This has recently happened on the CC web browser site.My laptop memory is too low to use the desktop app, so I manage my files on the web browser instead. This is the first time this has happened since using CC.I've cleared my deleted folder completely, checked there's nothing on Lightbox, and tried restarting multiple times, but this message keeps coming up.As you can see from the screenshot, I've only used 35.6GB out of 100GB so I shouldn't be anywhere near full.I tried explaining this to customer service, but they didn't understand what I meant and thought I was using the desktop app.Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
I am looking for a simple way to just clear all the files inside the "Deleted" tab in my creative cloud storage. Currently, you can only selected 1000 files at once. Well, having multiple softwarebased media projects inside the cloud, i currently have 40.000 files inside my cloud. Furthermore, I assume that another 100.000 were deleted but not permanetly removed. As permanently deleting a batch of 1000 files takes about 1 minute due to "loading times". That would take me 1000 minutes or 16 hours to clear all files! Are there any other solutions to this?
I am also suddenly having a problem with a video from my creative cloud not loading. I can watch it online with no issues if I go to the Creative Cloud menu > Assets > Files > view on web, but my clients suddenly became unable to play the video online themselves, and when I followed up the link I had sent to them I was given the error "No video with supported format and MIME type found"I made the video private and then public again which seemed to create a new link, but the error persists. This problem seems to be happening to a number of videos I have uploaded. I can play them from CC menu > Assets > Files > view on web, but the links I shared seem not to be working.Does anyone have any idea what might be going on?
On assets.adobe.com,- under "Files > Synced Files" I have one file,- under "Files > Mobile Creations" I have another file,- under "Libraries > Owned by You" I have one library with twelve files. When I open lightroom.adobe.com,- I have one file that is neither of the above. So four different sets of files. The only one that syncs with my desktop is the first one (Files > Synced Files).Question 1: How do I get the others synced with my desktop? Can I move them somehow to Synced Files?Question 2: How do I get the Lightroom file to show up in my assets?Question 2: How do I access the assets from Lightroom?I read in all Adobe advertisements that it syncs so wonderfully, but actually all files feel very isolated in separate silos. Ultimately I want all my files on my desktop as well as in online Lightroom of course.
I should only have 5 or 6 files in CC folder. Instead I have 99. I just deleted all of these less than a week ago. HELP--I'm drowing!!!!
Steps to replicate1. Upload a .HEIC file to your creative cloud. Notice how it uploads fine, you can see a preview thumbnail, and if you press the i to the right of the page, it will show type as, Graphic. 2. Now create a share link for the file.3. Open the share link and you will see something like the picture below. Also notice how the type has changed to Unknown.
I have a PC at work and a Mac at home. Why is it that when I upload files to assets.adobe.com from my PC, they aren't showing up on my Mac? 1 file shows up and the colors I have added to my library, but that is it.
Hi, i am experiencing so much trouble with Adobe CC right now.I installed a new Imac 6 days ago and i noticed the sync took way longer than needed. Then i was checking some folders on the web, and on the imac...and they were far from complete.I have files and folders online, which are not on my desktop and vice versa!I tried removing every file from the cloud and putting them back in, but now it just says: Sync complete...on 1 computer, and on the other he is syncing "ghost" files. And guess what, all the folders have missing files,so there are now 3 sets of files that are all three different. This is a major problem for me, because off work.Does anybody know this problem and have a workaround? Thanks!
Other than manually selecting the Creative Cloud directory for versioned backup, is this feature not available for After Effects 2015.3 in Adobe CC? It saved me last year in Premiere when I lost one of my hard drives during an edit. I could have swore that feature was there at one time. It would be a really great to have in a future version. Anyone? !
Hi,I have 100 GB of storage capacity. I wonder if the "trash", actually a recycling trash is also included on those 100GB? If I reach the maximum capacity, about the 99.9 or 100 GB of files storage, and I delete all of them totally, will I have again 100GB storage? or should I eliminate them from the "Deleted" folder permanently to get again the full capacity of storage (100 GB)? Thank U.
Part of a CC library has unlinked images. One day they worked fine. The next day they don't link...
when i open the creative cloud app on my win 10 i can see apps and fonts but cannot see the assets.why is that??and how can i add it?
I have already contacted Adobe support about this but they were unable to provide a solution. I am waiting on an email response but I thought I would ask here too. When I am uploading RAW files from a Sony A7iii there is no preview when viewing the Creative Cloud Storage either on the Web or on other devices. Raw files from other brands of camera (Canon/Nikon) and also an older Sony camera all work ok, the problem is just with A7iii files. Has as anyone else had this issue?Creative Cloud is up to date, the Sony RAW driver is installed on the desktop, and the problem is not specific to my individual camera as I downloaded an A7iiI RAW file from the internet and tried with it but got the same issue. Does anyone one have any clue how to resolve this?
