Took my money and the program will still not install. I know you have the ability to check if a application was installed so why would you bill me if you can not deliver. I can't even edit or add text to a PDF.
Is it possible to install Adobe apps for just a single Windows 11 user login? I have a gaming laptop that I'm looking to install PremierePro on. I'd like to install the Adobe apps on just a single user login on that laptop so that I don't have all the Adobe background processes running while I'm using the laptop for gaming (i.e., one Windows 11 login for gaming, and another Windows 11 login for editing.) I created a 2nd login for editing and installed PPro and AE while logged into that account. I then logged back into the gaming account only to discover all the Adobe background proccesses running. Not sure if this would be an option on the Adobe side of things or a Windows setting. Not even sure it's possible at all. Thanks in advance!

I'm just so tired of having some users insist they just NEED to use Adobe, only to find out later by some other means they used it perhaps 2-3 times per year... while still incurring those expenses on a monthly basis. To make it worse, since those precious, expensive licenses are in use by those claiming to NEED them, there are other users who would probably be far more productive if they had Adobe, only to be denied. Wouldn't it be great to run a report for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days to see WHO has used WHAT and WHEN to determine usage, resource allocation, and budgets?
I am unable to figure out the cloud directory system. I'm running a Mac, I have the latest version of Creative Cloud, but now, I'm trying to figure out how the directory system works, and after a lifetime of intuitive knowledge with Finder, Explorer, and Adobe Bridge, I feel like a kindergartener who doesn't know anything.I can't seem to get back to "sync" after I click on cloud documents. Why aren't my synced files and my cloud documents the same... is there a tutorial on this, or am I just that ignorant?
Let's say I have a synced folder that I have shared with another user. In the event that my hard drive crashed, what would happen to the files on the Creative Cloud? Would they remain in their pre-crash state? And what would happen to the files on the other user's system? Thanks!

Please add the ablity to disable auto updating of the creative cloud desktop app. We usually would like to be in control of the version being deployed and even if we disable auto updates from the adminconsole while crating a package it seems to auto update. Te ferature should give us IT admins to disable the automatic updates on the creative cloud desktop app. We use Jamf as a deployment tool and would like the ability to disable via a plist. Whenever I try to uninstall creative cloud it says that I can't because " You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer that require it." I uninstalled all the other apps but it still says the same thing. I have some adobe apps on other devices, is that the problem? I'm pretty sure I have the uninstaller downloaded but it still won't work. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi. I am using an account from work which I am also allowed to use for my personal use. Can my files be prevented from appearing in the creative cloud system? I noticed sometimes I need to scan a confidential document, and you can still see it on a different computer logged on the same account. I want to work on my laptop logged into the account, but all files stay within my control and privacy. Is that possible? Thank you

Hi, I'd like to suggest a change to the SCIM API that Adobe uses. When doing a SCIM API call, Adobe only returns username, email address and some custom extensions (AdobeUsers). These are subject to change, for example when someone has a name change (marriage, etc.).Therefore our company relies on the employee number as a unique identifier, which is mapped to the ExternalID attribute. This attribute is part of the SCIM 2.0 standard, but is not present in Adobe's SCIM API. Is it possible to add this?

For well known reasons I waited more than half a year to update my system from Monterey to Ventura.System -> MacPro 2019 / AMD Radeon Pro 580X 8GB / 48GB 2666MHz DDR4 / 1 TB DiskI'm a professional Designer and Photographer – since more than 2 decades power user of Adobe.Until Friday everything ran soft and smooth under Monterey. After the update I now have a pretty hard time working. Screen glitches when moving windows in the Adobe apps and “outside”. Working in Photoshop is nearly impossible because every simple step takes many seconds.In Google I found nothing and contacting the Adobe support team was a mess.It's pretty frustrating. Does anybody have the same or similar issues?Please reach out. Thanks!
Hello AllEvery others applications work very fine but photoshop and premiere... I tried to install multiple times and in many hard drives, i removed my antivirus, i have deleted my hosts files, reinstall the adobe cloud, i used adobecreativecloudcleanertool.... I really dont know what to o next....if someone got an idea... I'm a student and adobe is giving me hard time, i have my exam to give tomorrow...thanks for having read me and for the help
I am a lone photographer, I don't collaborate with others, I don't sync files, I don't use libraries. (because they can't be automated)Can we have a way of running Bridge and Photoshop without the ridiculous numer of Creative Cloud background processes.If not can we have desktop app that only does the absolute minimum, and closes all background process when the main apps aren't being used.
Bonjour à tous je suis revolté par ADOBE a qui je regle 12€/mois, qui est injoignable et n'est pas capable de fournir une suite logicielle que l'on peut mettre à jour. et qui de surcroit, s'appuie sur la communauté pour que les utilisateurs se debrouillentJe suis sur mac (ventura). j'ai desinstallé reinstallé creative cloud. supprimer "adobe user info" dans le trousseau comme indiqué sur les indicationsje cherche, je ne trouve rien d'autreRIEN NE MARCHE.C'est incroyable d'en arriver la!!!

We have embraced folders within our CC libraries. Such a shame then that when we goto relink a file from CC libraries all the folders are removed and everything is just chucked in a pile in the CC libraries panel. Please keep the folder structure when we want to relink!
Just wondering if there is a way to change the account region. I bought it while in Asia but now am back living in the UK. I'm looking to upgrade my cloud storage but it comes up with not being avaible in the old Asia region I used to live in. Can I change or update this in anyway? cheers!
Ever since i upgraded to a 2015 Macbook Pro Retina and installed Adobe CC I started have issues with my fan running at high speed while using apps, so after many trials and conversations with adobe customer care and help desk i managed to work out that if i completely deleted the CEPHtmlEngine files it removed the startup menus and CC libraries panels from all apps so i uninstalled the software then reinstalled of course the issue came back so found that disabling cc sync it actually fixed the fan issues and i was able to use cc libraries but them today while i had indesign and photoshop both running the fan issue arose again until i closed 1 app down, not ideal as sometimes you want to be ale to flick between apps. This issue never happened on my 2012 macbook pro i use to be able to have about 3 apps open at once. Never any fan issues. Any ideas is this is a CEPHtmlEngine bug? Hopefully adobe are aware and are looking into it. Cheers AdobeCC
Very anoying pop up spam from adobe creative cloud after uninstalling photoshop. I get the pop up every 2 minutes. And I cant uninstall adobe creative cloud which is the most frusterating part. It's been like this for 2 days now. I tried relaunching it ctr alt R. I tried repaireing adobe. Frusterating.Found and downloaded the uninstaller and uninstalled this trash.
I keep running into the same login issue - I try to login to creative cloud to use photoshop and then get in a cycle of validation errors where it tells me to sign in, then tells me i've been signed out. Attaching pngs of both screens/the login screen. For additional context, I'm trying to login using my google account via the "Continue with Google" button, which always reports as successful. Any idea how to resolve this? Completely restarting my PC will often solve the issue, but I am sick of doing that EVERY time. Is Adobe's authentication just that bad? Can you just let me skip the auth and use photoshop offline? This is ridiculous
In Creative Cloud v. 5.11.0.522.1 I cannot change ordering of fonts on the list. I can pick whatever sorting order but to no avail. Please refer to attached screenshot. Font names should be in alphabetical order but these are not.
