Hello, My portfolio has become slower loading over the months. Especially scrolling with meanwhile 130+ images under one page gets tedious until all thumbnails are loaded. I am not fully understanding how portfolio works yet, so I'd like to reach out to the community with the following questions: If I upload an image, are the automatically generated thumbnails downscaled versions or the full versions just displayed smaller? The fact the images take long to fully load makes me believe these are actually not separate low-res versions but the actual original images. Thumbnails should defnitely load faster and the difference between 50, 100 or 150 should not be that significant ... or am I missing something? I've also noticed that the page only loads the immediately visible thumbnails and not the full page, one needs to start scrolling to trigger loading other thumbnails. In past years I have uploaded many images with width 1920px, but recently, after upgrading my camera and

I recently purchased the Photoshop CC subscription. At first I had it set up to sync all of my libraries, but it has been making Photoshop run at a sloth's pace. I turned off syncing in my preferences, what to sync: Nothing. Still within Photoshop it is syncing. I can only turn it off by disabling my wifi connection, or going into my activity monitor (I'm on a Macbook) and quitting all of the syncing processes. This is annoying because every time I use Photoshop, I have to either have wifi disabled, or disable those processes, which disables my access to the libraries which I need. I have also paused syncing within the creative cloud desktop application, but it still says syncing within Photoshop.

Customer service is horrendous. If you miss the date to cancel your trial you will be stuck with monthly payments for a year. Ive been paying 100usd for a year now and finally got them to cancel. The cancellation process was simple for one subscription but i was some how signed up for two. The second was not so easy to cancel it took over two hours of customer service to cancel. They would not take no for an answer. On the positive side if you want three months free just cancel and decline a couple offers then they will give it to you free and 75% off after the free three months

Hi,folgende Ausgangslage: 8 Bilder sollen für ein Projekt weitergegeben werden.Von A nach B. B sagt die Bilder/Files sollten als PS File mit CMYK Profile vorhanden sein.Die Files sind gross, zwischen 280 und 700MB. Deshalb die Idee: in die CC hochladen und dort freigeben.Ich habe ein wenig getestet - bin aber nicht zufrieden mit der Lösung.Kann man ganze Folder in der CC auf einmal freigeben? Wenn ja, wie?Kann man Files in der CC freigeben an nicht-Adobe User, die das Bild trotzdem runterladen können, zum weiterverarbeiten?Danke und GrussJürgen 

We have been using the Creative Cloud File Syncing to an external hard drive to move between Macs, which has been working perfectly fine until now.  Then today when we plugged in and switched on we have the "Cannot Restore Creative Cloud Files" as location is unavailable error.  The drive is plugged in and the App can both see it and is using is as its syncing location.  However, the syncing is paused.  When you unpause it you get the same message with either Continue or Restore as options. Anyone know whats going on with this and how to fix it?

Hi,  How can I fix the issue of Hindi charcters not copy pasting the same in Adobe?

Using Windows-10 version of CC desktop,  ...Creative Cloud Files/_Cloud Documents, and only some files are synched. The CC APP shows 32 images, but _Cloud Documents only shows 11. Also, how do I access the images saved from PS to CC/My Files?  I cannot copy them or access them from any app. 

Hello,I have a bit of a weird question/ problem.I work for a boutique agency, and when we were in the early early stages, I started creating CC Libraries for all the brands we work for. We now have several CC Library tied to my Adobe account.I was wondering if it is possible to transfer ownership or authorship of the CC Libraries I have created to another account? Specifically, transferring them to one of the agencies partners.

I've looked at adobevoice, but Portfolio isn't a category option. 

Does Adobe Portfolio come with Adobe Premiere Pro?I only want the website side of things with the video editing software.

Die Progromme/Apps lassen sich alle öffen, jedoch wenn wir uns in der cloud anmleden wollen, können wir das nicht, weil wir die Zugangsdaten nicht mehr wissen. Wie können wir dieses Problem lösen? Hello, I built a website with adobe portfolio. How can ik share it with someone else to work together on it. So collaboration in Portfolio is that possible? 

is it correct that adobe portfolio is not usable in germany (actually in europe in general) because of the data transfer regarding the font information?As far as I can see, I can install a cookie warner, but it has no relevance, because the portfolio page starts regardless of whether the user joins or not.

Hi, the organisation I'm an intern at shared their project files with me. The files doesn't appear in the CC-app, however they appear both synced in the web-version of CC and in my C:/ disc locally. I've tried to resolve this issue by:- Reinstalling all programs and the CC desktop app- Using the Cleaner Tool https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html as suggested in (https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/creative-cloud-desktop-app-not-showing-my-files/td-p/12600293). Removed and updated the CoreSync folder.- Accepted both the invitation-link to the shared files through the email link and the app None of these processes gave me a solution, which means I'm unavailable to do course work as I can't proceed to help the organisation with their projects. Thank you in advance!Best regards, Karolina 

Sorry for posting here but there isn't a forum for Adobe Portfolio.    I have a sitemaps on two of my three Adobe Portfolio websites that contain incorrect information.  Looks like Adobe Portfolio automatically creates the sitemaps and there doesn't seam to be a way to update or remove the xml file.  Does anyone have a solution?   For example:  [Link removed by moderator] ...the error is I changed a page from "personal" to "personal-projects" and both are showing up in the sitemap.  I'm getting a Google Analytics error becuause the page does not exist.   John

I am in the process of remaking my design portfolio. I'm creating different design projects I want to display in a portfolio and I had a question about best practices for using Adobe Creative Cloud as a whole.  Traditionally, I have always used Adobe Illustrator as a "catch all" place where I worked on the beginning stages of a design project- from font exploration, to color exploration and designing what and how I want to design what for a project.  I want to grow in my ability with ultizing mulitple apps within the Adobe creative cloud ecosystem and I'm wondering is there a better app I could be using besisdes Illustrator as my "home base". I really like the organizing capabilities of Photoshop with the way folders and layers are organized on there, for example. I also really like how you can have Document Assets so easily accessible on the left hand side in Adobe XD even though Adobe XD is mostly considered to be a place for UX/UI design.  What are your

I used my personal adobe account to join my previous company's enterprise account. Now i cannot contact the old company admin(they probably broke down) so my personal adobe account cannot join my new company's enterprise account.Is there any way i can do to release my personal account from my previous company's plan？

I request Turkish language support for subtitle definition and creation. I think I should be able to see Turkish language support for at least the subtitle creation feature in a subscription system that you offer me under a license and that I pay for regularly.😄

Hello,I was accessing shared CC folders offline in my computer's 'Creative Cloud Files' folder. But now that folder is empty, I can't see any files or folders shared with me. (Empty folder screenshot attached).I still have access to folders that I can access on https://assets.adobe.com/files  @adobe please helpSync settings are all fine. I have 1TB subscription and plenty of space left. Using Macbook M1 pro - Ventura 13.0.1

I have a custom domain through Cloudflare and I am trying to connect it to my Adobe Portfolio Site. I feel I have done everything and nothing is working to get it to work. I reached out to support days ago and still haven't heard anything back. Maybe someone on here can help. PLease see the photos below. 

I have embedded a PDF file straight from Google Drive, which is not showing up on my website (it shows up as frames, as attached below). Is there a way to fix this issue?  Thank you
