Creative Cloud Services

Hello, Whenever I open the creative cloud app I encountered this kind of error in my libraries. I also tried opening the creative cloud web and I can't seem to find my  files. 

I download the Adobe Creative Cloud but I'm unable to open it, please fix the bug.

Still the same problem in October 2021!   I finally found a link for "chat with an agent" when I clicked on "You may also be able to contact Adobe by phone:https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html" but that link ultimately took me right back to all the generic content.  Terrible support and service! 

I need to reverify my educational status for my adobe plan. I was having issues with my documents not being verified so asked ShearID support. They then went in and verified it manually. However, I never got a confirmation email from Adobe like they said I would and my account still says I need to reverify my student status?

For several weeks, I'm getting a notification on screen that there are plugin updates available, however I have no idea for what app or which plugin. Is there any way of getting specifics to help me along?

I'm using a Dell Latitude 5289 with Windows 11. It's not the fastest computer anymore, but it generally runs okay. Adobe CC background processes, however, have rendered it unusable. It is not enough to disable Adobe startup applications. The GPU is forced to restart every few minutes, and the fans are constantly spinning. Creative Cloud apps are basically unusable when the background processes are enabled. Only if I go into task manager and quit each Adobe related process does the computer (and ironically Creative Cloud) become usable again.

Hace varios días que no estoy pudiendo sincronizar archivos en una de mis computadoras. Me sale el cartel que dejo adjunto. Ya probé todas las soluciones posibles que me ofrecieron en soporte y ninguna me soluciona el problema. Quisiera saber si hay algún modo de solucionar esto sin tener que desinstalar todos los programas y el Adobe Creative Cloud desktop.

Its funny how this has been a problem for a while. They should just fix it already.

it seems like random files aren't syncing I have cloud storage programs running fine but I know this isn't exactly a cloud storage program, so is this normal? some files sync, other files I have to upload to discord to get them on my pc, even if it's the same file type and size 

We had a separate renewing Acrobat charge on one of our cards that someone had called to get fixed under a different account. Somehow our Creative Cloud service under this account was cancelled at the same time.  When I try to renew it won't do it.  I changed cards and verified both work it still won't renew keeps saying billing issue. Please help.

I have 30gb of files (9907 items) in my creative cloud deleted archive and I can't permanently delete them. When I try, the page freezes for a while and then when it refreshes, a little pop-up says 'successfully deleted 0 assets permanently'. Or it deletes some files but then the files reappear! I don't have time to delete almost 10,000 files one by one. How do I fix this? Please help! 

I used to share a onedrive folder to let them to upload images, can I do it through the creative cloud folder?

I have several InDesign projects that I've published online. All is well there. However, I'm remote right now and a customer has asked me to remind them of the URL to the live version. In CreativeCloud, I'm only able to find the Shared for Review version. Where can I find the live links to published docs?Thanks. 

i've spent hours downloading a product and serial # doesn't work. now they want me to deinstall ALL ADOBE products and resinstall them.  it will take hours.  as if i have nothing better to do. adobe customer supoprt sucks!!!

I can't accese my Creative Cloud Library. It is saying there is an error. It is saying "Something went wrong initializing Creative Cloud Libraries". How do I fix this?

I was using onedrive that the sync is very effecient, now i moved to creative cloud as I paid for this service and I find out that the sync is very very slow. To sync 20GB of data on a 20mbps upload speed, it takes me 2 days and still not finished. Anyone experience the same issue?

am mid project; image moves involuntarily; text box won't follow keyboard; image auto cranks out of 90;stuff moves around screen; its crazy just crazy and ive just auto paid my sub. seems to be linked to touch screen app which i keep turning off as i use wacom. does touch screen default when adobe upgrade? its driving me bonkers.

Popped up a minute ago and I do not know what to do... ************Previously, the program had the identifier “com.adobe.acc.ads.helper”, but now it’s “com.adobe.ccd.helper”. This probably means that the developer renamed the program in an update. But please inspect the names! If a process has been replaced with a script interpreter such as Python, its rules may be hijacked by a script virus.

I finally wanted to use the Creative Cloud. I just finished an 90-minute documentary in Primeire Pro and wanted to place it in the cloud for safe keeping. The file is 21 GB. I got a error saying that this file is too big! Appently you can't upload anything bigger than 1 GB? If that's the case, what good is it?
