Creative Cloud Services

HelloI have Adobe CC on my desktop and laptop.     When I try to use without internet access it will not work.      What do I need to do so I can use without internet/wifi? Thank You. 

So I purchased the Spark Plan with should include 100 GB of storage and access to tools like Portfolio if I understand what's listed in my details correctly. Yet when I look at my file storage it says 2 GB and Portfolio will not let me publish it displays a message asking me to end my free trial by purchasing a plan.  Was I wrong to believe that the Spark plan included these features? 

About a week and a half ago I purchased a student creative cloud subscription and was working fine, I edited a video a couple nights later with no issues. I haven't opened the app and loged in until today and now the app is telling me I need to start a trail when I've paid and used their apps. When I try to check my sub, the account's page tells me I didn't pay and to add to this, they wont let me contact support as they say I don't have access. What do I do?

I use files and folders between my desktop and laptop (Surface Book). However, I have considerably less storage on the laptop, so would like to have a work in progress folder that does sync and have the rest as on-demand folders, where I can download files if I need to.  This is something I can do (and do for my other business) with Microsoft's One Drive and works really well. I have a 'Work in progress' folder that is always kept up-to-date, and then the rest of the files and folders are visible, but are not physically stored on the laptop.  I can't find any settings for Creative Cloud other than having sync on or off and where the synced files get stored. Is it not possible to do the same thing with Creative Cloud?  I guess I can do a workaround of using the One Drive storage instead for work in progress, but I'd much rather use CC, if it's possible.   

I had been looking to get Adobe XD and so installed it to my surface book 2. Since then I noticed that I had a huge battery drain occurring even when the laptop was in sleep mode! I literally went from 100% down to 76% in the space of a morning without ever even opening the lid of the laptop. Luckily this is a brand new surface book 2 and I could track exactly when the battery drain started happening as I haven't installed much at all yet.I literally ran the trial of XD while having a coffee and learning session on Sunday and my battery, which typically lasts all day, was in power saving mode after just 3 hours! Given that XD doesn't use the 1050 gpu and nothing else was being used this is insane! Needless to say I uninstalled Creative cloud and XD but, lo and behold the problem persisted. This had me baffled until I found out that un-installing creative cloud does not in fact un-install the drivers and services that were installed with creative cloud. This includes the actual culprit,

Good Morning All 🙂I have to use (currently for a while) a Windows 10 machine.I installed the latest Photoshop yesterday and it seems the C: Drive is down to only 7GB free space. NONE of my work is on the C Drive - it is either saved to CC or, I have seperate, connected drives for ALL my files, so the only things on this C Drive are basically, the CC Apps. I have these installed: PhotoshopIllustratorInDesignPremiere ProBridgeDimensionCamera Raw And I need all of these. I am a Mac User (usually) and struggling a wee bit to navigate around the Windows 10 system but I am stuck with it for now 🙂 **Am I correct in assuming that it is best to REMOVE the Creative Cloud Desktop which will then remove ANY other older versions and then, download from scratch and re-install these Apps above? Do you think that will give me more space? When I launch the latest version of Photoshop now (23) I get an error message that it can't sync my Profile and to re-st

Like pic collage apps on cellphone ... this new feature (demo'd during Adobe Max Claudio Zavala Jr session) will be GREAT when using polished DSLR desktop photos. CAN'T WAIT!!! gary

If. Already have a account and use it on a desktop computer, can't I use CC on a IPad I just purchased without any additional cost?

i have an audio that i a channel mixer and it sounds amazing with the two channels together in both ears but somehow it still sounds bad when i listen to it with only one ear, how do i set both channels to sound the same in each ear?

Please tell me how to rid myself of the virus like program called ironically CEF HELPER. If this is a piece put in here to data mine or do nothing but take up CPU resources and you do not know how to remove it, please remove my subscription to your lousy software and I will find a linux alternative.!!!  jeremy richardson

For a few days I have been unable to update Adobe Creative Cloud (ACC). There is a notification of an available update. But when I try the update fails and I get a message to say "another installer is currently running which must be closed before updating the product. Please close other installers. Error code 87". But I cannot see the other installer in task manager. I have tried repairing and uninstalling ACC but this also fails and I received a similar message about another installer currently running.  I am still able to directly access Lightroom Classic and Photoshop  - but not through ACC. Can anybody help please. Peter.

I recently tried to sync a few files to my account, some of these failed ( ah well ) due to not recognised characters ( , .  # ∞ % etc ) do any of you good people know how to remove the warning . thanks 

Recently I was bad lucked and I broke 2 computers (like hardware dead). I have a valid Key for Adobe Premiere Element but it is activated on these 2 computers. I tried to deactivate these 2 computers using my Adobe Account but they do not appear there. Is there any way to contact someone from Adobe to fix that? I cannot find any email or ticket manager to do so. I literaly used 1 of the 2 computers only 3 days.Thank you !

Thank you for telling the bug, This is pretty much what I can do (My recent answer that I got):The problem isn't the app, but maybe because you didn't have enough storage or your graphics card is not supported (Intel® Graphics card) I suppose that this is the answer.

I don't think this is currently possible, so this might just be a feature request. I have multiple CC Libraries that I am subscribed to - many of which I don't control and cannot edit. While I can see all of the Libraries I am subscribed to in the CC Library panel, it is all over the place as far as sorting and organization.  For example, I have three separate Libraries from a company that I freelance for. They show up as three separate Libraries in the CC Library panel - which is organized alphabetically - so they are scattered throughout my Library list.  I need a way to organize Libraries so they are easy to find when there are a bunch of them. In the previous example I would like to group all three of those Libraries into one entry labeled "Company Name". When that entry is selected maybe it drops down a nested list of the Libraries attached to that grouping.  Is that possible already? If not, is there another way to tackle organizing a large Libr
