Hello, I want to buy Adobe Creative Suite. Actually in India I see that the Adobe Creative Suite is much cheaper in India than in Europe. ~250 Euros verus 750 Euros. I f I buy Creative Suite in India could I use it in Europe? Would appreciate your help,Nael

Hello, I have purchased a subscription again and finally regained access to my applications after a long time. I couldn't continue my previous plan due to financial difficulties. I had files backed up on Creative Cloud, and I was hoping they would be restored when I resubscribed. Please let me know if there is anything you can do about this.

I only use Adobe products on a limited basis, but is there a better way to bulk download png files from the CC Libraries?   This way seems rather cumbersome unless I script it. Currently, on my laptop (windows) I go to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Creative Cloud Libraries\LIBS\alphanumeric_emaildomain\creative_cloud\renditions open each of the non-human friendly alphanumeric folders and do a ctrl A to select all and then copy/paste into the folder on my desktop to share with non-Adobe applications.

Abobe force to give me change my adobe account password many time ( in 1 week cycle aobe give me to chnage password 5-8 time ) i used abobe Premiare pro and after effect and i switching to use with my mac and PC  2 machine 

Im having an issue. Im trying to install adobe creative cloud. It opens a window for me to log in. The website says im logged in.however im not and adobe creative cloud continues to open windows.This is my first time using adobe and i really need help! 

Why I have to log in all the time ? I have a year subscribtion and this is incerible annoyig. Also if I am offline, I just can't use it at all. I am using photoshop and lightroom. Once I also got this message. I don't get it. I don't share it with anyone, nobody also have access to my PC, really weird.

Hello.When I restarted my computer about a month ago, the Creative Cloud often shows up the Missing Loss Recovery window. When I click Recovery, Creative Cloud runs again, but the Adobe Font I've been using since doesn't look up. Of course, it's because the current library isn't synchronized.You tried almost everything you could to do remotely for an hour or so today, but unfortunately, you couldn't solve it. You can say you've done almost everything in the community...There are a lot of inconveniences because the library is out of sync, and I can't really work on it... Every day is a precious time because of my job preparation, but it's just really frustrating.It would be great if only Adobe Font is synchronized. Adobe Font loads infinitely in the Creative Cloud and is not recognized. Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Dateien/Ordner, die bis zum 3.2.2025 noch in der Creative Cloud gespeichert waren, wieder zu bekommen? Wir haben leider den Zeitpunkt verpasst, alles Dateien akkorat aus der Cloud zu nehmen und lokal zu speichern. Nun gibt es einen Ordner mit Dateien, die sehr wichtig wären, gibt es irgendeine Möglichkeit die zu retten?

My company had been paying for my subscription to CC on my personal account where I was doing a lot of company work but also personal work. Tens of thousands of photos. A couple of years ago, CC made me move all my files to the cloud. It was all very confusing but I figured it worked. Anyways, fast forward to November 2024 - 3 months ago- and the company suddenly closed and we had about a 2 weeks notice. The next week, my plan was cancelled. Life was obviously in a flux so I didn't resubcribe to Lightroom (and Lightroom Classic that are now pacakged together, previously my work had me on the full CC package) until today, January 22, 2025.  Now, when I go into my Lightroom, it says there are no Cloud files. None at all. None that were deleted, zeros all around. So, my question is, will I ever be able to get my photos back or is my life's colletion of photography lost becase Adobe made me upload all my files and then deleted them? Thank you!

This might be specific to "sawdust" theme in adobe portfolio. It's very intuitive to add alt text to images within the pages of a "sawdust" themed porfolio website.  However, it appears you can't add alt text for images on the "cover" or home page images. After some ADA compliance testing on another sawdust themed website, I saw the same issue. Looking for workarounds or solutions. 

