How often do users have to change Adobe ID cloud account passwords?  45, 90 days?

How can i download my projects (videos and images) from Adobe Portfolio page? I want to take a break from the signature but keep the archives in my computer. Thanks!

I have been struggling with this for a while but I can't log into the creative cloud desktop app. I've tried everything suggested on other forums, and nothing is working. I've deleted all CC apps, programs and files, restarted my computer, uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud countless times and still I get the error. Please someone help. I can't access any of my adobe programs because they all go through this app. 

I have already copied all CC folders to an external hard drive in preparation to use it as the permanent golder location.I have been reading and now worried that if I 'move' them using the option in the settings that I will duplicate everything.Was copying them first the right thing to do?What are my options?kgb

I can see the issue is mentioned before many times: but how can I safely delete the local files of my creative cloud folder? As I presume now the files are always synchronized with the online storage - so it takes a lot of the local memory. I would like to have my files in the cloud and download them when I need them. It will save me a lot of local space.Can somebody explain how to do this safely without losing data?Tnx!

I am trying to get used to the cloud for workflow. I love it working between desktop and ipad and between apps on desktop...BUT when I create a folder in say illustrator..It shows up in photoshop and those are just illustrator files..So If I make sub folders I really need two sets..PSD and AI? Id rather have one set show up for vector images and one show up for rasterized becausee i use the same naming conventions. So when im in illustrator I have OPEN PROJECTS/ PROJECT NAME. So when I o this in illustrator the folder shows up in photoshop and of course those files cant open. Im assuming I cant just show photoshop folders and illustator and after effects folders when im in that program so I need a new naming convention? Any advice? Hope I explained that properly. Thanks!

I've made a webside for a new potential customer.Next year my class is finished and also my subscription at Adobe's. I'm worried about the continuation of this site: how can I still update this site? Is ther a possiblity to export it to Dreamweaver or to get the data where it is written?I hope to here from you because to build this site to another format is a hell of a job....Lost of greetings from Holland.Gaab van Loenen.

My client has shared design on creative cloud but I can only view the files. I am unable to download the folder. can anyone please help me out.regards    

Hello!I'm trying to to permanently delete deleted files in my adobe cloud files space but it gives me an error message: "Can not delete an asset permanently because someone has restaured it"And other question: I have just 3 photos in the cloud. Why is my "creative cloud libraries" folder over 3GB?Thanks

Hi! We have a corporate network. I downloaded and installed Adobe Creative Cloud. But the program can't connect to Adobe servers.We have a Proxy server, but the program does not see it.Please write where there is a program setting to use a Proxy server?What should be the network settings for the program to work?

Hello Adobe Support community,Since about a month ago I've been experiencing issues with the creative cloud app and thus all other adobe applications. As the title implies, I am stuck in an infinite login loop. I have seen other posts addressing this issue, but to my knowledge I haven't seen a clear solution to the problem. I have tried deleting and reinstalling but it still does not work. I am wondering if after these years someone has found a solution to this problem. Basic information about my computer: it runs on Windows 10 and it's powerful enough to run the adobe apps. I had restarted my mac yesterday. Then my files in Creative cloud files were all gone. I searched everywhere in my mac but it didn't seem to appear at all. Is there any way to restore my missing file? i'm crying.😭

Mac. I'm working on a large and long project and have started saving the files to Creative Cloud instead of iCloud. The "other" category in my storage bar has exploded, and I am starting to run out of room.  Can I somehow get rid of all the local copies and store everything required for the project in the Creative Cloud, only pulling down what I need on the day I need it?

Hello to all: I've been using Adobe InDesign 2020 with no trouble for years and have a subscription for Adobe Creative Cloud. The other day, I get a pop-up error message that says "Sorry, this product doesn't seem to be licensed" (SEE BELOW) this is now happening with Acrobat as well. My IT department is having trouble resolving this - we've already tried re-intalling the software and re-booting, to no avail. The file actually comes up, but then closes automatically after the message. Any ideas?? Should I contact Adobe and ask for the License Key?? Something else?? Please advise ASAP. Hi huys, I currently have monthly subscriptions to InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Pro.If I now subscribe to the Creative Cloud all apps - currently on discount - will these other subscriptions be cancelled, and will I incur any extra costs?Thanks for any help.

Hi there, Still on the 7 day trial for Create Cloud with Lightroom and 1TB storage. Never used any of these apps before and I am confused how the cloud storage works and integrates into Lightroom and Photoshop Express. In Lightroom, I created an album, uploaded some sample pictures and made some changes. The cloud symbol shows they are uploaded and synced. In my account, I can see 5 GB used from the 1 TB. In Creative Cloud Desktop, I see 5 GB is used as well, and File syncing is 'up to date', but nowhere do I see the actual files I uploaded in Creative Cloud. When I open the Settings, below Syncing I check the folder location is set correctly to the folder I designated, but it stays empty. Then when I proceed to create a Library in Creative Cloud and upload 3 sample pictures into it they are not shown in Lightroom, but when I go to the web version of Creative Cloud I see them there. Lastly, when I go to Cloud Documents in Creative Cloud I see a folder called 't

I have a site with adobe portfolio, perfectly synchronized with images from LRclassic. GREATNow:When I click on the images, they jump to full screen on my imac 27inch screen.Now there is one page where I don't want that, where I want to limit the opened images in size to eg 5x2inch - how to do this?If I crop an image in LR to 5x2inch, I still get it full screen when I click on it (of course with poor quality) , but not at 5x2inch

New laptop, new install of Adobe CC. All apps up to date. CC indicates "Some files failed to sync" however not a single file of my 78GB syncs locally. Yes, I can see my files at assets.adobe.com. Yes, I have deleted any files in the Deleted folder on the web. Yes, I have tried restarted, signing out/in of Adobe CC, cleared cache and temp files. Yes, I tried pausing/restarting the sync. Adobe techs have remoted into my computer several times and have been unhelpful. What can I do? It has been months and I am paying for this poor service/product. As a test, I added a folder with brushes to the root of the Cloud Cloud Files folder and they do not sync up to the assets.adobe.com.
