Hey guys, I just formated my PC but I forgot to save my preferences from Premiere, After Effects and Media Encoder. Now that I re-installed Adobe Creative Cloud and all these apps in the new windows I can't get my preferences. Is there a way to get those preferences back directly from the Creative Cloud account?
Managing the Admin Console for a higher-ed institution, we often see cases where members of our community change their email, usually accompanied by a change of name. This presents a problem when the primary identifier of an Adobe account is their email address, even though we use Federated ID. In particular, it causes an issue in Adobe Acrobat Sign where the user loses access to their previous account, including completed and in-progress agreements. This has been noted as a security concern as well. We would prefer for the Adobe Admin console and associated Adobe products to have the ability to use some other attribute, such as the campus ID number, as the primary account identifier instead of email. This would alleviate the problem with change of email address and security concerns.
Why, why, why, why does Adobe think I want to be forced to use a cloud solution? I don't need it, I don't want it, and forcing me to download it is just making it worse. When will companies understand that forcing people to use your software isn't a long-term positive for your company?

I believe that Adobe should add a Vietnamese interface to all of its apps. Vietnam has a population of over 100 million people, so it is important to make its products accessible to everyone.
Bonjour, Mon appli de bureau Creative cloud ne s'ouvre pas. La roue de progression tourne indéfiniment, je relance mais cela ne fonctionne pas. J'ai redémarré mon PC, désinstaller les applis, utiliser l'outil uninstaller etc... bref ! J'ai essayé toutes les solutions trouvées sur le site d'Adobe, rien à faire, le problème dure depuis plusieurs jours et je ne peux pas réinstal
REMOVING the Sync feature is the worst idea i have ever heard. I have 100 Gb in sync and i update and change files all the time between my computers. Cloud without SYNC is like "Creative Cloud" without any creativity at all. It is an essential workflow feature. With removing this, i am forced to changing to a different provider.Seems to me it then would be cheaper not to pay the annual fee of beeing a Creative Cloud customer at all.I think so.

Why aren't the RAW files from the Sony a6700 supported in Adobe lightroom yet? This is insane and quite frankly embarassing for Adobe. Why do I pay a rediculous amount of money every month only to be stifled by issues like this? When will the camera be supported??

The files in my sync folder are not the same as the files viewed from Creative Cloud app. The folder on my hard drive is showing me green checkmarks and everything but when I attempt to open files from it, it does not appear in the Cloud file viewer. I have to access them as if they were on my computer. I turned off Windows Defender as well as entering command line netsh winsock reset. The alert went away in the app but I am still facing 2 different file folders. What is with this? Thanks!
Because I'm not using the software as much as intended, I wanted to uninstall to save some disk space.CC INSTALLED THREE - 3 - UPDATES before even letting me see the dashboard or anything, just a message telling me to update (plus an optional toggle for auto-update).I mean, come on! Just let me get to the front page first, then you can NAG about updates. Oh yeah, one more thing. About 10 minutes after uninstalling Photoshop, Control Panel in Windows STILL won't let me uninstall CC, because I apparently have to wait until the other program finishes uninstalling.Never again.
In CC there is no "beta" on my left panel. Instead it says "Prerelease." I'm looking to get the new AE beta to try rotobrush 3.
I just discovered today that my creative cloud is significantly draining my battery life. Can someone please help me with tips to combat this problem? I have a MacBook Pro 2014 13 inch. Apple told me that the best they thought I could do was 'pause file syncing' unless I completely uninstall the application. Can I download Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and InDesign without the cloud?

Create an ability to hide the Apps Panel/Tab in the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Currently, when setting the AppsPanel visibility to false, it gives the end user an error message that they don't have the ability to manage apps and to contact their IT administrator(s). We would like to be able to hide this panel/tab altogether for our labs with the Shared Device License.
Talking about the Notifications bell icon in the Creative Cloud app:1. I now have 3 identical notifications about "Some fonts need an update..." and none of these can be removed/dismissed so they are just going to stick around forever I suppose?2. On notifications that I CAN dismiss, there are two bugs...2a: first, the 3 dots to click on to dismiss it always pop up overtop the rest of the UI, so that the user has to click the dots, then move the mouse up or down, then click the selection... it's hard to explain but it's just clunky UI design. And from a company that makes software to develop UI this is very ironic.2b: on notifications about a render finishing in AE, when I do dismiss them, the notifications each pop up on my mobile device AGAIN instead of just going away quietly.
Is anyone finding it over the top how many updates there have been lately? It's debilitating how many updates Adobe keeps pushing out. I can't remember a recent day, where I haven't logged in for the day and - surprise surprise - Adobe has another update!!Dear Adobe. With your expertise in 'synchronisation' can you please get yourself in sync internally?? It would be fantastic to get all your updates together and push them all out at the same time. I would be happy if once a month I sat back drinking my coffee while Adobe spends an hour or two updating every CC program. Rather than start every morning with Adobe having to make updates for - well, who knows, was it something someone forgot the day before? Or is it reflection of the poor quality control at Adobe? Anyway, please stop it. Do better.
hi there. ive have had photoshop for a while and i saw the app (creative cloud) so i got it and signed in but one thing i noticed is that photoshop wasnt showing up so when i tried to get somthing for it it said i had to buy it. but i have allready done that. and i dont know how to fix it.
Die Adobe Hintergrundprozesse verlangsamen den Computer unnötig. Am besten wäre es wenn man die Hintergrundprozesse in der Creative Cloud App deaktivieren könnte.
Bonjour, Mes espaces de travail sont régulièrement réinitalisés. Je ne sais pas si c'est lié aux mises à jour mais c'est très désagréable de devoir remettre en place l'espace une fois par semaine pour tous les logiciels de la suite Adobe. Suis-je le seul dans ce cas ?Merci
