Creative Cloud Services

hello all, I'm looking for guidance on integrating Dynamic Media with the Edge Delivery Service website. The goal is to have the site pages retrieve their assets directly from Dynamic Media URLs especially for images and videos. Could anyone provide insights or steps on how to do the integration?  

There seem to be multiple posts over the past years about issues with Libraries. I have been really frustrated trying to use them and have pretty much given up. But, making this post in HOPES that Adobe will do something to fix these issues.In Illustrator, I created a bunch of named groups in which I added many different graphics. While these items do sync to the Library in other Adobe apps, NONE of the other apps show the groups that I created in Illustrator. They merely appear under a general "Graphics" category.When I place an object from the Library in Illustrator, the object and then embed it so that it can be edited, I have to first Ungroup the object, but then it is (for some insane reason) placed inside a clipping mask, so I have to release the clipping mask. I can then edit the object as normal, but now there's an invisible clipping mask object floating around that I need to delete. This is driving me insane.Why is Libraries called CC Libraries in InDesign, but just called Lib

The title is currently in white text over a black fade at the bottom of the photo and therefore hides a large part of the bottom of the photo! When you hover over a photo in the album or click on it to see large, the title of the photo is then visible all the time and hides part of the photo. I want to keep the title but I want it to appear below the photo!! Not in the photo!!! Please help 🙂

I opened an illustrator file on my ipad which was converted to .aic and stored on my creative cloud:When I try to place from creative cloud in ID, there is only a single file from my creative cloud available to select:The desktop CC app shows many files in my folder: 

In my Adobe portfolio, I added the link option in the navigation that links to my resume. The problem is, I would like to change the link but when I click on it, it links me to my resume even in the editor mod, and I can no longer access the link settings to be able to modify it. What can I do ?

I'm using Adobe Creative Cloud on my S24 Ultra, app version 6.10.1, and I cannot simply download image files. I have created an image in Photoshop on my PC, saved to my Creative Cloud files and the only option I have on the app is to Share to another application - I don't want to do that, I want to download it to my device.I have tried both PNG and JPEG formats.Is this a limitation of the app? Quite basic if you ask me?

Good morning,  I have an account and use Photoshop and Lightroom on my computer. The association I work for is going to take out an account with the full creative cloud. Can I log in to my computer with the association's account and use the entire creative cloud?Thanks in advance

Hi, I am having an issue where i have to open a dropdown (built using ul li) in 320px and 200% zoom using a keyboard. On enter the dropdown needs to expand. I have tried "aria-expanded true" it does not work. I have tried show(), hide(), focus() it doesnt work. Is there a way to achieve this?

Help show the open as "share"

I just gotta vent, the new Creative Cloud layout is straight up awful. Only having the option to look at apps, tutorials, and libraries is so weird, I'm just trying to find my files but now I don't have the option. Not sure if it's just me who's upset about this but I truly hate this company as a whole..

J'ai crée mon compte creative cloud avec l'adresse mail de mon université (avec laquelle je n'ai pas accès à la suite sauf sur les ordinateurs présents à l'université) sauf que quand je lance l'application et que je connecte un message d'erreur s'affiche et m'informe que je n'ai pas accès aux applications car l'administrateur infographique me refuse l'accès. J'ai changé d'adresse mail pour mettre mon adresse personnelle mais le problème persiste. J'ai essayé d'installer le creative cloud sur un autre appareil (windows) et la pas de soucis ducoup je ne comprend pas le problème car j'aimerais bien pouvoir l'avoir également sur Mac.Merci d'avance si quelqu'un a la solution. 

I frustratingly spent several hours trying to get my CC Libraries to appear yesterday but was always greeted with the initialization error.After following Adobe's recommendations here...https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html...and uninstalling, reinstalling, booting and rebooting, nothing worked.But I eventually found a solution that worked for me:1. Make sure to quit any individual CC applications (I think Adobe CC was still running)2. I turned off all network connections (wired and wireless) 3. I started the Adobe apps that I wanted to use4. Libraries appeared5. I turned on my network connectionsDon't know if this will work for everyone but thought I'd share to help the community. As a long time customer, I find it very frustrating. And seeing past cries for help, I realize I'm not the only one.

Running on a mac, chrome, neither adobe stock nor my own uploaded graphics are loading

we have domain dev.abc.com that is mapped with internal redirect(/content/abc/learn/home.html), we have checked mapping in publish. it is looking fine but when we hit dev.abc.com in browser then it is getting redirect dev.abc.com/content.html. we have checked rule in .any and .config file. no where rule is mentioned. so , Please suggest that how we can rectify this issue? 

