So, I have been working on a project which I needed some files for but I can't find them anywhere, on cloud or anything. I've tried to restore the previous version, look in the archived, and I looked through all of my computer's folders, but I can't find any trace of them. I'm really not that good with computers, so I need some serious help. Please, and Thank you!
Im asking because I want to know if this service is something to rely and count on, now and in the near future? Our developers recently started using the online service to get styling information form PSD designs but it seems it's very buggy. Is this service something Adobe will develop and invest time on, in other words is it worthwhile engaging in it and reporting bugs and stuff? I've read some threads about it being canceled and then brought back up, so what's the deal with it?Or should I go and have a look at the Zeplin-service?
My issue is this, I have recently been in the job market and have shared my portfolio using a link to my creative cloud folder. Since sharing this link I have added some files to the same folder hoping it would just update. Instead, what it has done is deactivated the link I have been sharing and given me a new link. Is there any way where I can have the old link forwarded to the new link created? Please help!!!!
And where does one set 'transfer speeds' in CC? I see nowhere to do this. I have the same, ridiculous, embarrassing, stupid slow transfer. Really?? What is the reason? I can export to a folder and upload 19 photos in less than 3 minutes... but using the sync takes over 6 hours!!!! It's seemingly stuck in LR (upper left corner) on Syncing Hieracrchy and Media. What a ... , unless it's making my photos worth their digital wieght in gold. I have customers to serve! (btw... I have a 6 core MacPro with a dual gigabit ethernet connection to my 120MB/30MB internet connection. It is NOT my internet speed or network speed, so don't even try to go there with me. This is a flaw in the program, clearly. How do I fix it, please?[Moderator note: edited for language in a public forum]
I currently have ONE folder "on the cloud." Cleared my archive but it is still showing as full
I would like to know if it is possible to manage (create, edit, delete) creative cloud libraries for a registered Adobe account by using an Adobe API or SDK.
Hi,On Thursday last week I noticed that synch said I was out of space (I have 100 gb) so I did a full back up to an external drive I have and then deleted some of the movie files. This made no impact on the storage although it should have done. On Friday I was working on a project and then went to lunch and came back and the folder containing the brand assets I use for every project disappeared.I contacted support and was on their for nearly two hours and the person who helped me downloaded logs to look into the matter and said they would be in touch on Monday.I did not hear from them at all on Monday so carried on using the external hard drive for projects I'm working on.On Tuesday I contacted support again and was told the person hadn't figured out what had happened and they would contact me in 3-4 hours. They contacted me at 3pm yesterday (Tuesday) and basically reinstalled creative cloud and told me it was fixed. It wasn't as the files were still missing from the folders. then they m
I have several photoshop files open. In one the CC libraries have synced and loaded without a problem. In the other I get a library based on a different document. When I click sync it says that all libraries are up to date. When I click View on Website it tyakes me to my libraries which are all there except the on from the document that isn't loading all the libraries. In other word the document knows where to look for the missing libraries--it just won't load them. I've tried signing in and ut of the cloud and my ID account but nothing changes. There are several items in my libraries I need to work for the file that won't sync. I have syncing turned on, but despite the fact that I've had it turned on for months none of my files have downloaded to the designated folder. I am on deadline and I need a quick workaround and if possible a solution that doesn't require re-installing Photoshop. CC and Photoshop are up to date.
I followed all the steps Adobe have me but all my Adobe apps are still having the same problem. One of the solution is enter your port number into your browser then I got the "Upgrade Required".Adobe CC V2017Windows 7 failWindows 8.1 and Windows 10 works well in same Network
I have pretty little green checkmarks everywhere, and when I open Creative Cloud app, it says "All files up to date" but when I save a file from Photoshop or any other application into my Creative Cloud folder on my desktop, it doesn't sync online at all. If I go into the folder that the file in question is in, that one file does not have a checkmark. I have to manually view my assets on the web and drag them from my Creative Cloud Folder into the web based folder. How do I get my syncing kickstarted again? Mac OS 10.9.5
Why is it impossible/extremely difficult to delete files? I only access my account via my iPhone, iPad, or Android. I rarely use a computer. I'm certain this issue has something to do with storage sales...FILTER
Last Wed I got this error after opening CC Desktop:Could not enable sync. Creative cloud need to rename your folder "Creative Cloud Files" to enable syncing. Please close any open documents or restart your machine and try again. I had not documents open. I restarted the PC but to no avail. I didn't need anything to be synced at the time so I let it go. Thursday and Friday all was fine. Today I am getting the error again. I have been having a lot of issues with CC Desktop signing out every time I shut off the PC. I have to uninstall the app, delete the recommended files and re-install. All works fine after that, except now I can't sync files, and off course, today I need to sync some of the work I did over the weekend. Online search was no help. Windows 10, Dell XPS 8900, 16MB Ram. Thanks in advance.
