Creative Cloud Services

Several files that I uploaded to CC are not visible for me and for for others. What could be wrong? Someone could help me? Thank you!!

I have an issue where I have created files in Adobe Draw (and previously in Ideas) which I have then saved to the Creative Cloud. I open these files in Illustrator on my Mac, save them back to the cloud then open them on a Windows PC. When I save these files on the PC, I get the Unable to Sync Files error message. I have gone through these solutions Error: "Unable to sync files" but no solution applies. If I create a file on my PC, it syncs fine. Is there a known issue when sharing files between Mac and Windows? I can save the files to Dropbox or email them and I don't have this issue. Thanks

Mac 10.10 using little snitch, which process(s) do I deny to MAKE SURE my work doesn't get sync'ed/uploaded/shared to the CC cloud?My work is my own until I decide to release it. I trust no cloud provider to safe guard my privacy.I've unchecked "sync" on and off through CC but don't trust that's all there is to it.Currently it shows 14 connections for Creative Cloud. Block all of them or some of them? Block every process known to Adobe?How does everyone handle this?

Hi All, I have a Red Warning Triangle, showing 0n my iMac creative cloud icon, that shows that I have a problem with syncing downloads to my library, I have never seen this icon before so started creating a new folder in my library to see if I could download to it but nothing works and no new library folder appears, Can you help?Regards, Rob...

My files don't sync automatically. Sometimes they show up in the cloud and sometimes they don't. It seems random and I can't figure out how to make them sync.

Hi every body, I am french and new on the forum so please be indulgent ! (for my english and my questions).I am working on HTML signature for my company and I have a little problem.to be viewed, my .png files needs to be on a server. So I remember that adobe gave me a 100giga storage for me to use.Cool !But the problem is that the link only send me to a special view of my file... a jpeg one. So when I try to copy the url I can only use the .jpgI want my file ! So my question is : is it possible that the cloud storage isn't supposed to share any thing else than a miniature of my file and a download button ?How can I use it for my signature if I can't acess it but only download it?Thank you very much for your timeMorgan

On my Win 7 64 laptop, I cannot access the on-line Assests Files secton.  Not on FF, IE or Chrome.  It works on every other device which includes other Win laptops, my iPhone and a Mac.  What am I missing?  The FF error says "The connection to assets.adobe.com was interrupted."What does a Windows laptop need to connect?  This was working perfectly until Friday Dec 12th.

my creative cloud folder on computer isn't syncing to online HELP

My storage says it's full but it isn't. I've deleted things. I backed up to ext hd. My projects refuse to locate data. Even though I was pretty sure I program managed the projects to keep the material in the project but even if I hadn't - I'm looking at the files and to won't find them and I have to keep starting projects over. It's very frustrating and I can't use your product because It won't work.

My CC Desktop app doesn't upload the files I have in my CC Files folder. Instead, it just gives me this message:What can I do?

Hello,Is there an option to place my creative cloud folder on my secondary internal hard drive. My boot drive is just for programs and my secondary drive is for my files, photos, assets.Thanks,Joey

I'm starting to collaborate with a sound designer on video projects.   So I've been researching how to collaborate by sharing files via an external hardrive being passed back and forth.  Somebody told me about ADOBE Anywhere but I've been hard pressed to find info on how to get started.  Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.  Any way, I figured I'd ask around to see what I could find out.I'm looking to get started with ADOBE anywhere...any tips?Andrew

hi,I try to upload a big file, 4,7 gb, to my cloud. is there a way to check how much of the file is already in the cloud? because my cc application has been saying "synching..." since 14 hours and I don`t know how far the uploader is, because there is no status bar or something to show that...

I am planning on buying an Adobe Creative Cloud Student License, but I noticed in the registration/submission form, it requires a date of graduation. Since I am only 14, I haven't a clue when that date will be, so can I still buy this product, and how?

I have had my cloud acct for several months and everything has worked great, however I have recently purchased a laptop and downloaded my CC software to it and also installed the desktop cloud. Now,  when I save my laptop files to the cloud I am unable to see them in my cloud files on my desktop computer. What am I doing wrong and how do I get them in sync??

This is my first time using any sort of Cloud, and I was wondering why the files need to be synced with files from my laptop when I have not used the creative cloud yet?

I save photos to Creative Cloud but they never reach the Cloud. Only clue I have is I get a sync message saying could not sync 7951.jpg - but I cannot locate any file with that name anywhere. I notice syncing seemed to stop, amount storage used never increased. I think it's the sync thing? Need help.

I am the Admin for CC for Teams in my workgroup. We have 7 seats - 6 are on Mac/Mavericks and 1 is on PC/Win8. I'd like to share a folder with all 7 team members but seems to be limited at 4. When I go to add additional members, it goes into perma-spin, freezes and nothing happens. Is there something I'm missing? another way to add them?

I tried removing them from the desktop but they get removed from the cloud as well.