Hello, I have a full account through my work for Adobe cloud.  My Stock & Marketplace use to work.  I was able tpo search for stock images but the past week I have been getting this 502 BAD GATEWAY error.I usaully had my VPN off, worked.  Then when it started to happened I got the error.I tried with my VPN on... still doesnt work.please Help.Thank you

Hi, Apologies for posting in the download and install section, couldnt find a portfolio specific forum. I am trying to build a website using the 'Thomas' theme from the portfolio site. I am able to increase the vertical spacing between the page thumbnails in a collection page. But how do I increase the horizontal spacing between the page thumbnails? (The spacing I am talking about is in red). Not able to figure this out. Any help is appreaciated, thanks.

When I create a new library and place a PNG in it, I notice that it shows as the CC logo instead of a preview of the item.  I tried creating a different library, but the same thing happened,  and when I placed the new item in an older library, the same thing happened. Complex items (layers etc) also show as the CC logo.  I have searched this forum and tried the suggested solutions to enable previews of my library items but to no avail. This is an ongoing issue, as there are multiple posts with the same issue going back to 2022 (maybe further).  The first I noticed this was yesterday. I haven't added items to my library in a couple of days, but it was working previously.  I ran the cleaner, stopped all processes with the Task Manager, restarted, signed out and in, and reset the CC library.  I am running: Windows 11 Home, Version 23H2, 32 GB RAM, 64-bit operating system x64-based processor. Creative Cloud apps - all kept up to d

Every time I log in to the application it immediately logs out and asks me to log in again, it has already happened to me 5 consecutive times and when I try to delete the application the same creative cloud application asks me to log in which I cannot do I also have problems with Photoshop with error code 205 and Susbtance 3d that when I start the application it asks me to log in with creative cloud which seems incoherent to me since I did have logged in, I use a company account so I don't know if it is a problem with the business license

I'm having troubles with my libaries not syncing properly. I cant save libaries in illustrator and find them in after effects. In after effects libary panel I have a cloud icon with an exclamiation mark next to it. When I click it I get a panel saying syncing is paused. I press Resume and nothing happens. Any ideas?

And now I can't access it, even though it still exists.I already sent a request to Behance Help Center, but it´s been over 2 days and didn't get a response.

what is the difference between these two sections the clouds section and the files section, more specifically why are they not combined. Its weird and annoying that I must go into the desktop app on my computer to access my adobe scans but all my files that are synced in the files tab and the folder on windows called creative cloud files.    Primarily I had a recent email that adobe is getting rid of something to do with the creative cloud sync part, is this everything altogether or just a certain part. Having all my work files synced across all my computers is important to me and I don’t know if adobe is getting rid of that part. Would this mean that I would not have access to my 100GB in the cloud. Final question is why when I delete a file from files or cloud docs some cant be seen in the bin on the cloud app but can on the ipad, and when I remove them from the windows bin they are still in the cloud bin. Thanks for reading / helping

Anyone know if there is a solution to this yet? It's driving me insane. Not sure why Adobe thinks that the Documents folder is a good place for this. It's syncing to my iCloud account, so it ends up on my phone, ipad, etc and I can't find any way of moving it to another location.Stay out of my Documents folder, Adobe! This has been a problem for years and I've had enough. I'm on the verge of just getting rid of Adobe altogether.

Today I started getting "acivation limit reached" when opening my CC apps (InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop). The wierd thing is, it's showing multiple sign-ins on the same device – which is the device I'm on and was already active going back a few weeks when I got this new laptop. The amount of duplicate sign-ins varied from app to app with as many as 6+. To solve, I simply "deactivated" one of the duplicate sign-ins and then the app opend up. Anyone else experiencing this?

HiI'm receiving the following error whilst trying to share a Creative Cloud document with a new employee.They have logged into their Adobe account, and have Fresco set up on their iPad. They also have Photoshop and Creative Cloud set up on their Macbook. This was done very recently, so I assume the latest versions.When I try to share an existing PSDC document with them, I receive the error: "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again".This error occurs if I try to send the invite from: - macOS Creative Cloud app - web based CC file interface - a colleague's macOS CC app, with their login - a colleague's web CC interface, with their login - directly from any CC app, both desktop and iPadOSAll apps are the latest available as of today.Signing out and back in has not helped.This error does not occur when sharing with our other users, all of which have long time CC subscriptions.
