There are at least 10 processes from CC cloud that automatically start every time I turn on or restart my Mac. Even when CC is not started on start up, this happens and I simply cannot turn it off unless I enter some command in terminal or go into ActivityMonitor and turn them off one-by-one.C'mon there has got to be another way?

Hi Guys  I had a Photography plan, a premiere pro plan and a after effects plan all billed anualy but paid monthly. I decided to upgrade to all creatice clouds apps so I went into my premiere and changed the plan. I still see I have the photography plan and the after affects plan + all creative clouds apps.  Does this mean Adobe will still charge me for the photography plan and after affects plan individually?  Any support would be really appreciated. Thanks

Have a document from a state office to sign digitally & return. Don't know how, and can't print it out (printer not working).

Hi! Melanie

I turned on my computer this morning and went to get to work, but the creative cloud folder that is normally in my Finder was gone! I looked in the menu bar and saw that Creative Cloud was dulled out. I clicked on it and it said something like "you have been logged out...log in again to use Adobe apps." I clicked log in and a spinning wheel went for a while, then the screen just went blank white. I looked under MacintoshHD>Users>CreativeCloud, and my files were there, but they are versions from last year! Where are my files. Please help. Why won't CC open?

Hi, my Mac started totally overheating after I upgraded to MacOS Catalina when using, or for that matter not using, Adobe Apps. After checking in the Activity Monitor, I see that *CCXProcess* and *Core Sync* (both with the cloud app icon) are each using 80 Energy Impact. If I quit these in the Activity Monitor, the fans calm down. I tried to tell the Cloud App not to start at login, not stop file sync and other suggestions I have read in Adobe forums, but these apps still show up in the Activity Monitor.Anyway even if I crash them and the fans slow down, the minute I start using an Adobe application, they get active again, and the fans are overheating again. Is anybody experiencing a similar problem and have a solution?

Hello, i want to buy the offer for my son who is 14 years old. Can i do it?

[Moderator moved from Using the Community (forums) to Creative Cloud Services.] The shadow does not move with the text when you move the box. Corrects itself later, but a little difficult to say exactly what you need to do.

The thing is that I wanted to create a web site like this sevnuracar.com or this ericajane.co.nz and I can't figured out how they where build. I apriciate any colaboration.

My plan costs 12.09€/month every 9 day of each month, but 11 of November I received another charge 11,58€ and 1TB in the Cloud. Why?

I have repaired my Creative Cloud app, but each time I open it, I can only view my cloud documents for about 15seconds before cloud has an error in being unable to show my documents. I am currently working on an iMac v.10.14.6. I have all the latest versions of my cloud apps as well. Photoshop won't show my cloud documents. I still have over 900GB of cloud space still available. I am working via ethernat cable on a 1GB/s line. I have no idea why this keeps happening, but it's a problem as I require my cloud documents in order to do my work.

I recently bought a new Mac Mini (the new M1 chip Mac), got everything set up as far as Adobe CC. The apps work and update just fine. I created a folder in the "Creative Cloud Files" area in the Finder for Work In Progress. I did this on the new Mini. Placed files in the folder and it synced fine. I also use a Macbook Pro 15 (Late 2017) Intel laptop. I sometimes use that as well to work on files. The folder created on the Mini synced fine and was there in the Creative Cloud Files area on the laptop. I later created some new files on the laptop from files in that synced folder. Saved those files to that folder on the laptop. A few days later I needed them while working on the Mini. They were not there. I checked to see if the laptop had properly synced the files and they had. They did appear on the web but apparently the mini is only syncing files created on the mini. When I go to the CC desktop app on the mini I get an error that states "Something went wrong." When I check if that part

I am on a Windows 10 PC. I have the latest Creative Cloud Desktop app - I know because between me and the Adobe chat person, it has been uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times in the last few days. The issue is with the Files Tab. Your Libraries is fine - everything from the online Creative Cloud is there. However, Your Files and Shared With You give me a cloud with an X in it and a message that says "You're Disconnected. Items visible while you were online will appear here when you reconnect" (Screenshot 1) Except I'm NOT disconnected, the cloud icon in the upper right says I'm up to date (screenshot_2), and all of the settings look fine. I spent an hour on a remote call with Adobe and they could not figure it out.Everything else seems to be working. Updates for the app and for my plan apps happened automatically, as I wanted them to.If anyone has any ideas on how I can get my files, shared files, and deleted files to sync, I'd appreciate the help. Thanks, Marcy

I used to send layers from Fresco into Creative cloud. It doesn't offer to do it anymore.… I don't know how to move my recent documents to synced files. When I am in Fresco and I try to open a recent document I can only open my synced files. Since I don't know how to move my recent documents to synced file, I am stuck… I hope that my questions are clearHow to move a recent document to synced files in the cloud ?How to open a recent document in Fresco ?Thank you for your help

Hi, I have a question. Adobe account can only be used on one computer at a time. In the scenario where I used the account on my desktop, and forgot to close the software, and open the apps on my laptop. Does that cause any issue or affect my account's standing? Thank you!
