My large video uploads (+2gb) to my 20gb online storage keep failing. Why is this? This was a big selling point for me but the online cloud has been pretty close to garbage for me.
There is nothing in my creative cloud folder. I do have Premiere Pro settings set to sync to both computers. However, the blue arrows have been there a long time. It can't take that long to sync keyboard shortcuts. I can't get them to go away and they are pulling data. Even though theres nothing but that one keyboard shortcut to pull. It's had plenty of time to do that. It synced one of my fonts but that just took a second. I restart it over and over and the blue arrows won't go away. It's an issue that it's taking my data when it's not syncing anything because I live in a rural area and I have a data cap. I have to use Verizon LTE and HughesNet Gen 4. I can't let something sit there all night and take up my data when there is nothing to sync.
Sometimes the links to files or folder that I share with coworkers work for them, and they love the ease of viewing and downloading when it does work, but other times I hear back from them that the links don't work, and they just see a blank screen. I notice too, that often when I click on one of my links to view a file, it does not work, but after refreshing the page it does. Is there any solution for the sporadic failures? Thanks,Dan
I used these directions. Worked well, until I tried to see my files. . . . . .They are all gone! I'm glad I didn't try this on my home studio account. . . . Lynn
Files I saved earlier today to the creative cloud are not showing when I access the cloud from a different computer. Other files I have saved earlier are showing. Any ideas? I've thought to log out of creative cloud and log back in... but I don't see a way to do that. Thanks for the help,Denise
In a team of 5 persons, the system automatically deletes random psd files in our creative cloud folder. Help?
I'm getting a message that my cloud is overloaded. I went in, got rid of a lot of memory takers, and there was a message at the bottom of the page that said I had 246 gig (?) available. . . Then I started getting the message again. . . . What's up?
Hi,Just wondering if someone may have a solution to this problem? I'm in Australia and only experiencing the problem on my mac laptop. My desktop-based Windows version of InDesign cc 2015 successfully connects to the cc libraries panel. Out of curiosity I have re-opened InDesign cc 2014 on the laptop and the cc libraries panel connects to my Assets folder without an issue. Any guidance would be appreciated 🙂Message was edited by: Todd Wilson - 'on the laptop' was added to the 4th sentence.
Hi Adobe,I updated Adobe Creative Cloud App (Windows) and the other applications but Adobe Creative Cloud not synchronising files. When I look at the "Files" section in the Adobe Creative Cloud app I can only see the loading icon turning forever. I tried to re-install Adobe Creative Cloud, I tried removing or renaming opm.db file but still I^m having the problem. I couldn't fix it since two weeks.
Assets Not enabled
Since the update to Creative Cloud App, I have been unable to clear the error message. I get a message that asks to either Turn Off File Sync, Retry or Restore. In either case, Creative Cloud will create a new Creative Cloud Folder with the old folders saved as "Creative Cloud Files (1), (2)", etc. Any help on clearing this without uninstalling and reinstalling each program?Thank you!
I've noticed that if I don't have the CC app running I don't have access to my TypeKit fonts in any of my apps. Is this the way it’s supposed to work? I normally have the CC app turned off because it’s a major memory hog but I guess my primary questions is will I have access to the TypeKit fonts if my internet connection goes down? I don’t mind running the CC app whenever I need access to the fonts but if it’s sync’d via internet connection then the TypeKit fonts aren’t a viable option with client projects if connectivity goes down in the middle of a project deadline and the fonts can’t be accessed.
The Creative Cloud app keeps popping up daily and has been for months..I suspect it is because of this messages-Are my Administrative privileges not enough? Later this message-So I tried uninstalling and got this message- keeps popping up. What to do? I will appreciate your help.
Hello,I'd like to transfer on the cloud a large number of pictures, but i don't really know how to do that. Do i have to use the Creative Cloud Files item to create files and to put in my pictures ? Thanks for your help,
I managed to download one Market Asset file, but now am unable to download any more, even if I clear my Market Asset folder. Anyone else have this problem?
