Creative Cloud Services

Hello.  My Creative Cloud Software is damaged.  So I want to uninstal the software so I can completely reinstall it again.  I downloaded the uninstaller software, but it doesn't seem to be working properly.  As soon as I launch the uninstallation software, a window appears with a caption saying "Creative Cloud is being uninstalled on your computer".  The window then dissapears after around five seconds and nothing further happens.  I'm using a 2013 IMac with Catalina10.15.7.

Hi Community,Obviously I am new and made a crucial error. Actually I made an error that affected my daughter who uses this account. By mistake I signed her out so I could sign in on another computer. In doing so she has lost all her unsaved work. Is it truly gone forever or is there some way to retrieve unsaved work in various apps such as photoshop?I appreciate any and all help and will sort through the inevitable abuse I'm sure I'm about to recieve, LOL

My Creative Cloud storage is full, but I can't find what's causing it to be full. I have no photos in Lightroom albums, there's nothing in "Your Files" or the other folders in CC, and Acrobat has nothing. I can't figure this out.  In Lightroom, there are 2,000+ images in a folder called "Synce Issues" that I can't seem to delete. Is this causing my storage to be full? How do I delete them? Thanks.

I have a similar issue but it will not stop running no matter what and I can't force quit it. Is there anything that can fix this so I can intall after affects.

I have a work account for photoshop and lightroom and a personal account for premier. It is inexcusable that everytime I need to edit a video I must close everything I am working on to log out to log into another account, and hevan forbid I need to photoshop an asset to use in premier. How is sign-in not tied to the APP? I'm paying for Premier, my company is paying for Photoshop. Its seems like such a simple soultion, tie the log in to the APP you are paying for and not every adobe product on the computer. Does anyone have a work around other than buying two computers?

Are there any Creative Cloud apps that I could use with my subscription on a Chromebook?I keep seseing references on line, but no real guidance that is either up to date or trustworthy. Thank you for any help or insights.

Where can I find the badge now? Partner_Learner_Journey.pdf (adobe.com) I can't find it on "youracclaim" and neither on my Adobe Credential Management site. Anyone else with the same problem here? Many thanks

Hi, I'm from Indonesia, I want to see plans from adobe creative cloud but every time I visit the page it always redirects me to another country (ph) instead of Indonesia (id) and the plan page keeps refreshing automatically like crazy. I have logged into my account and have selected the Indonesian region, but it still happens

I just lost several hours as I woke up to find that the video file I had exported to my Creative Cloud over night wasn't uploaded because it is "too large'. I really can't fathom why a company offering services to the creative community with a paid for service called creative cloud won't allow it's customers to upload large files. As if sharing large files is something unusual for people working in the industry! Very disappointed with this, and it will certainly make me question whether this service is worth my money. Luckily google docs has no such silly restriction, so I can use their free storage instead for this.

I'm interested in purchasing Creative Cloud All Apps, but I'm unsure whether to buy the individual or enterprise package. What I want to know is if buying the version for companies all my employees will be able to use the apps simultaneosly on different computers, or if for that I would need to buy several licenses. I would appreciate an answer.

Adobe Stock really should be one of the apps included in the all apps plan. 

Hi, I currently have the annual prepaid 20GB Photography Plan from Adobe. However, I am buying the Creative Cloud suite through Collegebuys. I plan on buying it with the same Adobe ID. If I were to cancel that Photography Plan after a year, would I lose all of my Lightroom photos? Or would it switch to the Lightroom app in the Creative Cloud plan? I'm so confused as to what happens. Apparently, according to Adobe, the two plans run concurrent. I'm unsure as to whether i'd technically have two Lightroom programs and when I cancel the Photography Plan, all my photos would be lost.  I hope this makes sense and I really appreciate everyone who took the time to read this & help! It's so difficult getting answers as there's really no in-person Adobe store to go to.     

