Creative Cloud Services

I don't know this will be seen or heard, but I wish Adobe would create a separate transcription service in Creative Cloud.I'm a Public Affairs Officer and conduct both on- and off-camera/audio interviews. I use it for the actual audio and also just to capture the interview so I can pull direct quotes. I've resorted to recording the interview, uploading to Premiere, using the transcribe option, then exporting the audio to a text file. It allows me to quickly search for certain information and I don't need to try writing/typing out the interview during the interview. If CC had a stand-alone app I could install on my iphone, or import audio and have it pump out a quick transcription, this would be ideal.I know there are external applications like Otter.AI, but comes with yet another fee. Since Adobe clearly has the capability built in (thank you for the easy closed captioning!) it would be nice to have something stand-alone.Thoughts?

Hi there,  My teammate and I aren't able to access each other's latest work, on our Creative Cloud Shared folder.   On both devices it is saying that all synced files are up to date.  I have tried making a new shared folder however the new one isn't syncing on my teammates' device, either. I am the owner of the folder and have looked through several forums to fix this issue so we can resume working, as usual.  We both use Apple devices. Please please give us some leads on how to fix this Thanks, 

Hola!! Tengo un HP Omen, Rizen 7,16GB, 512 GB SSD, GEFORCE RTX 3050. Comprado en Octubre de 2022. El problema comenzó la semana pasada, cuando estaba en Premiere Pro y noté que el portátil me iba un poco lento. Me metí en el administrador de tareas y vi que el Creative Cloud (Adobe Content Synchronizer/Adobe Notification Client y el Desktop Service)  me consumía un 100% de CPU , actualicé el portátil a la última actualización que tenía pendiente y seguí las indicaciones de la propia página oficial, desinstalé todas las apps de Adobe que tenía y el propio Creative Cloud, reinicié y volví a instalarlo. Aquí es donde viene mi mayor problema, ahora cuando intento ejecutarlo nunca termina de cargar y me sale pantallazo azul en el portátil. Ya no sé qué hacer.

I'd just like to thank Adobe for the help they gave me. I was in a bad spot recently with some financial problems because of my ill dog, so couldn't afford to pay the adobe monthly fee, so they helped me out in this two months. I've never heard of a big company that would do something like that (and actually it was the first time it happened) so, I'd like to thank you guys for that and for the great software company, I've been using Photoshop just for hobby for like 15 years (yeah, I really like it). Sorry for the bad english, I just wanted to share some of my gratitude. ps: eventually I may show my Adobe tattoo here haha Regards from Brazil!

Hallöchen und guten Morgen in die Runde!Frage: Gibt es einen Datensafe in der/für die Creative Cloud?Oder gibt es andere Möglichkeiten, Dateien und/oder ganze Ordner zu verschlüsseln?!Wie kann ich sonst einzelne Fotos oder ganze Foto-Ordner vor (all zu) neugierigen Blicken schützen? Beste Grüße, Frank   

I canceled my account within my trial period and still money is deducted every month. I have also not received any response to my email.

My creative cloud creates archived files on my computer. Does anyone know why it's doing that and how to fix this? Please see attached screenshot. 

It's been about 2 years that I haven't been able to fix this file syncing error. I've clicked on the Pause syncing icon but it seems like is locked it doesn't do anything. I have searched for a solution and troubleshoot many, but nothing seems to work. I'd appreciate it if you share insight on this issue.Thank you!

Hi all, My Cloud is full, so i decided to delete some files.I know that they will end up in the deleted files folder in https://assets.adobe.com/deleted. And they will only really be gone if you remove them there. Which is a good feature in my opinion. It prevents us from accidentally removing files, and in case of an emergency you're able to get back to an older verdion of your project file. However, as an animator i work with image sequences and folder that concist of a lot of files.Is there really no other way then to mark every file and delete it? I've selected multiple files at once, but the site is to slow to delete a lot of them. It simply crashes. I really don't understand how there is no option to clean the entire folder. It will costs me multiple hours to get rid of all the files by hand, since selecting more than 10 files at the same time will crash the site. Am i missing something or is this just incredibly bad UI design by Adobe? How do other peopl

hi, had to reinstall the adobe software and now it says i do not own photoshop anymore even though i should still own it with the other items that i have from activation stuff from college, i am confused and dont know how to go about sorting this issue

The recent Creative Cloud update completely wreaked havoc on my file structure and possibly deleted files! IDK yet b/c I'm still sifting through the wreckage, but what the Hell, Adobe! Is anybody else dealing with this?