I'm having trouble sending files to clients, with both of them reporting timeouts and an inability to download the assets I was sending them. I have 100GB with my CC subscription. At first I thought it might have been a random error, but today I'm getting the same thing happening for a third time. For the first client, I tried to send 23GB of video assets, in a collection of about 60 video files, in a few different folders about a month ago. At first I sent them the generic, download through the browser link, and they kept getting timeout errors. Because this client is also a CC member, I shared the files with their CC email address. However, the files did not appear in their drive or did they receive an email letting them know I was sharing the files. For the second client, I was attempting to send 5 zip files of around 1.2GB each about one week ago. They also received timeout errors. Today, for the third client, I am trying to send a single, 3GB video file and they are getting another
I have been wrestling with this issue for a few weeks now.Initially I got the message that some files weren't synced. On my iMac I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application and used the repair tool, but now I cannot sync at all.I now get the message that "When you turn on File Sync, it will open your finder so you can start syncing files to Creative Cloud".I'm at my wits end as I don't want to do a clean install of the Mac O/S.My laptop is at the point where it stage were it just says that some files couldn't be synced.
Hi:I'm on an iMac that's now running Mojave. I see that in my Finder folder for Creative Cloud Files that the files in it have not been updated. Is there a preference setting that automatically updates my created CC files? If not, would it be wise for me to delete all of the files and load all the current files? If so, how do I load CC folders and their files? Where do I find that collection of folders/files?I've attached a screenshot of my CC Files pane that shows that I have lots of room remaining in that folder. Please suggest what I should do next to update my CC files to that MacFinder folder. Thank you very much!Warren_______
CC Desktop keeps telling me it can't sync "x" file. But I deleted the file from the system a few days ago so why would I continue to get this annoying message? On my other Mac signed into the same account I don't get the message. It's just on the laptop. The file isn't visible online and I've tried uninstalling the desktop app. Problem still there. Is there some way I can flush out the cache? Maybe that's causing the problem?THANKS
I am having the same problem with CC generating massive amounts of files on my hard drive. I have a large capacity second drive but my system drive is only 150G. I was starting to get intermittent crashes today and when I looked at my hard drive it was 98% full. I keep almost everything on my second drive so I shouldn't have this problem. I used a program called space monger and found the same problem you have. I printed the first log, not realizing it was over 150 pages - so now I'm out of disc space and paper:).Unfortunately, I can't ditch CC because I am in the middle of finals and I have three classes based on Adobe products. This is my first time on the forum because I can't find a way to fix the problem through the guides and the "chat" option keeps sending me here. I uninstalled all my apps and creative cloud hoping to put CC on the second hard drive but when I started CC to install it didn't give me 5 seconds before it was sending me messages about everything it was downloading
I removed a large file from Adobe Creative Cloud. I still get the message of 100 percent full. Cannot ad more files. Help
How are you?My computer is infected with a ransomware called Magniver/GandCrab.My question here is that I often upload/download files that I have worked on Adobe Creative Cloud, and after formatting my computer, files in Adobe Creative Cloud also have ransomware infections. I'm telling you, I haven't uploaded an infected file, and I haven't recently uploaded one. However, there is a file infected with 'Adobe Creative Cloud'. It's this evening that I got ransomware. I want to know about this part. The file extension is decoded into WLQDKAHXL.My email issimjhsh@gmail.com

I created a folder that I would like to share. Inside are three .mov files and two .heic files. Next, I clicked the three dots to the right of the folder and selected share, get link. I copied this link and pasted it into my url bar and none of the .mov files or .heic files show up properly. They all appear blank. How can I fix this? The files appear just fine when I don't use the share link.
Hi - I am having issues getting my libraries to sync to the web. All of my libraries appear in my panel, however they never sync to the cloud, nor can I access them on other devices. Everytime I open a program it tries to sync them but it never gets under 1MB & eventually I get the 'We're experiencing server problems' error. This has been ongoing for about a month now. I have been working with our IT department to make sure we are not blocking anything. I can get to assets.adobe.com/libraries. Additionally, we aren't blocking any of these urls: ccmdls.adobe.com:443ims-prod06.adobelogin.com:443na1r.services.adobe.com:443prod-rel-ffc-ccm.oobesaas.adobe.com:443lm.licenses.adobe.com:443 !ccmdl.adobe.com:80swupmf.adobe.com:80swupdl.adobe.com:80I have also checked: Adobe Status several time and the cloud doesn't seem to be experiencing issues. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks! Tricia
My Libraries are not loading in Photoshop CC on Windows 10. I am signed in with Creative Cloud (my account avatar shows on Adobe Helpx as well as on the CC app), but the Libraries panel says I haven't signed in. I closed Photoshop and signed out of Creative Cloud then tried again, but my Libraries are still not loading. Can someone help me figure this out?I've been through all the steps here ( Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly) and nothing has helped. There are constant demands for me to sign in but am already signed in.Can some please help me?
I am new to LR and since loading photos I get a message that my space on the cloud needs upgrading because it's almost full. How do I clean things I don't want from the cloud to clear space? Thanks
