Creative Cloud Services

I'm new to using an app such as this. Recently I've been just going with the very little knowledge that I have to work with. Believe me it can take me forever to even complete a simple task. Anyway, (FYI) It's been over 5 year's since I've had a cellphone. I've opted to go with an LG Stylo 6 according with the salespersons suggestions. It saved me allot of money too. My concern is should I stay with the Adobe app I have now or go for a mobile app? This phone is about all I have. And it's not even activated. I'm using my neighbors wifi. Good thing he's also my friend. So which do you think I should choose?

Hey so I've used Photoshop 2021 a couple of times after activating my license and installing. Now I'm getting a verification code box. I entered the code that was sent to my email and now I'm getting repeated pop-ups that don't load and then just re-pop-up. If I close the pop-up, Photoshop shuts down!  I've attached a video because I'm not sure if my problem is coming across...

I seem to be having a problem when new CC updates come out.  Though I have a 250GB C drive, it seems to have filled up quickly due to CC updates.  I was not able to do last update due to shortage of space.  From what I understand Adobe has to be on the C drive.   I have cleared out documents etc. but CC seems to fill it up.  Any suggestions to remedy this?  Thanks much,Kevin

Bonsoir,Ayant acheté adob creative cloud réçament, je suis face à un probleme.Dés que je lance une aplication, il y a la fenetre de conexions qui pop part et revien en permanance.J'ai donc essayer de lancer créative cloud avans, et la pareil, il me notifie de ma deconexion, je clique sur "se conecter" un chargement ce lance, je rentre même pas mes identifiants je suis encor déconecter, instatanément. je tourne en rond, l'horloge de mon système est bien réglé.je ne peux meme pas désinstaller les aplication et les reinstaler le logiciel me bloque, "vous ne pouvais pas desinstaller car d'autre application utilise créative cloud"si quelqu'un peux me donner une solution je suis toute ouïe.Je vous remercie.

Hello My creative cloud files take up space on my local drive, is it possible to keep them online only similar to Dropbox? I turned syncing off, will deleting these files on my local drive also delete them from my Creative Cloud storage? Thanks

Hi there, running the latest Creative Cloud Desktop App on macOS Big Sur 11.2.1 (20D74) and experiencing the sync stuck in loop. Not working also when moving files to the Creative Cloud Files folder. I already tried to uninstall and install again the app but still experincing the same issue.Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?Many thanks,Mattia

When are they going to fix this piece of s***t software, I perminatly have problems with this.Creative Cloud won't loadCannot update appsFonts won't loadIt costs a load of money and Adobe should get it sorted. And before you ask I keep my software and OS up-to-date.The only solution is to dowload the Unisistaller and fix CC - but why do I have to do this twice a month or when ever there is a new realese.GRRRRRR    

Was it just me, or anybody else got suprised with the outrageous price change from $31.89 to $56.35? It is over 75% raise. It is a bit over accetable specialy caming on a precedent time where the whole world is in a criese.   It is clear for me that stick with Adobe product is not a smart idea. It is time to find alternative for Adobe product. please if any one had try any alternative for After effect and Premier let me know. Thanks

Hi All, I was wondering if anyone has an idea on how to fix it. When CC was updated last week, I think that's when it happened, the CC pinned folder has disappeared from my File Explorer. The same issue was described in a related post from 2018, but it's exactly what I am currently facing. I've scoured the forums. There are lots of questions about this but the correct answers are no longer correct, as they say go to CC, then Prefernces, but I can't find prefernces so I'm going to assume they're no longer there in CC 2021. If they are, please let me know how to get to them. I'm on rural internet, and the continued syncing means I can't upload anything else. I blamed my ISP, because it's often that it goes down or it's overloaded, but I spent almost two hours on with two differnent support people only to eventualy find out that Adobe was the cause. Lightroom had done an update the night before. All I can find is that I can 'pause' file syncing, but how on earth can I turn it off permanently? This is a huge flaw for folks who have limited internet. Any help is appreciated.

