After reinstalling Creative Cloud, due to Apple problems, the synchronisation component is missing. Error code 198. The answer given to solve the problem with this code is not working. And reinstalling and repairing is also not working.

Hi, im trying to make labels for tee shirts using Adobe.
Why can't I download my files from the creative cloud app on android? I can share the file, but that automatically compresses it to a .png file which is not what I want. I have the option to make the file available offline, but this does not seem to download and save the file to anywhere on my mobile phones internal storage. What actually happens when I opt for my file to be made available offline? The work around seems to be to download the file directly from my Adobe account on the website. What is the Adobe CC android app for if not to access your files from other hardware and operating systems?
Hi, was just wondering if anybody could please tell me if I update my pc from windows 10 to 11 will the CC apps all still be installed? or do I have to start over and transfer or something? Ive treied doing some searches on this but cant find any clear info. thanks
I have recently taken some workshops on surface design. One used Illustrator, one used Photoshop, and one used Lightroom. I already own a version of Photoshop Elements, but I cannot find the method to create the repeated patterns. I think I would work mostly with drawings and paintings. Is it better to go with a monthly subscription or buy the software outright? Is Illustrator the one that is best for vector graphics? Is Elements robust enough to use for surface design?
I recently quit university and without warning me first my university deactivated my student account and I've lost access to all the artwork I had on that license, which is great since all my portfolio artwork was stored on the cloud connected to that account. Is there anywhere I might be able to find the files from my computer files or will I have to contact the university about it to recover them?
Hi, one of the main reasons to why I bought 1 TB of cloud storage is because my computer's harddrive is not that big. I have a couple of photo folders with 300-500 gb of data. I want to store them on the cloud but I don't want them to sync and store locally as well. Like in Onedrive they are only downloaded and stored locally when you try to use them. Is there a similar functionality for Creative Cloud Files?

Hi, in August of 2022, I made a one-time purchased from licenseindustry<link removed-kglad> which was verified by Adobe Customer Support, after being skeptical, thinking it was a scam of some sort. So, after getting the go-ahead from customer service, I authorized the purchase and actually got a "lifetime" membership until about October, where I found out that my account, alongside about 300 other people, had their accounts deactivated and all of their work lost. I lost all of my Premiere files and everything I had worked on in Photoshop. A lot of people got their money back, but my bank won't refund me because I authorized the purchase. Is there any way for me to get my money back?
I've recently gone back to using the Creative Cloud Files folder on my computer... the idea being that it would be another backup iteration of current work, and also if I needed to use another computer everything would be there. So, why am I getting conflicted copies? And why is the conflict in question the newer file and not the older file? I haven't renamed anything. I am working on one computer, and not logged in on any others.
Ich habe vor einiger Zeit einen neues MacBook M1 erhalten und direkt alle Adobe Programme, die ich verwende, installiert. Dann ging es zum Synch meiner Dokumente in der Cloud in einen Ordner auf meinem Rechner...ich bekomm keine Fehlermeldung, es bleibt nur irgendwo zwischen 8%-12% hängen. Und das über Tage. Und wenn es versucht zu synchen ist der Rest so langsam, dass ich kaum arbeiten kann. Ich habe es auf der Arbeit über WLAN und zu Hause über LAN probiert. Das kann doch nicht so lange dauern. Es sind ca 80GB. Viel, aber nicht genug tagelang zu downloaden. Ist das ein bekanntes Problem? Mach ich etwas falsch? Ich behelfe mir mit dem Onlinetool, aber selbst da kann ich geupdatete Files nicht ersetzen, weil es z.B. eine .ai erwartet und meine .ai, die ich hochladen will nicht akzeptiert.
since January all my documents are now Password protected, I have not set a password so I can't get into them. This has caused me to waste multiple hours now trying to work. HELP!!
Hi All,I need to share a folder containing several cloud-based XD docs with an external agency. We are collaborating on a new design system, and will all need access to these shared files. I have read and followed along with these tutorials (Share a file or folder publicly, and Collaborate on Creative Cloud Libraries and folders) to no avail. Each tutorial tells me to highlight the CC folder via the web, and press the "share" button. However, on my end, my CC dashboard has no "share" or "add collaborator" button at all.The share button does appear when an individual XD file is selected, but I don't want to be sending my client a dozen individual invitations to working files. Like the tutorials promise, I would like to be able to send one folder, containing all the libraries and files we need for the project.Am I missing something here? Is this feature only available for enterprise accounts? Any advice would be helpful so I can troubleshoot the issue, or abandon the idea and save m
What's the latest with creative cloud canvas and spaces. It was rolled out at the October 21 max conference. is it still in the works? I've seen nothing since nor can find any updates on the roll out.
Hi.Our company used to buy Adobe CC for teams from a reseller. However, the license for this expired this month and due to circumstances beyond our control, we did not purchase another key from the reseller and had to purchase a licence directly from Adobe's website. Issue is, the employee that was previously using Adobe CC had files uploaded to Adobe's cloud storage and are now stuck there. Her applications work, but the storage is completely empty, probably because it's a new account. Is it possible to move these files to the account/license we're using right now?

hello whats the best way to share photos from Portfolio to Instagram? i see theres no way to share it single , just shared the folder not just pic selecter. here's an example. i'm looking for, (for example) a "share button" to share selected pic to social media accouts. is this possible? many thanks in advance!Nacho
I use the files in my CC Library regularly on my desktop but never on my laptop yet CC stores local version of the library files on my laptop as well and they're taking up a considerable amount of space. I do use Lr to sync to my laptop so turning off sync completely would impact that. Is there anyway to make the library files not install locally on my laptop? I don't want to just delete them in fear of the files syncing and getting deleted on my desktop as well.
Hi, I think I still have some files on my cloud on my business account that I got through University. They have canceled the subscription on that account since I have finished studying there, is there any way of accessing these files now? Best, Erik

I work as a textile designer and use Photoshop and Illustrator.In both programs I have: Personalised workspacesCreated keyboard shortcutsProgrammed actionsDeveloped a lot of colour pallettes and pattern swatches in IllustratorDefined many patterns in Photoshop Recently, I started working in a shared suite of five iMacs and I'd assumed that all of these settings would somehow be embedded in the files I've already worked on or stored in the libraries within Adobe CC.The administrator absolutely everything on lockdown; with the machines returning to default settings after each use. For speed - I haven't had time to search forums for answers until now - I've put all of my settings onto a memory stick, which I upload after signing in each time. So, does anyone have any ideas that don't involve using 20 year old technology? Or a suggestion that I could put to the administrator, who won't budge on mostthings due to the suite being used by people of mixed IT ability.
I'd be curious as to what others have done. I run a non-profit and as such, I licensed Adobe Captivate for them. Adobe insisted I create a company profile for this process. Now I find out that if I have Captivate open and try to open any of my CC apps, it forces me to log out and back in. This is a completely assinine and unacceptable workflow. Anyone else have a reasonable solution that will allow me to run a business app and a personl app on the same computer at the same time? I can't even believe that Adobe doesn't have a fix for this.
i created a folder in CC Assets, I accidentally left a space after the name so adobe doesnt recognize it... but now when I try to delete it, it says it’s no longer located there. Help! Now every time my files sync, I get an error that the folder won’t sync
I was told I only have to sign-in once every 30 days.Why am I being forced to sign-in every 1 to 2 days?This is very inconvenient, especially if I am in a location with no internet access.This is not what I signed up for.......I want my money back☹