Hi! I recently graduated art school and lost my free adobe subscription. I purchased a years subscription for portfolio/behance/etc. on the same email account as the free subscription before my access was lost, and assumed it would just renew and I would keep my site. Now my site is gone and when I try to make a new one with the same URL it says that it's taken 😞 Is there any way for me to recover it?

Hi! I am trying to add my logo to the footer of my Adobe Portfolio site, but everytime I try to add the image it won't upload, instead it just shows a question mark. Here is the HTML I am using:  <a><img src="Logo.jpg"/></a>. Any ideas to mkae the image show up in footer?

Vorab, der Kundenservice von Adobe ist eine Katastrophe!! Man hat es nur noch mit vollumfänglichen DUMMEN nicht intelligenten KI Chat Bots zu tun. Man wird in einer Endlosschleife zum Wahnsinn getrieben. Unmöglich ... nicht akzeptabel.  Nun zu meinem Problem. Ich habe alle Clouddaten gelöscht, alle Bilder etc. habe den Papierkorb geleert und die Creative Cloud mit OPT+COM+R neu gestartet, es wird immer der gleiche verbrauchte Specherplatz von 3,7 GB angezeigt. Kein einziger Löschvorgang zeigt irgend eine Wirkung. Wo liegt das Problem? Warum kann ich die Cloud Daten nicht vollständig löschen? Warum macht es Adobe einem so schwer? Die ganze Hilfe hier auf Adobe ist unübersichtlich und nicht zielführend. Deshalb kann ich mich in einem letzten Schritt nur wieder hier in Adobe Community artikulieren. I recently started to have the problem where Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop prevents my Computer from entering sleep mode. Normally my screen turns off after 5 minutes and the PC will go to sleep after 20 minutes, but CC recently started to prevent this. I have confirmed that CC Desktop is the culprit by using the following command:powercfg -requestswhich outputs the following:DISPLAY: [PROCESS] \Device\HarddiskVolume5\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe Video Wake Lock SYSTEM: None. Hello all, hopefully, someone can help me with this. I have been using my creative cloud to store my files for years and this has happened once before to me but I can't find how I fixed the issue. It is almost as if my cloud's pathfinding isn't working. When I go into my files it says that it is "up to date" but it won't read the folders I have in my creative cloud! I've attached a screenshot showing the folders inside the cloud so I know they are on my computer and from here I can open old files but can't access the cloud to save any new ones. Please Help!

Voici la situation :J'avais un portfolio sur Adobe, mais depuis que les adresses liées à notre entreprise ont été réinitialisées, je n'ai plus accès à mon compte, ce qui m'empêche de modifier mon portfolio. J'ai essayé de contacter Adobe pour résoudre ce problème, mais il semble que les comptes liés à notre organisation soient gérés au niveau entreprise. Adobe m'a donc indiqué que je devais passer par l'administrateur informatique en charge de notre organisation pour régler ce problème.Le souci est que je ne sais pas exactement comment faire avancer les choses de mon côté, et je me demande si quelqu'un a déjà rencontré ce type de problème ou sait comment procéder. Si vous avez des suggestions ou des solutions pour récupérer l'accès à un compte Adobe dans ce contexte, je suis preneur de toute aide !Merci d'avance pour votre temps et vos conseils.

The requirement is I need to forward all AEM logs to ELK and I am new to this requirement ,so need help on below items.1. How to integrate my AEM local instnace to ELK?2. Can AEM logs be directly sent to ELK?3. Steps and possible ways to forward logs from crx-quickstart/launchpad/logs to ELK. Thanks in advance 

I have two simple websites created via Adobe Portfolio a few years ago. I'm seeing this warning at the top of the Google Analytics page: "Universal Analytics will no longer process new data in standard properties beginning July 1, 2023. Prepare now by setting up and switching over to a Google Analytics 4 property." Ok, fair enough. I tried using their migration assistant but ran into this snag: "Based on your current tag setup, you'll need to install new tags on your site to use GA4."Instructions for installing new tags says "In the Property column, click Data Streams." But there's no such option showing for me in the Property column.Any advice as to how I can move forward? TIA.

I'm getting the "Libraries sync error: Creative Cloud services are blocked. Please check your Firewall settings." error. I added every single application I found under (Program Files (x86) > Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud Experience & Adobe Sync) and (Program Files > Adobe) in "Allow an app thru firewall." settings. It clears for some time and after while keeps coming back, If anyone knows a fix to this or knows which exact file is responsible for Libraies sync, would be a huge help. 

I use Adobe Review through InDesign for nearly all of my content proofing. I have typically been able to click the review link through InDesign and navigate back to the master library of published review links. I've had this bookmarked for easy access. I was looking for a link to a specific project today and I can't find these review links anywhere, aside from having to find the original project and open it, hoping the review link is still there. Adobe, where did they go?