Both of my Macs cannot access Creative Cloud libraries today.I noticed it first when an After Effects Preview was missing an icon (that i imported via CC Library) Check with other Apps like Pshop, Illy etc and sure enough all have the same error.  The error also displays on my Laptop via same Adobe account. So far I have tried the following on my Mac Pro...Close all Adobe AppsLogout of CCReset Creative Cloud (CMD+OPT+R)Delete Creative Cloud Libraries in ~/Library/Application Support/AdobeChecked /etc/hosts all seems fineRan the Repair oprtion in CC Uninstaller (won't let me actually uninstall it ?!?)Force Quit all Adobe processes Via Activity Monitor Rebooted after all these steps too. The libraries exist on assets.adobe.com Really need help here as I've deadlines to meet. 

I work between Thailand and India. If I sign up for creative cloud in India, can I use it in Thailand as well?

Hi everyoneI'm trying to adjust the vertical spacing of the items in my navigation. I go to Site-Wide > Media content styles > Navigation > Page titles and adjust the variable just to the right of where you can adjust the font size (not sure exactly what it's called... Line height?)If I adjust this value down to "18" the vertical spacing of the navigation reduces, but then for any input value lower than 18 (the numbers go down to "10") the spacing just remains the same. It's as if something else is blocking those lower values from having any effect.This setting will reduce the line height (I'll go with that...) until the lines of text overlap in other areas of my website, so is this a bug in the navigation section or is there indeed something else affecting this adjustment?CheersRaymondhermanndansa.myportfolio.com

Hello! I already searched in the forums, but I couldn't find the solution yet.When I start CC desktop after I launched my computer, it first tries to sign in automatically then a message comes: "you've been logged out."   I push "try again" and then the signing in works. The problem is also for all the other Adobe Apps that sometimes it's automatically loggs in but suddenly loggs out, and when I'm asked again to sign in, then everything works but just for the day its in use. I would appreciate every advice! It's just weird that I have to sign in everytime  I launch an adobe app.

First of all: There is no Adobe Spark Board, so I hope it's ok to post it here. I got a strange problem with Spark. I designed a posting with images from my library (quite large tif with alpha if that matters). Works well until I close the project and open it again, because this one image - and only this single asset, nothing else - is squeezed like hell. Any idea whats causing this? before exiting the project:after opening it again:  

User has Creative Cloud, Photoshop and Illustrator.   Every hour he gets a pop up that says: "Adobe_CCXProcess wants to use the Local Items Keychain" or "Node wants to use the Local Items Keychain". Entering the Password makes it go away BUT it comes back within an hour. Don't tell me to reinstall because it has been done twice and the issue continues. What else have I done to troubleshoot:1. Uninstalled using the Adobe Removal Tool.  Reinstalled CC, Photoshop and Illustrator and removed all entries in Keychain Access and reset the Keychain.2. Reset the Keychain multiple times.3. Deleted the Local Items folder in ~/Library/Keychains and restarted.4. Unlocked the login keychain System is running Mac OS X 10.14.6 Versions:Adobe Illustrator.app25.2.0/Applications/Adobe Illustrator 2021/Adobe Illustrator.app Adobe Photoshop 2021.app22.2.0/Applications/Adobe Photoshop 2021/Adobe Photoshop 2021.app Creative Cloud.app5.3.2.471 &

I have tried the suggested solutions from Adobe re Core Sync. No change. "Open on the web" not available. I saved files to the Creative Cloud app, signed in on the web to look for the synced files--not there. Any other solutions? 

i am not sure if this is the right place for this question. I am looking for a solution for a customer. The customer would like a print template for his prospectus which enables him to edit the products, offers and prices in it himself and then to send them to the printer himself. Is there a solution from Adobe? A solution that allows me to create a template in which my customer can make changes limited to product and price without my help?

Hi, I accidentally uploaded a picture onto the logos section of Spark but I have no idea how to delete it. I tried right clicking and the trash icon but it just deletes it from the post, not from being saved on the logos. Might be silly but havent been able to figure it out, help!

Does an iPhone count as one of the computers that the apps can be added to? The iPhone uses different apps than the computers do. Thanks. 

See title – critcal when moving app windows across different sized screens. Is it just me, or does this bother others? Would love a fix. Thank you.