I work on the same design projects from both my desktop and my laptop. I added new libraries as well as lots of new items to my libraries over the weekend while working on these projects from my my desktop machine at home. Logging in to my Adobe CC and firing up my apps from my laptop today at the office, I expected to see all of those new libraries and the items I added to them over the weekend in there, but........no, they're not there? The only items and libraries I see are the ones that were on here last week - as if nothing I did over the weekend ever happened. Adobe tells me that "All libraries up to date" and I don't have any connection issues or server issues or firewall issues at all. Also, when I view my library on the web, all I see is the 'old' stuff; I see none of the new stuff I added from my desktop at home over the weekend.I'm fairly new to using the libraries, so I just assumed that since it's one Adobe account (mine), that anything I did with the libraries would autom
I have Creative Cloud on three devices: an iPad Air 2, and iPhone 6 and a MacBook Pro, and I can't figure out how the files I work on are then properly savedto the Cloud and synced on all devices. I can't even search to find a file.1. If I look into my Creative Cloud assets from within PS Touch on the iPad, or the Creative Cloud app on the same iPad, I don't see the exactly the same files. In other words, the files are not properly synced. Furthermore, if I check Creative Cloud on my Mac, either in my folder or on the Web, I don't see the same files either (that is all the files that are visible on the iPad). 2. How can I search my assets on Creative Cloud, if only to check whether the files are properly saved? The only place that seems to have a search function is the Creative Cloud app on the iPad. I can't search Creative Cloud from within PS Touch on the iPad, and I can't search on the Mac, at least in the Web version on Creative Cloud.3. I need to be able to save and sync all my im
I always meet the message "Some files failed to sync" and I found those files. The following is the pictures of my CC folders.I think that there are no special characters and no problems in my folders. My laptop is ...Let me know the solutions.
I keep getting an Alert, Unable to Create Creative Cloud File Folder. I get the options to Turn file Sync off, Retry, Restore.Nothing works Except Turn file sync off. I reinstalled everything. Deleted opm.db as recommended by others.Try to uninstall and reinstall but I can not uninstall -- a creative cloud application is using it (even though I uninstalled everything).I even tried safe mode.Problem seem to have started when I signed out and signed in with a different account. I am at my wits end. Please help.
Since the upgrade file sync turns itself off almost immediately when I turn it on. Some syncing is happening - Typekit seems to be working and some backup files are on the cloud list. But every time I launch CC the file syncing is set to off. When I turn it on the indicator stays on but I get a notification (a quick balloon) that sync is off. On restart it is always disabled. I'm on Win7 and in the previous release the auto cloud backup in Premiere would always reset to off. I do not see a place to upload a file, but I see that log files are being generated with a number of error messages. Here is a portion:20150703-000905.984: t=3ae8: Warning: GUDE: Request Failed. I'm using the Creative Cloud with CS6. Everything works except for the file sync. When I try to start syncronization I get a pop up "creative cloud server error, syncronization stopped". I try to reboot, to logout/login. I uploaded a file manually to the assets account (it works) but the syncronization doesn't start.
Nothing is syncing...I've tried to restart, sign out, uninstall..everything...and nothing is working. Please help! Thank you!
Since a couple of days, I get the error "Some files failed to sync". No files in my Creative Cloud map are synced anymore. My colleagues don't have the same problem as I do...I tried everything in the Troubleshooting but nothing works... Can anybody help me?
I'm the IT admin at my work and I am tasked with installing Adobe CC on all the computers here. Everything works flawlessly for everyone, PC and Mac, except my personal Mac. Using the CC panel I can't install or update any apps without it hanging at 90%. If it's the first time installing the app (such as Photoshop or Illustrator) I can force quit it and the app will be installed, but without any updates and I can't update it. If I try updating, it simply hangs. The other issue is the Creative Cloud Files will replicate infinitely (see attached).I have two user accounts on my mac, both have admin/sudo privileges. Let's call them Adam and Steve. Steve is the account created when the Mac was first setup, it's a normal administrator account that most users who have a mac would have. Adam was created after adding the computer to the company domain and using network credentials to login to the computer. A local account for Adam was created, the