Whan I started indesign this morning I got a pop up asking if I wanted to join my business profile or perhaps it was team I can't remeber now but it had my workplace name - I clicked yes not really thinking too much of it but now when I open creatve cloud my library has gone which is a disaster as it took me months to build and I need it to complete my work efficiently. Can anyone help please!?!

Hi Adobe Community Folks,My team has several of our art and color repositories saved as Creative Cloud Libraries which we share within our team and with outside vendors and partners as needed.I recently shared our icon library with an outside partner who's working on a project with us.However, when he clicked on the link and joined the library, the icons he's seeing are not the icons in my team's library.This is troubling as my team uses Creative Cloud Libraries extensively and I need to be able to trust that the library I share is the library that the recipient is seeing.I'm attaching a file named "What_I_Shared.png" and another named "What_The_Partner_Is_Seeing.png" to illustrate.One more odd thing that I noticed, when I click on my Icon Library in Adobe Creative Cloud, it shows that the partner's invitation is still "pending". But the partner told me they clicked on the invite link and joined the library, but they're seeing a different set of icons from the icons in my library.Any i

On latest Creative Cloud update, when I click on 'Manage Fonts' it does nothing.All other buttons seem to work fine.Font activation in InDesign 16.3.2  didn't seem to work smoothly and I had only 1 to update/activate. Why is it not possible to move multiple files at once into a folder from the desktop or iOS versions of photoshop/creative cloud? It only allows me to move one at a time which is frustrating. Why also is it only possible to download 10 PSD files from cloud documents at once? I have folders full of dozens of PSDs created in iOS while travelling and now I want to make them all available from my mac hard drive but can only download them in batches of ten which seems a silly limitation.

Ok, I don't know what happen but I use to drags my graphics or right click placed link into my artboard, and the graphic was the same on my library and on my artboard.Now, when I do exactly the same procedure, all the white color of the object of my library turn to transparent in on my artboard.I don't know if it's a new feature or a setting but I would gladly go back to the way it was. If I wan't something transparent in my graphics, I'll make them transparent.If someone has some kind of go around, but I can't change the white to another tone, since it will be print so the white will be paper color.

I bought adobe photoshop a little bit into May with a subsciption for $20/month and even though on my page it says I have no subsciption I am still getting billed every month. I've only noticed this a few days ago and found out I got billed 2 times more than I should have. 

I need to buy a laptop for an out of home graphics project and I would like advice on whether I need 16 or 32GB of RAM. I'm a MAC user at home, so want to stay with MAC and am looking at a pretty decked-out used 2019 16" MacBook Pro 2.3GHz i9 8-Core/32GB RAM/2TB Flash/5500M 8GB. On Ebay they are selling at around $2,600, but if I drop to 16gb and 1TB flash drive I can save almost a grand. Thoughts? Thanks!Clay

Adobe Creative Cloud Adobe Creative Cloud is needed to resolve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged. Please download and install a new copy of the Creative Cloud from 'http: //www. adobe. com/go/adobecreativecloudapp'.Quit   Repair I've reinstalled Creative Cloud 5 times and Have clicked on repair but the error keeps appearing. 

Hello,I have a serious problem, and the tech support staff won't help me because I have older versions of the programs because I have Windows 7.  I have Premiere Pro 2018, and everything was working correctly until my computer needed a new motherboard.  When my computer was returned to me, Adobe Creative Cloud couldn't connect to servers, so I had to use the trial version of Premiere Pro to complete my work.  Now the trial has expired, Premiere Pro can't verify my subscription, and today Creative Cloud won't even launch.  I need to fix this ASAP, and like I said above the tech support staff won't help so please don't tell me to contact them again.

Hi Team, I am recently working on converting PDF forms develped in  AEM designer to make them HTML5 Compatible. However i am facing issues with the Floating fields.It seems that the values are getting properly assigned to the varibales but they are not getting displayed on the form. The same is working with the PDF version but is not working with the HTML5 form.Can someone please guide me through this issue as i am not able to find any solutions for the problem. Thank You
