple for more than a decade. As an example, Currently, in order to disable Cloud sync, we need to use the Admin Console to generate a PKG installer that contains an XML file that is installed into a specific location on Disk.We have also created appropriate scripts to check the content of the XML file and update it if it is not configured correctly. This mechanism is prone to being modified by a sufficiently savvy end-user, potentially overriding organisational security and control requirements and leaking sensitive data out of the organisation. This would put is in non-compliance with regulatory requirements. Supporting Managed Preferences would enable Enterprise MacOS Admins to define settings for:AI Features,Cloud Sync,Auto-Update behaviourand more using a Configuration Profile that is deployed by their MDM Server - in ou

I have just downloaded Adobe creative coud and installed Photoshop (version 25.9.1). When I try to open photoshop I get the error mesage "Could not initialize Photoshop because of a program error". I am using a MacBook Pro 2020 with MacOS Sonoma 14.5. Both photoshop and my mac are up to date.
I use Acrobat Reader (instead of Acrobat and Acrobat Pro) for some specific purposes as it behaves differently and does not interfere with PDF files. It would be beneficial if we could have Acrobat Reader in Creative Cloud.
I would like to have another user be able to download the PDF's and be able to update the card on file for the account. Being the owner of the account should not be the only way for Accounts Payable to access Invoices.
Hi all,I used to be able to set syncing to "Paused" and it stayed that way. There used to be another gear symbol to set this ... gone. When I chose "Paused" it resets itself after every startup of CC ro ON. (not paused)Is there a way of permenently disable syncing for good" All apps and CC are updated. (June 2024)Win11 Pro, 64 bit, Lates version. I don't want ANY cloud storage and I'm afraid it is forced on me / running without my knowledge. However, going to "Files" in CC shows no synced items. And what about the anouncement of syncing being discontinued this year? Thanks
I can't get Creative Cloud to open on my computer. It says initializing forever and then eventually says it cannot communicate with the Adobe servers. I enabled a VPN, and suddenly it worked. Any ideas what might be causing this issue?
Hello, I currently support a School within a Multi Academy Trust who are looking to expand and rollout associated Adobe Create Cloud products (i.e Photoshop) using Shared Device Licensing (SDL) We are aware that for Named User Licensing, quotas can be set in product profiles to limit the number of users. However, this feature is not possible for product profiles to limit the number of devices. Please can this be looked at as it will make managing SDL quotas much easier? So for example...........lets say we have 300 licences as a Multi Academy Trust.......... School A Product Profile (linked to School A's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool B Product Profile (linked to School B's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool C Product Profile (linked to School C's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool D Product Profile (linked to School D's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool E Product Profile (linked to School E's OU) - Quota of 50xSchool F Product Profile (linked to School F's OU) - Quota of 50x
My mouse cursor is stuck as the default Windows cursor when I'm using Adobe products (Animate & Illustrator), and is twitching/glitching when I move the cursor over line art, edges, or window panels. Is there a way to fix these issues? Just to explain, I'm using Adobe Animate to do Clean-up work on an animation project, but my cursor is not changing to any of the tools in Animate; it's stuck as the default Windows cursor. The tools still function as needed, but it's very inconvenient to use some tool like the Brush & Ink Dropper since the cursor's pointer is not accurate. The same thing was occurring in Illustrator as well. Also, my cursor seems to twitch/glitch-out when I move it over window panel, edges/boxes, buttons, or line art. It's really hard to bend lines via the Selection/Subselection tool when the cursor keeps moving on its own. This twitching/glitching issue also occurs when I'm navigating my Windows 10 computer and even this webpage, so I'm not sure if this is
HII'm having trouble selecting a hatch fill. When I select a hatch, it fills the lines of the polygon. I've noticed when I click on a polygpn, the ouline appears as two 'tramlines'. I have no idea how to fix this. Thanks for any suggestion.
Can we please have a way to centrally manage whether generative AI tools can be used or are available for all users across all of the adobe create cloud suite? To my knowledge the only way we can prevent users from using generative AI capability is to version lock users to older editions of Adobe applications that don't have generative AI capabilities e.g. Photoshop v24. Some of our clients do not allow generative AI to be used in their work and there's no way to restrict access to it from an administrator's perspective other than version locking users.

I know it's been requested many times, and historically the request has been moved to "asset sync" or whatever. I'm hoping this time it will be understood before that happens. I am talking about app updates, not asset syncing. Every time an Adobe product updates, it utilises the entire bandwidth, killing any other network connections in use. I just got dropped off everything I was working on and had dramas with my housemates, all because Adobe decided to update every ap at once at LUNCHTIME.I've been an Adobe user for over twenty years,... almost as long as Steam has had off-peak and throttled downloads in their platform. In fact, almost every major suite update management software has built-in throttling these days. The fact Adobe still hasn't added this makes me want to find an alternative set of programs. Could someone at least respond with a: We are currently working on this We have considered it but it's not in our roadmap yet&
Annick