Bonjour, j'ai un compte Adobe depuis 2017, j'ai mis a jour mon mot de passe sur le site internet car j'ai oublié l'ancien mais sur l'application creative cloud quand je rentre mon nouveau mot de passe il y a erreur, je n'ai donc plus acces aux applications. Avez vous deja renconterr ce probleme ?

Hallo!Habe eben festgestellt , das die Aktualisierung der Desktop App von Creative Cloud hängt. Wollte Lightroom aktualisieren. Lässt sich nun natürlich nicht machen. Jemand eine Idee wie man aus dieser Nummer rauskommt? Mit der App deinstallieren wie im Hilfe-Center funktioniert es nicht, da die Deinstallation immer bei 2% abbricht , weil angeblich eine andere Installationssoftware arbeitet. Beste Grüße,Jan 

aight. so I have been subbed since 2015, I use a few of the older versions of the programs for work. I recently became a student and was having issues changing my plan to the student discount, so I cancelled my sub and renewed as a student. I tried to redownload an older version I previously had access to and suddenly I cannot desspite it being the same account since 2015. I'm trying to do work and would like access to what I used to have.thanks! 

Today, Adobe CC keeps randomly closing my apps and logging me out of Adobe CC. Adobe Support is non existent, I can't get in contact.  The virtual assistant is embarassingly terrible. Anybody else startd encountering this issue?

I have 3 Abobe Content servers running. Do I need all of them ? and I have know idea if I need all of them.

WitamMam problem ponieważ wykupiłam subskrypcje, po okresie próbnym pozostała mi aktualna na Lightroom oraz Photoshop ekspress jednak gdy klikam otwórz odsyła mnie do wykupienia subskrypcji, a pieniądze z konta są pobierane. Na stronie Adobe Account w planach otrzymuje komunikat, że nie mam planów. Więc nie mogę ani korzystać ani zrezygnować. Dołączam zrzuty ekranu. Dziekuje i pozdrawiam Paulina 

After reinstalling Creative Cloud, due to Apple problems, the synchronisation component is missing. Error code 198. The answer given to solve the problem with this code is not working. And reinstalling and repairing is also not working. 

After a billing that did not go through during the night, I transferred money to my account this morning, to my surprise when I open first pro I have no more files of all my projects for a month, how to recover these files? I have nothing in Adobe premier save, and in Adobe cloud

Hi, im trying to make labels for tee shirts using Adobe.

Why can't I download my files from the creative cloud app on android? I can share the file, but that automatically compresses it to a .png file which is not what I want. I have the option to make the file available offline, but this does not seem to download and save the file to anywhere on my mobile phones internal storage. What actually happens when I opt for my file to be made available offline? The work around seems to be to download the file directly from my Adobe account on the website. What is the Adobe CC android app for if not to access your files from other hardware and operating systems?

Hi, was just wondering if anybody could please tell me if I update my pc from windows 10 to 11 will the CC apps all still be installed?  or do I have to start over and transfer or something?  Ive treied doing some searches on this but cant find any clear info.   thanks

I have recently taken some workshops on surface design. One used Illustrator, one used Photoshop, and one used Lightroom. I already own a version of Photoshop Elements, but I cannot find the method to create the repeated patterns. I think I would work mostly with drawings and paintings. Is it better to go with a monthly subscription or buy the software outright? Is Illustrator the one that is best for vector graphics? Is Elements robust enough to use for surface design?