I tried to download some resources from Creative Cloud Resource, but the button(shape as the cloud) didn`t work. Then I tried to sign out the account to active it, but nothing happened. Could anyone help me to solve this problem?Thank you for your help.Best wishes.
I too am experiencing this error issue. I have a file that is showing as 'failed to sync due to server error'. I have deleted the file off both my local machine and the Archive of CC. I have also Quit the CC Application and yet it still comes up with the Sync error.c.
I kept getting this error all day yesterday "There was a problem syncing some files"But they all seemed to sync.Today, been getting the error again all day while i work. so I deleted everything from my sync folder and on the web.Still showing an error.Yet, there are no files in my folder.
It seems my hard drive is filling up because my team and I all share the same creative cloud space which happens to be on my hard drive ....so now I'm gettin the "your hard disc is full" notifications.....is there a way that the files could be kept in the cloud and not on my hard drive? Right now if I delete the files on my hard drive ...they will also be deleted off the cloud. Thanks,Ryan
Hi, I know this problem apparently occurred already every often, but reading the answers/threads didn't help me. This problem started yesterday, never had it before and really don't know what to do. It's very frustrating. I tried to upload the files online, there I get the message to clean up my archive, but there is no single file in there 😞I have a MacBook Pro and I really need to work.Any help would be very much appreciated.Cheers, Ana
Dear all, i have noticed that although the icon exists in the links window, InCopy does not seem to synchronize with Creative libraries, and just shows the missing cloud icon (cloud with red dot). Just wondering if this is a bug or just a function that was not implemented from InDesign although both software seem to share the same GUI.
We are using windows 8.1 on a asus laptop. We recently transferred our files to a different account, and they are there in creative cloud. But the local computer will not sync to the online cloud. We have rebooted, reopened the program, paused and restarted file sync. The file is accessible from the cloud on my MacBook pro. But not on this windows laptop.
I'm having the same issue. I keep getting the error "Unable to Sync due to server error". I checked my storage and I have only used 10GB out of 20GB. All of my files used to sync just fine. It started with jpg files not being able to sync but now it's all Illustrator and pdf files. I tried uploading online but I got the same error as Andrea. I even took a file that successfully sync'd up in January and saved it to a folder titled "February" and that file will not sync up. Help!
Hi.My adobe cloud storage is full and remains full even after deleting all of my archived files.i have 14 premiere projects and some audition files that dont even add up to the 20 gb limit but still shows full. Can i just delete all the projects in the cloud or will that inable me to continur work on these pp projects?Does it matter if cloud storage is full to start new projects and work on existing and just not have them backed up to cloud.Starting not to like this whole cloud thing.. Why only 20 gb hmmmmm...[Moderator note: moved to forum with those more knowledgeable on the use of Creative Cloud for storage]
Hi, I'm having a trouble with cloud. In general it's not syncing files/ images from adobe stock.Im sending screenshot of photoshop tab library and its mirror on browser. On my browser I can see the images but it does not sync with app libraries. It's happening with my whole team, not only my account.Thank you in advance
Hi All,Basically, user has been having roaming profile sync issues caused by the size of their profile folder (errors about unable to fully sync roaming profile on log off resulting in files they delete re-appearing each time they log off/on). Have attempted to fix this - narrowing it down to two huge folders (downloads which I've sorted) and the 'Creative Cloud Files' folder which is initially set up as part of users profile in 'c:users\<name>\creative cloud files.'The CC Files folder is 15GB+ in size. So, followed the advice on this forum to move the folder in Creative Cloud settings:Create a folder called Creative Cloud Files on your prefered driveOpen Creative Cloud panelClick Creative Cloud gear iconPreferencesTop heading, Creative CloudSub heading, FilesFolder location, drop down arrow, click change and browse to the drive containing your Creative Cloud Files folder. All Done.Initially, wanted to change the path to our network share but unfortunately it doesn't appear to supp
My coworkers couldn't use one of my PSDs because some of the smart objects were linked to my CC account so they couldn't access them. It's a big company and these assets needs to be usable forever down the line. So I see that I have this library crap turned on, so i delete my library to get the linked files outta there and was just gonna grab a different document to take these same graphics from. I have this working file backed up on 3 drives across 2 computers. Now my ORIGINAL working file on a DIFFERENT DRIVE, the file that i created the graphics in from scratch, is all just full of broken links. AM I SCREWED? Adobe just downloaded and locked all of my graphics? And when I deleted a library from an un-important working file, it just deleted them from every other PSD i've used them in?!??! I DON'T WANT TO USE THIS CRAP, AND I DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO STEAL THEN DELETE MY WORK. How do I get these graphi
Suddenly, my files are not syncing. I am getting an error ("some files failed to sync") with no explanation. I am also getting an error now when I try to collaborate on a CC folder. See attached photo.
