Hello, I saved a document (the same but with new notes) on my Adobe Cloud under the same name of another documents (the same with previous notes). So accidentally I replaced it and I lost all the notes I had taken the first time. Is there any way to get that original document back?Thank you!

If two computers are on the same local area network and they have files being shared via creative cloud would the sync happen over the lan to both computers and then upload to the server? Or is it uploaded to the server then seeded to the other computer?LAN sync would be awesome if it is not already in the works... Is it or will it be available soon?Thanks!!!

Hey there,I use Adobe capture on my android phone and it's great to grab little vector snippets etc...I am wondering how I use this / or any of the other adobe apps to upload photos taken from the phone straight to a CC library folder. (in the same way Capture does for "shapes"I know the Lightroom app syncs to Lightroom, it's just I would like a simple workflow where I can snap a photo and have it in my CC library ready for photoshop and illoCheers...

I am currently using CC on a MAC. I am logged in and up to date on CC. All of my Typekit fonts are gone from Illustrator and when I go to typekit.com the page appears to log me in as normal, then redirects and kicks me off (all while staying logged into CC and adobe.com). Any help would be appreciated. I've already restarted my computer as well.Thanks.

I keep getting the following message: 'This page is temporarily unavailable. We'll be back soon.'  when I try to view CC files online and the CC app doesn't sync either.I have tried different browsers and its been like this for about a week.Its a new enterprise account and my work colleagues have the same problem.Is there a fix for this?Thanks

I downloaded Capture CC on my phone and would like to use the things I create in there on 3 different computers that have 3 different OS X's so therefore 3 different versions of Photoshop, only one of which has a "Library" option in the "windows" dropdown.

I lost files from the last 3 days because Creative Cloud was not responding and I didn't realize it right away. When I finally saw it wasn't syncing I restarted CC, it then auto updated and the Creative Cloud Files folder was deleted and the 11GB of files had to be re-uploaded from CC. Everything I had worked on since the Creative Cloud had become unresponsive was lost immediately and not retrievable. CC is now useless to me if I can't rely on it to at least not delete my files. I may have to go back to Dropbox for syncing, at least when it goes down it doesn't delete my local files. 3 days of work gone in a flash. I turned off the auto-update feature and will be sure to back up my hard drive before manually updating CC. This is stupid. I had been very happy with CC up until this point, but this is kind of a big deal, now that I have to wait a few hours for my files to re-upload.

Hi, I am currently on my MacBook Pro 15" with OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 trying to sync my files made at work earlier today on a Mac Pro with same OS. The files won't sync on my laptop. I am running the latest version of Creative Cloud. I know my files got uploaded before leaving work. I logged in through my browser and I can see my files (why can't I download the files through the web-interface?).And now, clicking on the cloud icon on the taskbar, it just says "syncing…". Been like this for hours and I really need my files to reach a deadline. I also tried deleting all my archived files via the web-interface... that didnt work either. I have only used 30% of the storage.I am in dire need of some fast and good advice.

all apps are updated but my files haven't sync'd in 66 days, any ideas?

Anyone else having problems with syncing? I'm designing a magazine on my iMac and keep all files on Creative Cloud. Excellent! If it wasn't for the issue that once in a while when I want to work from my MacBook Pro the syncing doesn't work - the files I created yesterday on my iMac just aren't there when I try to reach them from my MacBook. Latest updates according to Creative Cloud were made weeks ago. Not OK! And yes I've checked the "sync files" box.

I'm using a PC and Chrome browser. I've used Typekit in the past. I'm trying to sync a new font, but when I go to Typekit through the Creative Cloud manager, I'm not logged in. I click on the Sign In button, and the screen flashes and I see my name as though I'm logged in, and then it flashes again and I'm logged out. I'm logged on the Adobe website. I'm logged in and functioning everywhere in Adobe except Typekit.

I Typekit does not preview the fonts. I can not upload my website. The edge web fonts work well. How is this possible. (Mac computer / Abobe Muse)

I no longer want/need access to the folder but do not want to delete it (Will it delete the clients files from the cloud?) I just want to break the connection (to unshare it) as it is a massive folder. Any thoughts?

Suddenly my Typekit thinks it is as it was before I started subscribing to Adobe CC.  It is now asking for subscription fees before I can sync or use any fonts.  However I pay for the full suite of services through Adobe CC.  Please help as I can't use my fonts that I need right now for a looming deadline. 

I would love to build an extensive library of frequently used graphic components and paragraph styles to be shared among several colleagues and am a little concerned about the stability and logics of doing so. For example, if I build a series of CC Library folders to be shared (via collaboration) with other co-workers using my assigned Adobe ID account and then decide at some point to leave that company to work elsewhere, what would happen to all those assets if the Adobe ID that created them is no longer active or is assigned to another user instead? Would all that content be blown away if anything changed with the original Adobe ID?I'm also wondering if there are local copies of these files hidden somewhere which sync with the Adobe CC account? If so, where are they located?

Hi, Im trying to upload a 7 gig file to my cloud staorage of which there is 20 gig available.It says I need creative cloud connection, but that doesnt exist?Any one had any joyThanksDanny

I'm using Adobe Ideas on a third Gen iPad with iOS 7None of my files will sync to creative cloud. The sync process message simply alternates between 'awating connection', 'analysing' and complete but nothing happens to the files. The progress bar on each file remains grey.I have a stable wifi connectionI have tried reloading the app and restarting the iPadI have tried toggling snyc on and offI have tried makign edits to files and creating new files to kick start the syncNothing is workingI know others have had this problem in the past but I cannot find a solution anywhere on the forum that helps me.ThanksOwen

I have been using Capture and saving my assets to CC libraries. Now I would like to use the assets I've created in Photoshop CS6 that I currently have on my mac. How do I access them for use if I'm using CS6?[Duplicate message deleted... posting the same question more than once is confusing... I'm using shared folders from colleagues with my private account which does not have a CC subscription. It says I'm using 6,28GB of 2GB (100%) though my personal files are empty. Is there a way to make shared folders not add to my own quota?

Hi,I am trying to share my LR Library on two computers ( Mac Mini and MacBook). My pictures are on my Nas synology. How can I share and use my library in order to update my pictures on my laptop and then update my library . It is just like a multi terminal utilisation.thanks for your help

Why is this? I need to give someone a bunch of smart object assets for a PSD I recently shared with them.Also when creating a new library, it doesn't show up on my account.It just shows me the image below when I click on the side menu link "Share Link...":I need help with this ASAP as it's for a client and they don't have much time to wait! >.<This never used to happen with older versions of PS

Typekit fonts simply disappeared today. I went to my Creative Cloud settings and fonts are on. I went to Typekit and all of the fonts that I have synced say they are synced, but none of them are showing up in Indesign. It cost me time today, because I had a publication going to press, and several ads contained typekit fonts that i've been using for months without a problem. Is this a known issue today, or simply within my system?  I don't feel I can count on synced fonts if this is what is going to happen.

Creative cloud wants to sync my files. How can I keep this from happening. I only want selected files in the cloud.  Thanks

Can anybody offer suggestion on failing to sync simple file names such as "jva_ed_prod_turn_2015"? it is now driving me mad...

When I first subscribed to creative cloud (more  than 90 days ago) i managed to sync everything to the creative cloud which bust the 20gb limit, I've managed to archive everything but i think my internet connection is too slow to access the archive its run for two hours twice and noting has appeared. d/o you think I can get  Adobe to delete my archive from their end and if so how do i go aboot it
